[Q] Need help with Wanam Xpose status bar setting! - Galaxy Note II Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi everyone.
I'm currently using the latest Phoenix Rom 16.7. Everything works fine.
However, I ran into issue with setting status bar color. I previously set status bar color to transparent. It worked. But I try to restore the original color, it doesn't restore, and I can't change the status bar to other as well, it happens to the home screen only. Which means when I open apps, the status bar backgroud color is exactly the color I selected. But once I return to home screen, the status bar color is gone and remain transparent. Anyway status bar icons still look good.
I really need to know how to restore the home screen status bar color to normal. I think it could be a minor bug with Wanam xpose or something.
If anyone know how to solve this please help. Thank you very much!

hide the nav bar on lockscreen only?

I remember one of the first ROMs i flashed on my nexus was Code Name Android, and it had the option to hide the navigation bar on the lock screen only.
is this something that can easily be implemented into JB? i noticed it was taken off of ROMs because it interfered with incoming calls when the screen was on (wasn't able to answer call) just curious if it was ever fixed or if this is a simple mod that i could do myself with some layout tweaks or something.
anyone have a clue?
I use Widgetlocker - lock screen replacement app, and it has an option to hide the navigation bar. I highly recommend it, very customizable with tons of sliders/themes to choose from and is very light on using system resources and draining battery.

you sure about that? i know it has the option to hide the navigation bar buttons, but the black bar is still there.
i want the wallpaper to go from the notification bar all the way down to the bottom of the screen.

Oh okay. If that's the case then you'll need to go a different route. Widgetlocker just blacks it out.

Are you using a different launcher than stock? On my phone only the stock launcher has the transparent nav bar and status bar. In any other apps the nav bar and status bar turns black as usual.

Moto G Nav Bar Transparency

The Nav Bar isn't all that transparent. Is there any way of increasing the transparency?
PS: I know about Gravity Box but it doesn't work great. The Nav Bar turns black every time I exit an app.

yes, Gravity Box doesn't work great. Nav Bar always turn black. and Gravity Box doesn't allow to switch back and recent key. The only benefit is can make Nav Bar a little bit thin.
Did you try Tinted Statusbar? - also an Xposed Module.

No, because that's for the status bar isn't it?
It also got a Option for the NavBar. Didn't try it myself 'cause I haven't got my Moto G yet, but you should give it a try since it's something like PA.

Thanks, I've just tried it but it doesn't seem to make much difference.
Hi, I to have had the same issues with gravity box transparent nav bar.
I have found however the the motoXposed app from play store works perfect, even when nav bar is 100 percent transparent.
It will also remove the carrier label. Hope this helps and remember to turn of nav bar transparency in gravity box or it won't work.

is it work only on Root's Moto G ?
motoXposed works only on rooted devices - its a module of Xposed, not just an application.

Are you using a custom photo? I was playing around and noticed that if you use your own photo as a wallpaper and have it zoomed all the way out, KitKat will not position the photo under the nav bar to maximize the displayed width of the photo.
If you zoom into the photo just a little bit when positioning it, you'll get transparent nav bars again.
EDIT: Nvm, sorry. Apparently, I can't read.

I have met with this bug too. The solution, which worked for me:
Install again this app --> Activate in the Xposed --> Reboot your phone.
Launch the app --> Go to the settings inside the application --> Disable all possible options.
Go to the phone's settings --> Applications --> Select the app --> Wait until the system calculating.
Stop the app --> Wipe the cache, then the data --> Uninstall the app.
After those steps, reboot your phone, and you will maybe have the default statusbar color.
And there is another bug. The color doesn't change correctly.! It left the last used app color when u open new app.! Any idea how to correct it.

I've been using it for a while, I admit it is awesome, but one thing I've found is it drain too much battery life, so I no longer use it.
I'm using nature rom...3.2
using Tri flat theme...
I installed this...
Went to Xperia Home app setting...
Changed to status bar color to 6600000
(I wanted gradient status bar)
Still I didnt get...
But I got it when I forcibly enabled status bar transperency using gravity box....
What should i do?
I also use nature rom. As a launcher I use Apex launcher.
I am trying to get the statusbar transparent, but it just doesn't work.
Have you got any ideas?
Sent from my bad-ass Xperia S featuring the wonderful Nature ROM, using Tapatalk app.
Haven't got as of yet....
Still have to force enable it using gravity box... Otherwise no gradient stuff...
Works good with me. Thanks.
For me Linus Torvalds is the greatest man on earth
So...are you using Gravity box or something...or only this module..?
I use gravity box to make the status bar and navbar transparent. Then i use this app (tinted status bar) for the gradient. I use systemui from this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2677095
For me Linus Torvalds is the greatest man on earth
Yeah...that's what i did too...
But isnt it possible to make it gradient only using this app and not gravitybox..?
Yeah, you can achieve gradient even without gravityBox. See my ss.
For me Linus Torvalds is the greatest man on earth
Please tell me how to do it...?
I'm using Nature Rom with iOS status bar....
