Burstlam's rom is famous in china,from android4.0 to android4.4,even named "the best rom for maguro".
I just build one from sources for toro without any mod.

KNOWN ISSUE and COMMON QUESTIONS
1. Don't dirty flash over it , get full wipe and clean before you update from other genius works.
2. Flashing kernels : 3rd party kernel that consist of CM ramdisk(ie flash with a boot.img image) is not compatible with this rom.
3. On restoring App with Titanium Backup: for those who switching roms all the time, it is recommend to wipe dalvik cache again with recovery.
dalvik cache generated by different rom build from different toolchains may not be compatible. You better do it prior to ART conversion.
4. If you flash SuperSu over this rom, pls checked "Enable su during boot" option in menu, otherwise, root privileges won't work
5. For dev reason I have switch adb logging on in developer options. Turn it off if you don't need it and somehow it save battery and
better performance.
6. Currently no proper ui restart function presents, dpi changes and some ui changes need to check the system ui restart option (under developer options) or even a reboot(using hot reboot option should work in most cases) .
7. Wifi Display Support : You need to check the option "Wireless display certification" under developer options to work properly.

Love the lockscreen notifications. Very nice ROM nothing I'm missing at a all. Even has power widgets, a lot of ROMs are dropping them lately it seems.

So far it is good. Awesome customizations. It didn't auto download apps. I am using pa gapps 12/30. And for some reason candy crush app says it is not compatible with device. Other than that this is great. Awesome job

You get onto everyone's case about every little thing in a lot of threads kid. I've followed several of your post and it will not be much of a challenge finding it all. You're a hypocrite.
Be thankful people continue putting out more ROMs for us to try out. No one is going to have your answer right away on a newly released ROM simply because it was just released and everyone's phone acts different from others.
So cool the jets and just try it out yourself.

Why is this ROM "taking CyanogenMod to the next level?
CyanogenMod does not want to include many customizations like they did in cm7
But why not? We want to customize our phones!
This ROM adds more options and cherries to CyanogenMod, cherry picked from the CM gerrit, Google gerrit, AOKP gerrit, many github pages that are around or made by me
This ROM also includes a lot of experimental changes like many NEON optimized code sets, better libraries like jpeg-turbo and tweaked surface flinger, skia and many more

Hate the stupid useless overflow menu button (onscreen menu button)?

Hate the ugly Android Global Action (power menu) dialog?
Just change it to a nice three row picture view without text
In Android you can swipe from the top of the screen downwards to expands the status bar
Why only from the top of the screen?
In this ROM you can define actions for
Swiping top edge
Swiping left edge
Swiping right edge
Swiping bottom edge
for example if you want the hide the status bar you can simply define a swipe action for it to an edge you like
And there is many more in this ROM!

First post under the download image and than u the text kernel
Download the zip file
The kernel is in the zip file extract it
Flash the boot image you just pulled
Do a factory reset in CWM
Flash the ROM
Flash the kernel zip (for the modules(only if you've installed faux or Franco kernel))
Flash gapps
Be sure you follow all these steps

As you should probably know. We do not own this device. We own the AT&T version. So we are pretty much blind on the device. We need you guys to be as descriptive as possible about the bugs that you encounter. Try and provide as much information as you possibly can. Logcats are cool and last_mseg are necessary for us to trouble issues!!!
Animation Manager explained
1. Zip files that contain the animations are in /system/addon.d/keyboard-anim and /system/addon.d/window-anim
2. If you feel like you want to add more, simply open one up to see the folder structure and the files it contains.
3. To add another animation that you like, simply create a new zip file with the same files and folders and place in the appropriate folder. The files must be compiled xml files and not the human readable version.

Honestly, the nicest part about this ROM is that you have updated the UI to a more white-based scene, something Google should have done! But other than that it's all good, few things though;
1 - Couldn't find DPI settings.
2 - There is no "Clear all"button in the recents menu.
3 - Animation transitions (I know they're messed up everywhere on every ROM)
I'm running an LG-G2 D802-10B, probably doesnt help but i don't want some douche refusing to help because i didn't put my variant down haha
For me installation aborts by unofficial CWM. With PhilZ touch it's all ok! First impression is good! Thanks.

I love slimroms since my old GNex. And now, finally we have slim on my D802. Stable enough given that it's still Beta version. Few customizations aren't there yet but I'm sure it will come soon. So far UI scrolling is smooth, no random reboots, pretty good battery life (initial impression).
Would like to know if D802 will be supported officially by slim team, though. Anyway, thanks to dev/OP for your hard work

Common G2 issue. Don not power off your device.

On pa_g2-4.0-ALPHA-20131205-d802.zip i can record audio calls with callrecorder from line. On yuor ROM can't.
I see a different audiolib's in system\lib\hw\audio.primary.msm8974.so and additionaly see system\lib\hw\audio_policy.msm8974.so

Yep this is the final one.... Couldn't find anything else to do to it thank god.
And yep clean flash.. Took out the AcidMod, it wasn't playing nice.

Hopefully I only did a mild clean up on the RC3 that's been running well for testers.
I think the only thing that may need to be added is eZs wake lock. Or not.... We'll see. I didn't get that far. Just wanted to get the release out.

