Possible to show custom ROM build date and CM version? - Zooper Widget General

I don't know about stock or other ROMs, but I'm running FitSnugly's CM11 Kang on my Nexus 4 and when I go to Settings»About Phone, I have info such as "build date" and "CM Version", but this info doesn't seem to be available to Zooper. Am I just missing something or is there a plugin that could be added or anything?
I have been begging the Dev for Minimal Text to add this option but to no avail. When in saw the amazing customizations available in Zooper!, I thought it must be available. Unfortunately, I was wrong. Any help getting this to work would bre appreciated!!

Sorry, but as far as I know, this is not possible.

[Discussion] [Euroskank Cherry Picks GSM AOKP JB]

This is for discussion on the AOKP Jellybean Cherrypicks by fitsnugly http://fitsnugly.euroskank.com/?rom=aokp&device=maguro
Info:
- I take no credit for these builds. All credit goes to AOKP and fitsnugly for his cherry picks. Please see link to Euroskank site.
- I discovered this when I was on the Euroskank website poking around
- 7.28 build runs great.
- Rom control: Custom navbar targets • Gen UI and volume control • LED options • Statusbar
- Theme chooser
- Power toggles
- Google Now, etc.
*May need to find another Gapps if the one on euroskank isn't working for you.
*General AOKP change log here
I would suggest adding some more information about those Euroskanks.
via Google Galaxy Nexus
Ok. More info added.
Would it be safe to assume that these builds, since they are more frequent, have whatever changes from AOKP's gerrit since the build from the previous day?
Any build today? Seen many new features merged.

Any chance of this hitting toroplus soon?
Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk 2
Sorry guys I wish I could answer your questions more. It looks like the latest build is 7.25. It should list on the euroskank page which features fitsnugly has cherry picked. I am not sure if much has been updated at this point, but I am sure it will soon.
I don't think this is a nightly build, I think it is just updated randomly.
It doesn't look like toroplus is supported at the moment but you could ask one of the developers on Twitter, there twitter handles are listed on ES page.

Not sure actually. I think fitsnugly picks the features he wants for his build. I assume he would include most of the changes from the gerrit.

Thanks for the new build, no issue for now.:good:
Anyone else not loading a changelog for the latest build? Used to be just to the right of the builds, but that area is blank right now.
lol nope didnt see a change log either came here hoping to get the scoop

Yea I don't see a change log either. I added @fitsnugly to my twitter. Looking at the AOKP gerrit it looks like the theme engine may be in there now. I will load up the latest build from Euroskank this weekend when I get a chance and report back on more.
The latest euroskank Aokp dated 27th does not have theme chooser.
I flashed it yesterday, it is super smooth and I've had absolutely no issues yet.
Data toggle, network toggle, flashlight toggle are all working perfectly.

The option is in Settings>ROM Control>Navigation Bar under menu location. The menu dots will be invisible though.

Have u check lately the newest build out there doesn't seem to show it. And if u upgrade to the 27th build it doesn't list the always on menu on mine. Previous build did.

I installed this ROM from the 27th and I can't hide the nav buttons. Using LMT and full screen toggle app the buttons just won't hide. This worked fine on modaco JB. Obviously the aokp option hasn't been merged yet. But did they change something?
I am not sure. I have never tried to hide navbuttons before. Are you just trying to hide the icons or the bar itself?

Anybody running any kernels with this other than the stock one?

[REQUEST] New 4.2.2 !

