[ REQ ] Please port this tool - T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy Note II

This is a tool from international gn2 section. It is intended tobe compatible with any 4.3 tw custom rom, installing all gn3 apps. If one of the very talented devs here could port this to our device, I'm sure it would be appreciated by many here.

I'm not a dev but I'm willing to do anything I can do to assist in making this happen.

[Q] Difference between the 2 forums

Can anyone tell me please what's the difference between Galaxy Note II Original Android Development and Galaxy Note II Android Development?
I'm quite new to this phone and I love it! Thinking about rooting is, no flashing yet
Android Development is mainly for ROMs, and tools relating to rooting etc.
Android Original Development is mainly for custom kernels and other custom mods.

Now, to sort out and make sense of the roms and their current state. Makes my head swim!

Galaxy Tab3 7.0 Development

Just to get a head count. How many supporting developers do we currently have for this device here? I was considering myself to start developing for this device soon as I see it has potential once rooted. I see we have some good support for kernel development and Recovery development and roms on the low side.
Id like to see firmware from the 8.0 or Note be ported over so that was gonna be my goal once I finish things up that im currenlty working on.
Any ideas for us to build on?
it has some good roms about 4 roms but all are stock with some modifications the real roms start when cm10/10.1/10.2 port arrive and already some devs are trying to create one only some time needed then the roms will increase aokp cm pac pa and the cpu is unknown or something like that so it is hard but not impossible.
There is a semi-active development thread for CM here:

Any help would be appreciated, I'm just getting started and there seem to be few experienced CM-devs for our device (at least judging by the activity of the thread)
Unjustified dev said that there are few missing files need for cm 10.1/10.2

Looking for a Custom ROM most like stock for Galaxy SIII

Hello all,
I am looking for a custom ROM for my AT&T sgh-i747 that most emulates Samsung's 4.3 Stock ROM. I am looking for all the features and functions that the stock rom has with all the rooted goodness.
Does such a thing exist?
Thanks in advance for your help

I recommend the deodexed version to be able to mod it easily.
This should be in the Q&A section
These type of threads get closed as they become discussions/arguments over which rom is best.
The question you pose is only one you can answer by testing, reading, and interacting with those members in the development threads.
As XDA is not a support site, members are expected to do their own research and experimentation in these matters.
Please head over to the development sections and enjoy,

Multi rom port

porting roms

Ok im bored and google and watched video clips about porting roms...I want to learn how to but all i've found was about kitkat or older roms and the same doesnt apply...I want to try and port euphoria-os but I have no idea how to begin..I was hoping a dev could lead me to a great tutorial they would recommend...thanks...
Well first thing is....have you contacted the original dev of that ROM and asked for permission. If you consult with him/her. They might be able to guide you as you try to get that specific ROM to the M8...
