There are some difference between S/K and L. I have only F320K so it cannot be tested. It may brick all devices

I think like that too. Because of that, it's too hard to start without any other basement. No one touch after LG official Kitkat update.

Me either. I didn't know that who updated official kitkat with KDZ cannot root. That's the biggest reason why I can't test my ROMs first :laugh:
I heard there is other way to root kitkat, but to do that, my device should use jellybean and after successful root, there is no recovery to use..

Its 4.4.2 and primary language is chinse.u have to change it to english.

i think to flash this you need to extract the recovery.img file, flash it through recovery and then flash the rom...backup first

Dear OP, please have some knowledge while posting any thread to Developer region. You may be the reason for bricking many devices. If you have tested this ROM, at least share the status or procedure to flash the rom instead of sharing a whole thread in a single Link.

Using the LG Mobile Support Tool, I'm flashing it now in download mode. Too bad I Jumped to a G4 because of broken wifi calling and iffy BT in my car where 4.4 was fine.
How is it?

can't speak to battery, but I restored my G4 backup to it and after a second reboot it was smooth and wifi calling worked. that said mine is in it's box to be returned to TMO for the Jump upgrade.

i have Problem in stock camera .. it process " save photo " it take about 2 sec each time i shoot .. even after i change my SD to Class 10

I like the lionrom 5.5 ROM because it is stock and you can customize the color of your phone. I would suggest go try it out.

Dont flash gapps, just install Google Installer app from market
Edit: Google Installer says Error while installing google play services
good rom....navigation buttons seems to be too big....can you fix it...
Working flawlessly (clean flash + SuperSU). There's a lot of chinese bloatware though, and a non-working 4G mode (see 2nd screenshot) which should be removed in future versions.
PD: Which gapps should be flashed? Flashed SlimGapps (5.1.1) and it gave me a lot of force closes on SetupWizard.
There I post some screenshots. :good:

You must install the gapps. At installation if some version of gapps is removed and updated.

I recommend using open gapps pico. Really have many Chinese Apps because it is not an international version but just uninstall.

After clearing hicare app cache and data, reboot your device and set location to India and try again.

Doesn't work
EDIT: I can only change location in hicare and not in the beta app

That won't work because their BETA app detects your build number and model, not only the country. So in order to be able to register you must change your firmware to the indian model one ANE-AL00 and only then change the country to India in HiCare. That should work.

To change firmware you must have an unlock code to unlock your bootloader and have FRP unlocked.

No idea but that option is present in EMUI 9.
If you are rooted you even enable it.
As I wrote on Reddit:

And what will happen after it is ending? Will be another beta-testing for another country?
Could you provide more informations?

I don't have any official info. But AFAIK it's for Indian region only right now. Beta will be around 30-45 days usually.
For now in Indian beta program they are recruiting 200 members.

Hello. I've changed my ale-lx1c432 into ane-al00 with oeminfo flashed via recovery. Create new new email entering India and new huawei id with this in country India of course. Phone was detected as nova 3e ane-al00. So, download and installing huawei beta without sim card. Program says: sim card required(for recruitment process). After restart it says: beta not available for your phone. So its mean you need china simcard or what. But imei I think. Version c432(europen) has group of imeis. According to me, we need to change imei too. We must wait for official version of pie and emui 9.
I updated to EMUI 9 Beta a few days ago. The UI is good but as its a beta, there r a lot of bugs. I have reported 2 of them till now.
1st- you cannot close recent apps. If you close one app then open some other app, while going to close it from recent window you will be able to see all the previously opened apps.
2nd- No app can be updated from play store. I tried clearing cache and data, restarted the device but still no update.
3rd- Auto rotate doesn't work. Their is also no setting of it in the system settings.
System lags a bit also. There r some performance issues.
Beta period is till 25th April.

I have beta 9.0.1.103 installed on my phone and it runs perfectly fine. Haven't encountered any of the issues you mention. Did you factory reset your phone after updating to emui 9

No, as it was not mentioned i think, i just updated it to EMUI 9.0.1