I'd like to say "Hello" to all developers. I want to request them just a simple thingy :3
Every new ROM which is posted for T989 is based on CM 10.2 a.k.a Android 4.3.0 ... yes, ofc everybody wants to use the newest android system but there are still planty of T989 users which would like to run fast, smooth, stable and customized CM 10.1 (Android 4.2.2) based ROM with good battery life. In official cyanogenmod site (www.cyanogenmod.org) i saw there is official upload of CM 10.1 and it has STABLE STATUS. The version is from 23th September 2013 (23.09.2013). I installed it and used my phone like 3 days with cm 10.1 official. I didn't find any bugs.. only NFC cannot be turned off. So my request is:
Would some smart developer like to make port/ROM based on Official CM 10.1 with some customization (ofc if this is a must or etc) without any launchers like NOVA, Apex and so. Thank you in advance to all developers <3
1. Wrong section
2. Already a lot of 4.2 ROMs.

1. Sorry
2. Yes, there are already a lot of 4.2.2 ROMs but none of them is based on latest official CM 10.1 from 23th september 2013. That's why i requested some bored developer to download this official CM10.1 ROM and modify it a bit ^_^

4.4 dialer/ contacts ?

anyone working on this yet? just asking
No Google now
I had to look up on youtube to see how the dialer functioned. I have used the launcher which I do not care for, and really have not found a great desire for the google now features which seem to be deeply integrated in that dialer.. I think one more generation and I may be interested.
It looks like on the home page of xda that Kitkat is already being worked on by cyanogenmod for certain devices. You may want to check there.
Enjoy!

There are to my knowledge 3 ROMs for 4.4. CM omni and one other who's name is drawing a blank. I would advise will03s unofficial cm as that's what I'm using and seems to be the most stable

[ROM] VanirAOSP [official] [closed] Developer supports Exodus ROM now

Welcome to VanirAOSP. Our mission is to deliver a clean optimized version of Android to as many devices as possible. This is not a kang rom. You will find versions of the features you love that we've rewritten and improved on plus a few we wrote ourselves. we've tried to acheive a more organized and cohesive setup to improve the user experience while correcting any performance regressions and improving functionality.
If you're the kind of person that needs options to change the font and color on every letter and expect the ROM to end up looking like kid's cereal box then GTFO. You will not find customizations that are done just because someone figured out how to do them. Everything in here has a purpose and is held to a high standard of coding.
General features:
stock mode - ability revert to stock AOSP code with the exception of a few custom features we chose to keep active
enhanced performance.. longer uptime with less slowdown
custom written CRON and init.d.
minor UI and graphics improvements
custom navbar, navring, and hardware key features
active notifications (improved active display + lockscreen notifications)
usability improvements like power reboot menu and sound
animation control
Improved Vanir keyboard
CM's profiles & quicksettings
additional quicksetting tiles
immersive desktop <- fully configurable immersive mode
low profile mode
statusbar mods
clock & battery mods
lockscreen blur and other mods
soon to come -> quick cam and flash notifications
busybox, embedded root, init.d, cron etc
many improvements and new features unique to vanir
more to come when i feel like updating the op
issues:
- stop flashing the moto X binaries. they do not improve anything for you and aren't even for your device.
- open source camera and launcher3 do not have the same featuers as the google versions. use the latest
banks standard gapps if you'd like these. His gapps are super legit and always up to date.

I've actually been using the betas for a while. Only thing missing is NTFS support to make the OTG-USB work. Otherwise a good solid rom at this point.
Hell yea. I've always really liked vanir roms.

this is true. i have the fix sitting on my computer right now but i'm done for the night. the problem is the google release branch of ART is not compatible with GCC 4.8+. Any variant of it. Not even the one they just switched to lmao..
OP updated.. thanks for the reminder i should have put that in there.

Paranoid Settings Not Visible.

Hi, I am new to PA and Custom ROMs. I recently installed PA using MultiROM manager to avoid a factory reset. When I opened the settings. It was exactly the same except the theme and the app privacy option. I couldn't see the paranoid settings anywhere. I tried installing the 4.44 build and the 4.5alpha3 build too. Same problem. Is there any way i can get the settings?

Will Tablet UI mode be available in the future? I love PA and just want to experience the tablet mode. On Kitkat, the tablet mode is disabled so Xposed can't help me there
