This ROM is a remix of the best options coming from famous team and developer: AOKP BEANSTALK CrDroid ChameOS CM MOKEE OMNI PA SLIM VANIR etc. with custom build kernel based on Imoseyon with cherry-picks options from ASKP, ezkeels,faux123, Fancy & Franco.
The maguro thread is here
Burstlam's rom is famous in china, from android4.0 to android4.4,even named "the best rom for maguro".
I just build one from sources for toroplus without any mod.
Thank you Burstlam!
KNOWN ISSUE and COMMON QUESTIONS
1. Don't dirty flash over it , get full wipe and clean before you update from other genius works.
2. Flashing kernels : 3rd party kernel that consist of CM ramdisk(ie flash with a boot.img image) is not compatible with this rom.
3. On restoring App with Titanium Backup: for those who switching roms all the time, it is recommend to wipe dalvik cache again with recovery.
dalvik cache generated by different rom build from different toolchains may not be compatible. You better do it prior to ART conversion.
4. If you flash SuperSu over this rom, pls checked "Enable su during boot" option in menu, otherwise, root privileges won't work
5. For dev reason I have switch adb logging on in developer options. Turn it off if you don't need it and somehow it save battery and
better performance.
6. Currently no proper ui restart function presents, dpi changes and some ui changes need to check the system ui restart option (under developer options) or even a reboot(using hot reboot option should work in most cases) .
7. Wifi Display Support : You need to check the option "Wireless display certification" under developer options to work properly.

DOWNLOAD :
ROM : HERE
NOTE 1: To get Root working normally, Please uncheck "Respect CM root settings" in SuperSU.
NOTE 2: On Custom Wallpaper with Mms: you cannot pick the pics with recent tab in DocumentUI, you need to browse your folder(swipe it out from left hand size and pick the actual location of the pic), otherwise you will get FC with it.
GAPPS :
RECOMMEND GAPPS PACKAGE FROM BANKS
PA version works fine with this, but u could get alternative options:
Gapps minmal version : HERE
Note: only with Play store and sync options, you need to download google options from play store by yourself. At least google search needed in order to avoid FC with in-app search...

OMG I'm sooo going to try this as soon as I get home today. Wifi display has been something I've been looking for forever! Thanks!

this 2nd build for toroplus is amazing. it's also the first 4.4.2 rom that i have tried that has bluetooth media streaming to my car perfectly (aside from slim, which appears to be using an older bluetooth setup)
thank you for this. solid and amazing.

Great ROM! Installed yesterday, and so far everything works. 3g/4g connectivity, bluetooth, etc. And wifi display works beautifully. I can now finally make use of my miracast dongle.
Edit cam also works just fine. Love this.

This is the fourth ROM I've flashed today and the first one I haven't been able to crash with heavy multitasking. I'll have to see how the data switching goes tomorrow, and if all goes well then this will be my daily. Definitely one of the most underrated ROMs in the forum. One question though, how do you change the lockscreen targets?
Edit: I spoke too soon. Crashed logging into tapatalk while listening to music.

I'm finding more and more people report of crashes while music is playing. This has been my issue on several ROMs.

This [email protected]@ is legit!!! So far for me has been very very smooth. Data has been good, I do prefer stock messaging to hangouts but, I can deal with hangouts. Other than that very nice job!:good:

The stock messaging is included you can make it default through settings in hangouts.
Also, I found the lock screen settings in the security tab. Again, excellent Rom and kernel!

This ROM is better than any that are being developed for the Nexus 5 in terms of features.....there are literally no ROMs in the N5 forums that have pie built in at this point and I'm trying to figure out where you pulled the lockscreen notification feature from as well. Great job with this.....I think you should head over and build for the Nexus 5 too. Keep it up!!

Man, I don't know what you did with the latest, but I'm loving this build. No lags, super smooth and a great list of features.

Thanks for the heads up, I know I'm a dummy but, this old dog is learning a new trick and hangouts hasn't been too bad...
And yes this has been an excellent rom and battery life has been pretty decent for me as well, for some reason my Gnex loves the slim roms because I always get crazy life with it.

