What's the method for installation of this apk? Is this Will work as NORMAL APK? or to put it in system's anywhere?

Yes, this is the only problem, video file it´s not showing.
For install this, we have to put it on System/priv-app/SecGallery2014ESS
Make a backup of the original gallery app, and put it here, change permisions to rw-r-r-
