You're the best bro. Thanks for mentioning me. First beta tester as of last night!
I will try to help and contribute as much as possible when I can. Just PM me if you need anything.

THank you for the rom
Will test it

@moritz31 there seems to be a huge RAM issue at the moment. When I was on SlimKat, I had anywhere from 1GB to 6/800MB free. The culprit seems to have something to do with the app cache (lime green) Maybe you can look into it?

can take a look, but don't guess i find a fix for that :/
you think the app cache is the problem?

Well I installed GravityBox and the RAM bar on there shows something completely different. I would say that the one included with Beanstalk should be the accurate one. In the screenshot provided, the top is Beanstalk, the bottom is GravityBox. But yes, the lime green in Beanstalk's version represents app cache.
Maybe you can talk to @scott.hart.bti or @DAddYE and ask them if they know what the problem is.
Edit:
In this screenshot, Memory Booster shows 705MB free which matches up with what GravityBox is showing so I'm sure that the one that is inaccurate is the Beanstalk one. I'll look into it more and report back.
By the way, did you get my PM about AFH and hosting websites?

They are two different types of ram bar, the first one is showing ram and cache where as the second one is only showing ram

Yeah I figured it out, I'm just tired. Just gonna stick with the one that GravityBox uses as it matches all of my RAM managing apps.

@moritz31 camera doesn't take pictures with flash. I'll see if I can pull the camera from SlimKat and report back.
Edit: Tried installing camera and gallery from SlimKat. Still no go. I'll try to get a hold of @DAddYE and see if he can look into it.

Well, I've never heard of this rom before. Are there any features different from cm/aokp/aosp? or is this like a pacman?

Flash the rom and find out.
I've used it as my daily driver on my S3 and S4 until I got rid of them. It's basically like AOKP, AOSP, and Pac all built on top of CM. It has almost every feature from all of the great stock android roms. Probably the best damn rom you'll ever wanna use to be honest.
If you try it out, report back on what you think.

Uploading now. You'll love this rom. The only bug I came across right now is no camera flash but I'm getting that sorted out right now.

@TheKnux
On my Xperia Z I was used PAC and loved it.
Actually I wanted to wait for PAC with working camera, but I have a premonition that Beanstalk could be my new daily driver.
It would be great if the not working camera flash could be sorted out, but if not it would be no reason for me to take distance from this Rom.
Tomorrow I don't have to go to work, so I have much time to test this Rom.

I tried PAC once and stuck with it until I found out about Beanstalk. Ever since then I've used it (except when I got rid of my S4) I tried getting @scott.hart.bti on board to port it to our phones but never got a reply then @moritz31 said he could probably do it and voila!
You won't regret it. I've reached out to @DAddYE about the camera flash and he provided me the info on where to get it but I have no experience with code whatsoever so I'm hoping he could help work out the kinks a bit.

Good I have good eyes =] I have the perfect values for my epic 4g... it took me a pretty good amount of time to perfect the gnex. Especially since its an RGBG config than the regular RGB so you have to compensate more blue color for the lack of blue subpixels

I give you TSM Pool Party v2.0 ICS 4.0.4 for the Verizon Galaxy Nexus . Pool Party began with Sbrissen (xda/rootzwiki) a Samsung Fascinate developer that ported every single SGS style lockscreen into one convenient package. At the time, his work was called TeamSbrissenMod Lockscreens. After perfecting the control app TSMParts.apk and adding in some status bar GUI love and a few other system wide options, he packed it into what was called Pool Party. The rom was released on the Facsinate, ported to the Epic in GB by Maddoggin and ported to the NS4G as well as the Nexus S by myself (Dreamsforgotten). Since GB, Sbrissen has been churning out work (I believe for CM9 ICS) on the Fascinate and has stopped production of Pool Party. I put this together for everyone to continue to enjoy the Pool Party Line of Roms.
Code:
[color="blue"]
Android:Source = IMM76I ICS 4.0.4
Linux:Platform = Ubuntu Linux 10.04 LTS Lucid
Android:Kernel = NONE [Both Franco Kernel and James Bond work flawless, I use Franco]
[/color]
((I rather NOT flash a kernel, because kernels are a personal choice, each user uses a different kernel for different reasons. Being that this rom does NOT flash a kernel, if your on a stock kernel, your good. However, if you are NOT on a stock kernel, keep in mind any init.d folders, modified modules, etc that the kernel your using flashes, will be overwritten by the rom and you MUST reflash your kernel.))
Sbrissen's Official Thread can be found here: http://rootzwiki.com/showthread.php?2670-ROM-8-24-TSMPoolParty-V1.2-2.3.5&
Please stop by and thank Scott for everything without which this would never be possible.
The features in the ROM are a colaboration of TSMPool Party code via Sbrissen, CM9 source, and AOKP source. The control app is 100% work of Sbrissen and I re wrote the app to speak to the new variables in ICS that changed since GB (which was a **** ton!)