I concur, [lock-screen notifications] is the most useful feature I never knew I needed!
I am having only a couple of issues with the ROM though.
1. The pop-up app-picker is not remembering my preferences when I select the "always" button.
2. Data switching isn't working correctly. I assume it's using the same method as CM? The problems arise in spotty 4g areas or if just on the edge of LTE coverage. From home I can literally watch my 4g pop on and of about every two seconds... switch back and forth with 3g, and the whole time not have data. Out traveling, the data is quick to switch towers and even though the icon shows up white the data is non-existent. I had to toggle air-plane and reboot multiple times today. I would best describe the data switching as overly aggressive. With that being said, Omni is the only ROM for toroplus that can properly handle data switching in my geographic area. Whatever they did to change it in their 1.05 nightly really nailed it. Is there any way to implement the OMNI data switching methods in this ROM?
Outside of that I absolutely love this ROM. Butter smooth, stable, voice+ support, and lockscreen notifications FTW. If data switching worked better this would for sure be my daily driver.

Best ROM I've tried yet aosp-wise. Very smooth and plays games well which I haven't seen yet.
My house has a tough time with reception and although hands free activation went like a breeze, I had trouble receiving an MMS message which made me nervous so I switched back to stock as I get a lot for work. Will get a better test on network when I try it this weekend

AOSP+
ROM has been fully tested now and ready to go.
This is a port of my Nexus S ROM to Galaxy Nexus CDMA. You can check HERE to see what users have said about ROM on the Nexus S.
I do not have Galaxy Nexus so a few people just tested on IRC and it is ready to go. Bear with me as some of the status bar widgets are not fully built yet and as other functions are built for GNex over the next few days. Some settings in AOSP+ Tweaks will not work on GNex and will have replacement functions for them soon.
ROM:
Neapolitan flavor ICS 4.03 with Stock Kernel.
Built and compiled from AOSP.
Bits from CM and some of my own are included.
This is a totally base ROM with very few modifications added to it once it was done compiling. Does not contain any Google services out of the box. You must add GApps, which can be found below. Your phone will have the most basic Android platform. You can text, surf, talk and do everything else you expect with an Android phone but without any of the Google services.
All additions were imported very carefully as to use only source code that is required and nothing extra. I am trying to keep this as close to stock as possible while adding some useful enhancements.

Sorry busy day. Just got to install a little bit ago. So far I think u have pretty nice start here. Wish more of the features worked in asop+ tweaks. Show battery % in status bar does not work. The only other thing as of rite now is it could use a way better kernal. I will post more later after I get some more use out of it. Really love the setup though

v2.2
Thanks! Working very well so far. Seems stable, haven't tested battery life or anything yet (but I'm using a different kernel anyways [http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1422956], so battery life might even matter anyways.
EDIT: I noticed the status bar tweak to add the LED flashlight doesn't show up either. No big deal, I don't think it does on other ROMs either.

Awesome! I was using this ROM on my Nexus S and loved it! Just bought my Galaxy Nexus yesterday and knew I would be able to use this on it as well. Downloading now and will give it a shot. I'll let you know if I find any bugs.
Any suggestions on a kernel to use with this for the best battery life?

No ideas on kernel, you would be a good person to help me test since you been using it on the Nexus S. Besides the BLN settings is everything else running the same?
Thanks!
I'm running on both nexus's Franco's kernel on galaxy nexus and matrix on nexus s and so far its amazing on both. The only bugs I've found so far are the minor ones known related to the toggle buttons. Don't know if your aware but I donated a couple hours ago. Thanks and keep up the amazing work. Only has my galaxy nexus a few hours so much more testing but so far its just as smooth as it is on nexus s

Feel free to email or add me to google talk. My email is the same as my user name here, just add @google.com

Rom discontinued! Find something newer and better

MIUI 4.0.3
Howdy,
I have found my self with a little time on my hands, I needed a little project and hear it is.
This has been ported to the HTC Vision by me and lenny_kano, It is pretty much functional bar a few bugs. Most of these bugs are from MIUI as MIUI v4 is not yet stable or feature complete.
This ROM comes with no guaranteed support, I'm hoping that abundance of free time I have at the moment will be short lived. However now I have started I would like to continue. So you never know

As a die-hard MIUI fanatic, I can't possibly thank you enough for this!! Will give it a whirl soon!
Interesting.
Can anyone report back on video playback please?
Running Quattro RC3 as a DD but the issue with Video Playback is an issue for me.
Hopefully Tethering can be fixed
Thank you
Definitely going to try this out this weekend.
Edit: Any ideas about wifi calling for us T-MobileUS folks? It's a no go for me without it.

Proxuser has updated so i figure MIUI must pushed and update anyway.
I'm having a look at it now.
Maybe I will update tonight. But it's more likely to be tomorrow.

