INTRO -
Hi all.I made this guide to help people to land at a good device.I have some experience of using worst phones.I myself took a device which doesn't even run Decent app's or games .Only thing that run real smooth are the Games which are none-less than "8 BIT GAMES".I won't be Advertising any Device here unless it deserves to be.
We usually GOOGLE about some good device's out there where we follow what actually the Website's say blindly, but i really dont prefer it..Here let's get independent and take the decision of buying phone's by ourself .
ABOUT ANDROID-
Android is a software bunch comprising not only operating system but also middleware and key applications.Android is still very much the ARM instruction set and all Android open source build's are geared towards ARM processors.Android is an ARM-centric OS.Android is a powerful Operating System supporting a large number of applications in Smart Phones. These applications make life more comfortable and advanced for the users. Hardwares that support Android are mainly based on ARM architecture platformApplications
These are the basics of Android applications:
• Android applications are composed of one or more application components (activities, services, content providers, and broadcast receivers)
• Each component performs a different role in the overall application behavior, and each one can be activated individually (even by other applications)
• The manifest file must declare all components in the application and should also declare all application requirements, such as the minimum version of Android required and any hardware configurations required
• Non-code application resources (images, strings, layout files, etc.) should include alternatives for different device configurations (such as different strings for different languages)
THE ARM Processor Family(ABOUT PROCESSOR'S)
ABOUT ARM :
ARM (Advance RISC machines) is a UK company that built's RISC processor's.ARM doesn't sell microphone's intead it linces it's technology to other companies along with the option to drop the Vanilla (non-modified) ARM core in their SoC (System On Chip).
ABOUT SoC (System On Chip) :
The system on Chip is single peice of chip which comprises of CPU,GPU,memory controller ..etc . SoC may either have ARM or x86 core technology.
INSTRUCTION SET :
These are special functions that has a processor can perform several stuff such as Arithmetic instruction, floating point, bit manipulation..etc . ARM support's a variety of instruction's .
THE ARM ARCHITECTURE :
The ARM Architecture is the base for all ARM related Core's. Usually a companies like Qualcomm, broadcom ,etc which would be creating custom cores will licenses the Architecture for tweaking it .
THE ARM CORE :
By varying the core clock speed, instruction set,,ARM Produces many cores for SOC builder's . Such is Cortex A7,A8,A9 core family.
So,let's now move to the Basic point's one must keep in mind to buy an Android device ..
1.SCREEN SIZE :
Screen size is subjective and should be based on your taste.Still, smartphone,it's better to opt for a screen, that's bigger than 4" inches and more than 7" inches would do good for a Tablet.
2.RESOLUTION :
Look out for the device which has higher PPI (pixels per inch) value .. PPI more than 250 is considered good but higher the PPI the better the device would be ..
3.HARDWARE :
In terms of Android OS one needs better hardware to get a lacklustre view of browsing and the fact 'THE HIGHER THE BETTER" apply's here too ..Architecture and process nodes boost performance more than stuffing in more cores with enhancement's .. Phone's with Quad-core SOC'S will surely lead to batter draining .. Go for the device which is powered by cortex A9 , A7 technology paired with Quad core's or even dual core's .
3.1.GPU :
Some of the best GPU'S out there are made by Qualcomm (adreno) ,ARM (mali) ..But make sure that you device doesn't have a BROADCOM powered GPU.. Broadcomm has a closed-source policy and they make the Buggy GPU'S out there .. Better opt fo Qualcomm powered GPU .
4.UPDATE'S OF ROM :
This is plagued by OEM'S or vendors. This is the main reson behind the stagnating with fragmentation's over verions .This is completely controlled by the device Vendor's .
Just make sure to check the developement status of the device here at XDA which you landed to buy ..
Hope this thread helped you ,in it's own way ..

Mediatek Helio X27 (MT6797X), The new Helio SoCs upgrade the overall performance, camera quality and power consumption of the SoC family. It is a similar tri-cluster deca-core design like the X2x predecessors, but the maximum frequency goes up to 2,6 GHz on the most powerful ARM Cortex A-72 cluster. There is also a frequency bump for the Mali-T880MP4 GPU. It has MiraVision EnergySmart Screen technology to greatly enhance power efficiency and upgraded Imagiq ISP for camera processing adding built-in 3D depth engine for depth of field processing and multi-scale de-noise engines.
The X27 continue along MediaTek's Tri-Cluster Deca-Core architecture on a 20nm process, with cluster setups of 2x Cortex-A72 + 4x Cortex-A53 + 4x Cortex-A53,Helio X27 also leads the pack in the GPU, with a slight increase in speed of the Mali-T880 MP4 from 850MHz
The differences manifest themselves in the various clock speeds of the clusters, the clock speeds of the GPU and the presence of what MediaTek is calling "EnergySmart Screen" feature.
MediaTek is claiming best in-class performance and power consumption with the new SoCs, with overall processing improvement of more than 20% and "significant" increases in Web browsing and application launching speeds. The SoCs also support dual camera photography with MediaTek's upgraded Imagiq ISP (Image Signal-Processing) solution, which MediaTek claims is the first ISP to integrate color and mono cameras and depth-of-field applications into a single ISP.
With regards to MiraVision EnergySmart Screen technology, this is a power-saving tech which modifies the display parameters based on the on-screen content and ambient lighting, claiming up to 25% reduction in display power consumption while maintaining the best visual experience possible. It will be interesting to see this technology in practice through competent OEMs on good displays and experience the quality tradeoff (or as MediaTek claims, the lack of tradeoff).