I found the Gear Manager for S5 last night. It installed, and opened, that's half the battle. I don't have one so I can't test it.
I'm trying to keep this relevant and functionally. The same as other ROMs but not. So if after a couple of days if something needs to be added or removed let me know.
This rom is the maximum, only the note lacks the launcher and 3, but I managed to inserting it, I think I'll be here for a long time thanks for this amazing rom diskele

I did some quick surfing.. Fount out some people fixed theirs by getting compressed air and blowing out the top earpiece hole.. I've seen that several times in other threads.
But I'm looking at build.prop tweaks also.
So curious if anyone is having that problem also. I'm testing mine now.

I know I have the DroidSansFallback.ttf fonts in there. I need to check if the fallback_fonts.xml is installed and the fallback.ttf configured.

In call screen shut off working on mine... Mine's straight up just flashed with nothing else on it,
I just found this
Under *#7353# -> Proximity Sensor: It always says "Working" and vibrates. From the other tests in this menu I assume this is the "On" state and that the correct behavior would be to not vibrate and display a different message when the sensor is "Off" (ie: nothing is close to the sensor).
Just tested on mine...
Just wave your hand over sensor. I did notice it had to be like 2-3 inches away.

I understand there are some noobs, and I will do my best to answer any questions you have.
If you don't like the rom, that's your choice, and you can go find another one to flash, or better yet, build your own.
I recommend using PA GApps from this link -

Pick the package that suits you or use whatever GApps package you prefer as long as it's 4.4.4.

**Flashing**
I use TWRP Recovery to flash roms from this link - http://teamw.in/project/twrp2/110
If you don't already use TWRP, but want to, you can flash it with the Flashify app from the Play Store,
Mobile Odin, or use the directions to install via your PC.
I haven't ever used CWM on my tablet, but if you are comfortable with it, you can use it to flash this rom.
Just make sure you have a custom recovery installed, because this rom won't flash with stock recovery.
This is my method of flashing:
- Boot into Recovery
- ALWAYS MAKE A BACKUP IN CASE SOMETHING GOES WRONG!
- Do a factory reset. In TWRP, I also select "Format Data" to wipe completely clean.
If you are just upgrading from another Beanstalk 4.4 build, you shouldn't have to wipe completely
unless you had a lot of issues on the previous build.
AFTER Backup & Wipe:
- Flash Rom
- Flash GApps
- Reboot System
*Allow at least 5 minutes for it to boot the first time before thinking it has failed.
When the Welcome screen appears, I allow at least 10 minutes for the rom to settle in. I don't touch anything.
Afterwards, I set everything up.
**A Few Extra Tips**
The following are just tips from personal experience, not required.
The regular SuperUser is included in this rom, but I always download SuperSU from the Play Store.
(Thanks as always to @Chainfire for SuperSU).
Open SuperSU, and a popup will ask you to update the SU binary. Choose OK.
If it asks you to use the Normal method or the TWRP/CWM method, try Normal the first time.
If it fails, do it again and choose TWRP/CWM method.
You will get a confirmation in installed properly.
I also download BusyBox from the Play Store.
Open BusyBox, click Install on the bottom left, then Smart Install.

Having some issues using Xposed on this... XHaloFloatingWindow keeps crashing the apps I try to pin to the side, and I am not able to go back to the previous build of Xposed framework.

I don't use XHalo, but when I get home, I will check it out.. Were you trying to revert by uninstalling the current XPosed and installing another version? Thanks for reporting the issue... Obviously, this is a new build and bugs are to be expected..

I tried to use the recovery installer as well as uninstalling / installing from the installer apk.

Is there some reason you are using XHalo instead of Halo that is built into the rom?
When I installed MWSidebarLauncher, and tried to launch an app in Halo, it only launched normally. Are you using OmniROM's Floating Window?
EDIT: I eventually found the settings to enable the built in sidebar launcher as well as Halo. But I still have issues when trying to view two apps side by side.
This is working great on my n8010 (now showing it as a n8013 lol) only issue is in settings it seems to cut off the right hand side so the sliding tabs aren't fully visible.

Can you post screenshots? I'm not exactly sure what you mean..since it's working on the 8010, I may compile for a build for it so it will show as an 8010 and not an 8013..

No, I don't use omnirom's floating window.. If I want something to open in a floating window, I swipe a notification to the left in the notification drawer.. I used to use Halo with floating window a lot, but have used omniswitch for a while, and it's so fast I don't worry about floating anymore.. There are so many settings and options in Beanstalk it takes a while to find everything lol

If you use the tab in portrait its OK if settings are closed first then restarted then if you rotate the tab its OK till settings are opened in landscape again

Ok, I understand now.. I very seldom use mine in landscape unless I'm playing Angry Birds lol... I'm going to do a new build today or tonight because some stuff was changed with the source I'm using.. I'll try to get a 8010 version out too if you would want to test it for me..

In the Xposed settings, there is a Netflix workaround.. See if that helps..

If you to settings, Xposed options, on the very first screen there is a Netflix work around...
Edit: I was just informed that the Netflix workaround hasn't worked for a while... The suggestion was to use an older version of Netflix.. The dev team I joined is awesome, so once they get all other major issues fixed, they can work on the other issues.. Beanstalk will get better and better as time goes on, so just bear with us for a while..