Wow and this is just alpha? Amazing. One thing though. Headphones aren't being recognized. Music still plays from the speakers even though earphones are plugged in.

Edit: Forgot to flash the kernel. Will do now.
My eyes bleed from the smoothness
One thing that I noticed is that even though the Themes app works, the themes themselves aren't being applied and an failure occurs when trying to change the lockscreen wallpaper.

There was a fix for themes in Proxuser's thread, and but since he has updated the fix has gone. So I assume the bug is fixed in this week's release. I will send him a PM and ask for it and add it toothed first post.
I will update to this week's build tomorrow I'm all androided out for today.

----------------------------------------------------
Hi everyone.
This is a notice to everyone that BrassDroid is being discontinued. We had a lot of fun doing it and we have learned a lot about the Android system.
However we are currently working on a few other projects including some games for android and maybe, before long, iPhone that is taking up the majority of our time.
When JellyBean 4.2 was released we felt there was only little we could do to improve the ROM... Maybe add the quick link bar at the top (as well as leaving Google's extra Notification area), we were also considering implementing the dual screen from the S3 and maybe an optional unity like menu that could be swiped from the left side (Think that may also on the S3). But as mentioned before, we just don't have the time these days. :crying:
We'd like to thank everyone who helped us through this immense learning curve. We were complete noobs to the programming scene (building a website was our limit) when we started this and cannot thank you all enough for being guinea pigs We have really enjoyed doing this project and appreciate the time you've spent testing our ROM's (especially our friends across the pond who were willing to try our blind built LTE ones).
Once again thank you to everyone who helped us and tested for us, we couldn't have done it without you
Maybe our paths will cross again soon
-----------------------------------------------------------
We have recently found ourselves being caught up in numerous projects and are not quite able to keep up the regular updates as you may have noticed. We just want to take this opportunity to say that they will likely become slightly farther apart. I'd like to think that at the most they will be every two weeks. Hopefully more regular though to keep in-line with the current CM changes (however we are slowly building our own ROM from the AOSP that we hope to use instead of CM... however this is a long time away yet)
We'd like thank everyone for their support during the development of this ROM and hope you continue to enjoy it (If you have )
A BrassFeet ROM for Galaxy Nexus.
Here we have BrassDroid, a collaboration between PjFlo and DeeToTheVee.
This is a CM10 Kang [All props to them, they always do a fantastic job!],
compiled with the brilliant and energy efficient, Trinity Kernel by, Morfic.
We have found this to be a great combination of power and battery life.
This ROM also includes a few build.prop tweaks as well and some shaven fat.
The Toro version is being built BLIND. We do not have the device so unfortunately, you are our testers!
However we have had confirmation from XDA user Baby_Phil who is already using the ROM (B3), that everything is working and that it is stable.
(Thanks for having confidence in us Baby_Phil!!)
Stable CM10 Source
Choice of Trinity or Franco Kernel.
Trebuchet.
Ability to move clock to the centre. (Temporarily removed - This is due to notification clashing with the clock)
NavBar mods, Menu, Search etc.
Extra browser controls.
Improved scrolling.
Improved dithering.
Google apps included!
Added smart stay app for keeping the screen on when looking at it (Disabled by default)
All new Android 4.2 features!
New Android camera with fully functional PhotoSphere!
New Android gesture keyboard (YOU NEED TO ENABLE THIS YOURSELF!!!!)
Go to settings - language and input and set the keyboard to Android Keyboard. (NOT THE AOSP ONE!!)
BrassDroid RC3 - 07/11/2012
PLEASE READ!!!!
THERE WILL BE A PERIOD ON FIRST BOOT WHERE THE PHONE WILL RESTART AND ON SECOND BOOT ATTEMPT THE SCREEN WILL GO BLACK. THE SCREEN GOING BLACK IS DUE TO THE FACT THAT THE BOOTANIMATION DOES NOT RUN LONG ENOUGH. BE PATIENT IT WILL BOOT!
WE WILL MAKE A NEW ONE BEFORE LONG BUT WE'RE NOT VISUAL DESIGNERS SO DON'T EXPECT TO BE BLOWN AWAY!
We strongly recommend a full wipe before installing this update as it will be replacing the camera app. It requires the Gallery2 apk to be removed so that GalleryGoogle can be installed. (Although PJflo did a dirty flash and all was fine.)
If you are comfortable with doing this manually then a dirty flash should be fine. If you're unsure then just do a wipe and then install the new update.
BrassDroid-TR-RC3 - goo.im
Trinity Kernel (for battery performance)
BrassDroid-FR-RC3 - goo.im
Franco Kernel (for speed)
BrassDroid RC2.1 - 22/10/2012
BrassDroid-TR-RC2.1 - goo.im - DISABLED DUE TO CORRUPTED FILE AND RELEASE OF RC3!!
Trinity Kernel (for battery performance)
BrassDroid-FR-RC2.1 - goo.im
Franco Kernel (for speed)
There is also a GSM version available over in the Galaxy Nexus GSM forums -> http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1801849
Wipe data+cache and flash .zip with CWM.
If you are running BrassDroid already feel free to 'dirty' flash.
If you are coming from another CM10 build; remove any screen customisations (gamma etc.) before wiping and flashing this rom!
What works:
Everything!
If anything is not right for you, please let us know.
Future updates coming soon!
Please let us know your thoughts below, and enjoy BrassDroid!
Changelog:
RC3 07/11/2012
Latest feature listing (kind of a changelog but not quite)
Disabled centre clock for now as there has been some issues compiling with the latest source. It will hopefully be back though - main issue is that notifications are overlapping the time and this looks pretty ugly so... we'll see.
Disabled our default notification colour due to some reported issues, once again will be back soon.
Profiles added again (will, in final build, be disabled by default though)
Status bar power widget now has with most common widgets
Nav bar mods:
Ability to add and remove buttons from the navbar
(height adjustment will come in final build)
New stopwatch and countdown added to desk clock
Enabled development by default and some options within it
loads of the other general CM additions - far too many to name all of them
Choice of Trinity or Franco Kernel.
Disabled and removed CM updater to stop any updates to a CM build. We will remove all references to any Cyanogen features for stable. (Not to discredit them of course, just to stop conflicts)
Almost latest gapps. (Some like Chrome and Earth will need to be installed manually by you)
New cyanogen file manager - removed es file explorer
New data folder for apps some users may wish to uninstall such as facebook, instagram, franco updater etc etc
Added smart stay app for keeping the screen on when looking at it (Disabled by default)
New camera and gallery app including photosphere
New keyboard from Android 4.2 with gesture features

