I've been using UDN for a while now, but is there a way to change stock sofkeys look? Maybe a flashable zip through CWM? or Xposed?

You can't to change the statusbar if you have the stock gingerbread. You must make downgrade, get root, s-off, and install any custom-ROM...
Check out the uot kitchen. There you can customize it how ever you want

Fastest way is to install Xposed Framework + Icon Themer module and then install ICS icon theme you want from Google Play Store.

I'm using the repacked stock B513 firmware. When I apply any theme that also changes the stock apps and notification panel, it doesn't work. It works on the stock launcherbut not on the other appsand notification panel.
Any idea why?
Before I flashed the repacked B513, I was on the ported AOSP ROM which uses the bootloader of B506. Is there any difference between the bootloaders of B506 and B513? Is this the problem?
I was thinking that the theme chooser was the problem but I can't find any apk or flashable zip of the stock theme chooser.

Works for me. Install ElementalX kernel, and in Aroma installer makes sure you install it with Permissive mode on and Viper will work.
