Here is how ,,
Needed --- framework-res.apk
Decompile your framework-res
open res/values/color and add this at last
<color name="trans">#80000000</color>
<color name="background">#c0000000</color>
navigate to res/values/strings after that compare your styles.xml with my styles.xml which is attaced below
add missing lines
recompile push it system/framework
change the permission to 644
and do a hot reboot
that's all

Hi there,
I'm having two little issues with a theme that I'm trying to create:
The first one is this blue line under the "Contacts" separator. I changed framework-res.apk with these changes but the blue line remained. I also tried to edit twframework-res.apk but I didn't find any images related or reference in style.xml. I also tried to change all the "tw_tab" images and that also didn't work

The second issue is that when I edited framework-res.apk my contact groups headers stayed like this:
I also can't find where the gray / blue background is defined (or if it is an image).
Any help or suggestion is appreciated

I've been running Bugless Beast but was missing a few mods from other roms I've tried so I set out to add them to BB.
I've added the following:
Circle Battery Mod:

Helps if i add the file: SystemUI.apk
Wasn't sure how to make update.zip, so I just downloaded the BB source and modified it directly. You can apply the SystemUI.apk using adb:

and it will change into like xperia S ICS style
For the title: activity_title_bar.9.png,
for the sections headers: open style.xml and find this
<style name="Widget.TextView.ListSeparator"
and in background change it to the file u want. and of course u should put the new png file in the drawable-hdpi or drawable-xdpi according to the resolution of your device.
and for the line separators: it is a png file probably with a part of its name (divider_***) not sure which one exactly cuz i still didn't work on it.

New:
Open Home.apk with winrar.
open the folder RES, and containing the icons.
Now drag the folder icons and let go within the .RAR
For softkeys is the same procedure, Systemui.apk opened with winrar and repeat the same steps above ...
Once completed we can only replace Home.apk and Systemui.apk ...