Flashed ok. Initial boot took a little longer then other jb builds i have tried.
I did a full wipe before installing.
System, cache, data and dalvik cache
Two cameras
Two galleries.
One camera works but i did not try to take a pic yet, other one failed to connect.
Both galleries wouldn't show my pics, wiping the cache and dalvik cache resolved the issue but still have two galleries and still have two cameras.
I have read about this issue, I believe it involved gapps some how but i could be wrong.
Checked the md5 before hand and they match so it wasn't a bad download.
Other then that very smooth but I hope you guys look into the two cameras and two galleries. In the mean time I'll be testing the basic features for now. I did download over 4g, I'll try WiFi later today.
Time for bed.
I'll report back.

Hi thanks for trying the rom and for the feedback!
We are aware of the duplicate gallery, it was a schoolboy error and we will be uploading a new build today with this issue hopefully resolved + latest CM source + a couple of minor updates of our own. It was basically we forgot to remove gallery2 when we added GoogleGallery - Duh!
Anywho, we are compiling now and hope to have it up later today. The gsm build we have just done is much faster to boot and, so far, has had no bugs

Try wiping data and davlik cache from advanced menu.. also maybe try a different link.
Please try what PJflo has suggested
We have had reports that the B3 build works but you will need to remove the /system/app/Gallery2 to remove the duplicate camera.
Unfortunately we cannot test this rom ourselves as we do not have this phone and live in the UK
However we will look into what could be causing this (if the full wipe doesn't work) and hope to have a working build asap