Description
The Gooweel M15 is a 5" Smartphone with 2GB RAM, 16GB ROM running Android 6.0 and Flyme OS Add ons.
The camera sensor front is 2MP and on rear 5MP.
Battery specs are 2600 mAh, the battery is replaceable.
The phone has a full metal body and fingerprint sensor.
There is no LED notification light.
Weight is 158gr
Here is my short review and warning using the stock ROM!.
I purchased the Gooweel M15 at the official Gooweel shop on Aliexpress.
When it arrive, I found that there are too many apps communicating with servers in China.
Then I rooted the phone using Magisk and found surprisingly that the device is infected by
Android.Triada.231
Android.DownLoader.541.origin
Android OS 6.0 (Freemee OS Launcher Add ons)
Thanks to Dr.Web the threats could be cleaned and the virus, trojans are eliminated.
Using the Magisk Debloater Modul, I could debloat the device from all the FreemeOS apps and replaced the Freeme-Launcher with Google Now Launcher.
And also thanks to the Magisk Module "Google Framework" all Google Apps (Phone/Dialer) could be installed.
Camera:
The camera sensor has only 5MP, but gives decent pictures.
Fingerprint:
The finger print sensor is OK and quite fast.
I could get 9 good results out of 10.
GPS-Fix
The GPS Fix is quite fast and the reception stable.
LCD Screen
LCD type is only 2 touch.
Resolution 1280 x 720 with 320 (xhdpi)
RAM
2 GB LPDDR3_1600
Battery Live
I need the measure battery capacity by the USB-Meter.
But for the first time, there seems to be no wakelock issue, according CPU Spy the deep sleep ratio is good.
Conclusion
Beside the absolutely unacceptable Android 6.0 OS, with the trashing FlymeOS Add ons and the dangerous Trojans, the device hardware
is acceptable. For the ones looking for a cheap 5"-Phone with low weight (158gr), replaceable battery and full metal frame you may like the device.
But you need to root, clean up and debloat the device first - you will be warned using the device with stock ROM V303!
This is even worse than what happened on LEAGOO devices a while ago, unbelievable.

Yes. it is really perfidious from the ROM provider, that they integrated the Trojan hidden into the ROM.
By embedding itself into the ibandroid_runtime.so system library specifically, the malware makes
its way into the memory of all installed applications and relies on Zygote for initialization.
The main function of Android.Triada.231 is to secretly run additional malicious modules that can download other Trojan components.
Dr Web doesn’t go so far as saying that the manufacturers themselves are responsible for the malware being planted on the Android smartphones,
but instead points the finger of suspicion at “insiders or unscrupulous partners.”

This is what happens when companies rely on low-quality and low-cost software engineering teams.
Thankfully with the new Google policies the probability of getting an infected device should be lower since Google Apps will be allowed to run only on GMS certified devices (no more unofficial Google apps), thus the software should be safer to use since it must pass all CTS tests and so on.

Yeayyy VIM4. Some freshly baked chips here. Shouldn’t do that cause 8gb is enough for what the board is capable of doing. Anything more might be just waste of ram chips. 16gb would be needed for 8 cores of A73. Don’t be sad, try the 8gb version and you will be surprised to see how...

General The Z fold 4 likely to be capable of running other OS's natively!

With work done to enable Qualcomm chips to run Linux (mainline) based operating systems natively as mentioned in the following two 'Linaro blog' links (Both the chip in the Z Fold 4 and the next gen chip), a UEFI bootloader for mobile (enabling you to boot operating systems in much the same way as you do on a laptop/desktop PC) named Tow-Boot, a variety of Linux distributions being optimised for mobile, multiple Linux GUI's being adapted to work well on candy bar phones and naturally working well in their standard desktop format on the larger displays like the inner display of the Z Fold devices along with projects like Anbox to run Android apps on Linux devices, Linux on the Z Fold devices looks like it is much more likely to be achievable within the lifecycle of the Z Fold 4 enabling the possibility of running full Android apps in the Linux OS whilst also having access to full desktop/laptop capabilities/apps on the inner display of the Z Fold 4, increasing the overall value of the device dramatically.
There are also additional projects that are underway to get x86/64 software to run well on ARM chips which should eventually enable Steam for Windows games run on these devices thanks to Steam for Linux's Proton compatibility layer combined with the x86/64 on ARM, so theoretically, these devices should be capable of running some of the most advanced games available on the market eventually.
Once we get Tow-Boot to run on the Z Fold 4, everything else should fall into place and the Z Fold 4 should effectively become a full blown PC on the go.
