I've ran about 4 KitKat Roms where Google wallet has worked. It works great on Beanstalk.

Cool I'm gonna have to try it out. Doesn't seem to to work on CM11. What others work?

I know for sure Mokee and Illusion. They are CM11 based. Usually you can clear app data for wallet if it doesn't work.

I've tried clearing data on CM11 and that didn't work. The Tap & Pay shows that its ready but doesn't work. The first builds work up until the 11/28 build

Are you using OEM battery? NFC chip is built into it.

Yep....NFC works fine if I use it to transfer files from phone to phone. I've seen alot of threads with other people with the same issue and Google Wallet mods but no real fix. Only one I haven't tried yet is changing the build.props. People are saying that worked for them. It works fine if I use the first CM builds up until the 11/28 and earlier builds. I'm going to try the ROMS you suggested.

Not yet - will it push even if you're running a custom ROM? (deck, for example)?
No it won't automatically push, the dev needs to add in the update manually in the rom.
Oh poo, I guess I will be flashing stock, then. Still running GWJ22!
Lol yeah.
However, it takes cm7 a bit longer to do so since it's basically the whole android xD
so roms based off of cm7 might take a bit longer than stock roms haha

Until android.kernel.org is up there is no way we (as in ALL source based ROMs) will be able to update to GWK74.

i don't know if i want to wait for a custom build off of GWK74, or flash to stock and get the update... i'm so happy with my setup right now and don't want to flash again :/
are a lot of places even supporting NFC transactions?

NFL Mobile on Custom ROMs

I'm guessing because I'm running on a custom rom, NFL mobile is telling me I need to be a VZW customer. Anyone working on a hack?

The issue is simple. The roms have the vzw auth removed so you can aosp tether.
I believe the apk is spk.apk or something or spg.apk

If you're on aokp, redemption, or rootzboat its working. Try checking out this thread. Its for My Verizon, but a side benefit is it gets nfl mobile working.

Might be a app issue, I can't add new stations either. And I was in a different ROM. I add from computer and there there, kinda crappy... Lol

Yeah, he basically said it was Pandora's fault, even though I have a Skyrocket on 4.2.2, a S2 on 4.2.2 and a HTC on 4.2.2 and those three work so I tried SlimBean for the hell of it in my S3 and it magically worked again, it is an issue with his rom in some way. I still use his rom because it works great but SlimBean was damn close.

Unless you provide a logcat, there's nothing Task can do about it and has to assume it's a problem with the app. He doesn't provide support for 3rd party app (nor should he).

Multiple log cats were brought to his attention, it was the apps fault instantly. I gave up because he has a great rom and I have donated to him for his great work. I just go online to Pandora and change my lineup.

Works great on my Boost S3 as far as I can tell. I don't have service activated on it though and no root.
Edit: found how to activate root in the settings. Still no real problems. Had it freeze a couple times but I was downloading a 2gb torrent file. No reboots or any other problems so far. Love miui. Thanks for the find.

Sprint phone. But, I do believe VM is a subsidy of Sprint, so I suppose it would be safe to presume that it does. I'll get mine in a few days. Can't wait! This and PAC ROM are my most favorite ROMs to use.

Yes. To my knowledge sprint owns VM, It SHOULD work for the sprint version but I am not 100%. Just try it and let us all know! Best of luck!
Been a while but I'm just hanging out so... This is a d2lte rom which means it should be compatible with all the d2 variants.
Got it installed and it's working great. So far so good!
The only issue I've come across with the latest update is that the keyboard freezes sometimes; as well as the front facing camera. Other than that, it's pretty solid.

Best Lollipop Rom I have ever used! Mokee!

Mokee has been quietly making lollipop roms without us knowing this whole time. It is so fast, I had to go back to stock kitkat. I had to install cwm touch then install mokee RELEASE (not nightly) you can ota update later. Then install gapps, I installed stock. I swear, this is amazing. Give it a chance. I promise it will impress you! My have MTP issues.

The 2nd snapshot of CM12.1 (10/7) is rock solid. Since they released the first snapshot, I haven't even messed with the nightly game. Works so well it finally got me off CM11, which I didn't think would ever happen.
WiFi interferes with bluetooth, and the animations are broken. I'll give it another try though.

The only time Wifi interferes with bluetooth for me is when I'm using Hotspot function (and actually it's the opposite -- the hotspot won't allow anyone to connect to the internet if bluetooth is on), but that's true even on TouchWiz ROMs I've used. Of course, I'm not using the native hotspot on TouchWiz ROMs, so that could be my problem there. Otherwise, I use a bluetooth headset with wifi on all day with no issues. If you try it again, I hope it works for you. I'm pretty happy with it.

Do the broken Netflix, YouTube playback (video loading error), and scrolling bugs still occur on the cm12.1 snapshot? What bugs are there in the snapshot? Thinking about switching from the nightly and doing a fresh install but only if it's worth it.

I haven't encountered a YouTube playback error or any scrolling bug. From what I've read about the scrolling bug, it seems to be an across the board Lollipop issue...??? I've never encountered it, though. I do know that Netflix doesn't work, but that always seems to be the case with Netflix and custom ROMs on whatever phone I own, so I've pretty much given up watching Netflix on my phone...haha.
I just replaced my aging Note 2 yesterday with an unlocked Nexus 6 64GB. Got tired of the whole Samsung update infinite wait thing (we're now two major OS versions behind), as well as didn't want to have go under another 2 year contract with Sprint. It's going to be nice to always be the first to get the updates now (for a change!).
Use freedompop, its free cell service on the sprint network. I have the YouTube issue and all the ones that I had on the nightly, the nightly was a big jump of small bug fixes though.

I really enjoyed seeing Lollipop on the Note 2 and it worked really well for me. I always get way too attached to my phones! Haha. First my HTC Evo 4G and then the Note 2. I tend to hold on to them way too long.
can anybody assist me on obtaining a good rom, kernel, and gapps? please? will be greatly appreciated