4.19.2013 - Tester #2 EOS4 - 4.2.2
First and foremost to use this rom you must have zvb installed. Coming from ICS will not work.
- Rom is now able to be under volted. It will not stick at 1026mhz anymore. I am safely running at 270mhz currently.
- New Media Profiles, Codecs and thermald Confs
- New Default governer is Intellidemand
- Eco Mode has been added. (dual core operations) We should be able to use this app:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=37464463
- Reverted back to my original MMS configs. I have yet to test it, but Shel told me they were working on CM...please someone test and report back with LOGS if it doesnt!
- Baseband is now reporting modem based on grep in About Phone. Thank you Shelnuts and Kaik541 originally!
- CM camera has been added (Power shutter still needs to be added, it will not work), Auto Focus is now working on the camera
- Updated EOS Performance settings
- You can now Copy inside Google Talk (No idea why its not stock!)
With many more tweaks as well!
Download Suggested to avoid any corruptions that you factory resest (Yes I know its a pain, but it helps to get rid of any lingering issues. Do not restore data either, just apps with your backups)
http://d-h.st/L7W
04.16.2013 - Test Rom- EOS4 4.2.2
First and foremost to use this rom you must have zvb installed. Coming from ICS will not work.
Known to be working
- Camera is working. Its still a wip. I have noticed that auto focus isnt very strong. Thank you Shelnutt2!!!
- LED does work. You just need to enable it via settings/display http://bit.ly/ZoRg71
- Wired Headset now works
- Bluetooth works
- MMS still needs a little work ( I am pretty sure we need to tweak the RIL). You can use GOSMS without any issues.
- Calls will hang up briefly and immediately dial out afterwards. (This happens on JB modem)
- You will not have any of the display issues we had previously. They should be all cleaned up.
New Features added
- Eos Control Center has been moved to settings. There is no longer an icon for it.
- You can now copy and paste within Talk.
- Full Mako kernel with tweaks. This kernel is based off Faux123's kernel source and has been made to work with LGOG. Max frequency is 1512mhz and Min freq can go as low 162mhz (but I am pretty sure this wont work. You will get deep sleeps and no wakes) I have mine set at 384mhz. You can now tweak other kernel settings as well. Such as vibration strength, fast charge and others. Sound can also be tweaked with Faux123's Sound application from play store. I have been using the trickster mod for kernel changes as well as performance settings in ECC. I would like to thank Synergye for helping bring this kernel to us. Awesome job he did!!!!
Faux123's original kernel can be found here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2008222 ***Do not flash this! Its not done by name and will brick you pretty well! Cant believe I need to add this! ****

I do ask that if you are going to report issues please have a logcat to go with complaint. I cant trouble shoot it if I cant see the issue and why its happening.
First things first. I will be maintaining this device for teameos.
I would like to thank Synergye for all of his hard work getting this kernel up and running.
Shelnut2 and thecubed for Freegee. Without this app none of this would of been possible.
Shelnut2 for his work on getting the trees up and running.
Theo289 for putting up with me and testing everything that I have thrown his way.
Mike_77, what a soldier. He lost a few devices along the way, but I think its all his fault.
Autoprime for discovering the importance of EFS back up. Life Saver!
BigRushdog and the rest of the EOS team for their awesome rom. Great work!
Any thank you to anyone else I have forgotten along the way.
What Needs to be fixed
Camera still needs TLC
GPS is fully working in this build. If you are having issues. Please revert back to stock get a GPS lock, then reflash this rom. A few have had issues and this has helped to fix it.
MMS. As for now GOSMS will send/receive MMS. I am pretty positive we need some TLC on our custom RIL that Shelnut2 put together. We have a possible fix that I will let BRD or Auto explain which entails deleting the telephony.db file that will help you to get MMS on stock.
If you find anything is not working please let me know. We have tested this through and through. Its good to go, but please remember this is a work in progress.
Enjoy!
and mine!!

Whoops forgot I was still on the main account.
Congrats on the release.
I was running it last night. GPS connected instantly. Couldn't connect to 3G, but LTE connected. NFC worked.
Didn't try the MMS mix by deleting telephony.db
Nice!

If you dont have 3g..I would suggest making sure your EFS is in order. 3g is fully working on these builds.

+1, 3G works just fine for me.
This is an awesome rom. It's super stable. Been running it for a day, and I've seen no force closures. The only issues that I've run across is weird animations while opening apps. It flickers from the newly opened app what was on the screen previously back to the app. It's also evident in Shellnut2's CM10.1 builds.
Any way to remove the screen brightness adjuster in the status bar toggle menu? It's obnoxiously huge.
I've noticed that the wired headset problem is only a problem when using it to make phone calls. Using it as headphones works just fine.
I'm thrilled to see more developers develop for this phone.
It will be interesting to see who gets the camera running first....

you can remove the screen brightness adjuster in the EOS Control Center. We are all working on the camera together, well Shel more then me. I was given GPS and MMS to work on. Since the start this has always been a joint effort. Glad you are enjoying it.
Wow, this looks great. I'll wait until mms and camera are fixed before I use it though.
Grassy a$$........ Gracias!

