Hello, TouchWiz and the dock on the right seem to be integrated into the Note 10.1 2014. Can I change the launcher and user interface easily on the Note 10.1 2014 as if it were the Note 2?
As on every android device you can change the launcher by installing lauchers from the playstore. I can recommend nova launcher which is perfect for customization and speed

Never had any issues regarding battery life guess this is a result if a widget keeps updating itself but like I said from my personal experience there was never such an issue

It's only marginal but every device I've had nova does drain the battery quicker

It seems to work. But is it just me or does the touch sensitivity decrease after doing this.
Yeah I noticed this too. If you open the app drawer and immediately swipe to the 2nd page of apps, there's a minor lag. Very annoying though!

if you have more than one launcher installed use titanium backup or settings apps to freeze the others.
You should compare with a third launcher to see if it's doing that for you... Try out Holo HD, it's a lot like Nova, and it doesn't matter how many launchers you have...
I use Nova even with bells it's not power hungry. Must be diverging else Try reinstalling

If it's of any value, I get great (about 45% when I go to bed, medium-heavy usage) battery on my CWM S4 with little attempt to save battery (just disable what I don't use, not everything) and live wallpapers... They're pretty neat

I use the weather live wallpaper and battery seems just about the same. Sure I assume few % change but nothing too drastic.

If you change launchers you usually don't get access to the stock widgets LG and Samsung only allow you to use it if you use their launcher.