Aww thank you so much.
May I ask, out if curiosity, what it is about the camera that proves to be so difficult?

And this is our first capacitive key device. You guys will need some cap key long press action.

Since the beginning of Android, cam has always been the mother of aosp challenges. It's proprietary technology in which source code is not provided. Thus android does not know how to communicate with the camera hardware layer. Very basically.
OK guys I feel stupid. I am trying to install the ROM and GAPPS everything installs fine but I have no mobile network I restored my EFS just to see it that would help but did not help. I did get to play with the software and it was great thanks for any help in advance.

I have been waiting for this ROM, painfully running any other AOSP ROM I could find. Glad to be back on the best ROM out there!! Glad to see this phone getting support from you guys!

Blk thank you for this ROM. It is the fastest running ROM on the GS4 and so far is rock solid. I also managed to get Acid Sound Mod v5 working by flashing and adding the build prop lines manually. For you Acid Mod lovers V7 and V8 break phone audio in both Slim and 05-10 CM10.1 nightly. Turning on extra voice gain in call in device/advanced will break phone audio. It's awesome that we are starting at the same point where the S3 left off in features and stability and this phone still isn't even available in T-Mobile stores until either the 15th or 18th. I ordered two over the phone from T-Mobile and got free next day shipping and got them next day. I would also recommend going in to Settings/Device/Advanced and setting mDnie mode to Dynamic and turn of CABC so the screen doesn't occasionally dim. It gives the screen more pop similar to Trinity Colors on S3 or Voodoo Color on the Vibrant. Thank you Blk for including 192mhz min clock also. There is definitely no need overclock this phone with 1.9Ghz quad core because it blows my S3 away in overall speed! I can't wait until KT747 kernel comes to our S4! Slim has always been my go to base ROM.

Anyone else getting a force close on Google Voice Search? I cleared and it is a wipe install.

The compass sensors don't appear to be working with no directional arrows in maps or compass app but it doesn't work in cm10.1 nightly either. I'm sure this will be fixed soon so no boggy. GPS still locks down to 3m indoors fairly quickly.
Try playing with gyroscope calibration. I just tested mine and it seemed off until I calibrated it in settings - device. I unchecked the use calibrated data toggle, set it down on the ground and then checked it and hit calibrate.
Google voice search seems to work fine from here on my end. Try clearing google search / google now data and if that doesn't work provide a log.
That goes for anybody reporting issues -- because this is a beta release there is expected to be problems. It would really help me and the rest of the slim team if you guys could get logs and outline the steps to reproduce issues when they occur.
Thank you everyone for your thanks and initial support. This is only the beginning but with such a solid base I'm really looking forward to continuing development on SlimBean for this device!

Will T-Mobile WIFI calling be supported in this ROM?
Wi-Fi calling is only supported in touchwiz roms

The bluetooth audio for calls is not working on this ROM. I don't have access to a laptop today so I cannot post a logcat atm. I will post one as soon as I can get to my laptop and can do some diags. Hopefully we can get this fixed as this is a big deal for me and I really love this ROM! Thanks again for all the work on this great ROM!!

Excellent build. Thank you.
Running very smooth so far. One issue I'm having is that Wi-Fi will not stay on. Anyone else setting this?
Also, default dpi on this ROM is set at 361, which is a little small for my liking. Although, this seems a little odd, as 361 would usually make everything very large in my experience. Do I dare try setting the dpi higher in hopes to increase the size? What is the phones default dpi? I thought it was 320?

Stock is actually 440. We're xxhdpi now so the dpi increases accordingly. Slim by default uses a lower dpi which you can change in the settings.
Sent from my SGH-I337M using xda premium
CM10.1 for our phone is 480 DPI which is what I changed mine to and it is the perfect balance just like TW.
I am finding that the "reboot" issue is happening intermittently (read: sometimes it reboots correctly, other times it just shuts off). I will try and log it, and upload a logcat a next time it happens..
I'm really not sure why it's only working "sometimes".
However, it isn't really an issue for me, as there is a workaround posted in the OP.

Is there a particular reason these other ROMs can't support it? Is it not just an app? I loved SlimBean on my previous phone but WiFi calling is invaluable and a huge battery saver for me now that I switched to T-Mobile.

WiFi calling has never worked on any ROM other than a touchwiz based one. Pull the apk from a touchwiz ROM and see if it works.