ChangeLog: Link coming soon to in dept changes
Here's the short and sweet
v1.2 Milestone 1, Finally looking how it's supposed to, stable code came in v1.0, theme and new features came in 1.2
Included Honey, and Ring LockScreen in addition to Stock, Tab, 4Tab Screens. Total 5 LockScreens
Lockscreens Themed for ICS from GB and Clock widget updated to ICS text.
Changed to the design of the new toggles via AOKP versus the classic ones
Added a submenu in Lockscreen Parts including the nav bar menu from Rom Control. You have all the nav bar features of AOKP in the SystemUI
Big menu softkey in nav bar is achieved by hiding the normal menu key and adding in another soft key that triggers the menu
Back is always Longpress to kill keeps it locked in by default.
Added in the code for Rotary, Rotary Revamped, and Lense LockScreen. Have to tweak the code and size the images to add the choices into TSMParts.apk
V1.0 Bugfix Rom / Still V1.0 Released May 21, 2012. (From here out version numbers change)
Fixed MMS failing to download Bug noticed by snoopy1e11
Native Tether included pointed out by radadev fix via jakdillard
Included LatinIMEGoogle and LatinIMEDictionaryPack.apk fix explained here [url="http
V1.0 - First Draft
This rom is AOSP goolge source, mods on top inlcude:
TSMParts.apk, Settings.apk mods for control app, 100% Sbrissen work, I rewrote the values that changed in settings.java and deleted features that are not relevant any longer. I also added in methods to speak with AOKP code in the status bar
SystemUI.apk-Kanged AOKP for the new toggles layout and used their code for carrier text in the status bar. I did not Kang the swagger toggle powersave code/toggle and the rest of thier added code, I only Kanged the features that were already in Pool Party from day 1
Frameworks Framework.apk/Framework.jar
I modded the lockscreens using the original lockscreens from TSM Pool Party 1.5 by Sbrissn. None of this code is from AOKP or CM9
I change the value to never use scrolling cache to default with no way to reach that setting in the control app. That means this rom runs with scrolling handled by the GPU not cached in android. I am not a fan of the scrolling cache at this point, lets see if it improves in future versions
Credits:
Maddoggin - I thank Maddoggin first and he didn't contribute directly to building the rom. He actually donated me the Galaxy Nexus which is the only reason I'm here to begin with. I would still be shelling out this rom only for the NS4G
Scott Brissenden - (Sbrissen aka Team Sbrissen Mods) for creating Pool Party for the fascinate in Ginger Bread. Before him there was CM7, OMFGB, and 1 or 2 othes that were using similar mods. Scott perfected all the galaxy S lockscreens into a package of his own with their own personal features. These are present in this rom as well. Also thank him for answering numerous questions
BigRushDog - My phone came in non working with no 3G so I had to leave it stock in case of a return. BRD stepped up and cracked the mms errors found in building with the device files that were available from the beginning. Brd supplied me with the stable device and vendor files.
k0nane - for being on Gtalk 24/7 fixing my java issues with ubuntu 12 (before I ditched it for 10.04 again ) helping me with troubleshooting in logcat. And for always supporting my work.
ShabbyPenguin - for his normal antics, his hosting space at holyling****.com so I can give you my releases with no ads, no delay, and no data limits. For giving me an ear to vent into when I'm pissed. Many many more reasons lol.
Parabola from ACS - always giving me pointers in Java and helping me with errors
QBking77 - Making the video that will surface later
Peter Alphonso - All his support and base for the NS4G version before I converted this to the Galaxy Nexus. He has also came to my aid when I've reached points I couldn't pass.
The testers and users who support my work. I build roms for myself and hosting them and supporting them takes just as much time as building them. Your support and appreciating make it worth while to release and constantly update instead of keeping this to myslef.
and last but not least I like to give a special thanks to Jason aka (JasonK75 on xda). He is a stand up guy. I can't say why I'm thanking him, but we both know.

Try flashing a kernel over after the rom and gapps usually stuck at Google is kernel. There is no kernel in this rom noted on the OP do it might be erasing pieces of your kernel you previously had before the rom formatted system, let me know!

Awesome! No worries it's easy to forget formatting system does delete kernel parts, there isn't enough consistency of a best kernel so I don't want to turn people away from the rom when the kernel doesn't agree with the phone I rather users use the kernel they are comfortable with.
please note if anything pops up that doesn't work, I'm guessing your the first Verizon tester I've had lol.

This is not CSROM.
This is not a clean slate to modify as you wish.
This is Graviton.
You will be assimilated....
Introducing Graviton, a majorly de-bloated and AOSPified ROM based on AT&T Jelly bean 4.1.1 (DLK3).
I created a custom theme with an AOSP feel that permeates the ROM. Only a few APKs remain to be themed.
Many apps have been replaced with their AOSP/CM10 counterparts. All will be replaced in time.
The only Samsung apps remaining are required to provide basic functionality to the device.
Please don't ask me to replace any Samsung apps - not happening.

or

________________

Lol I'm sure it will, I like it so far. Im looking forward to future builds and see what options you add. I agree with the apps. But I didn't want to hold up releasing the ROM while I themed all of them. There are a bunch of inverted apps available you can install. The toggles are not adjustable. Those are (were) the stock toggles. I just themed the heck out of them.

If I did it would be to AT&T DLK4, but I have no plans to do that right now.
All the new versions coming out for the different carriers are just incremental updates. No significant changes that I am aware of to make it worth the effort.

Not the modem, but the base. It's still based off of UVDLJA instead of UVDLJC, which does have a few differences (kernel, some apps, etc.)

Should be fine. The worst that could happen is cellular data issues. Nothing restoring your nandroid backup won't fix.

Introduction
Chameleon OS (or ChaOS for short) is a custom Android ROM that gives the user more control than they can experience on any other Android ROM. Starting with a CyanogenMOD base, we customize each piece to give ultimate control while maintaining the simplicity we all love about Android. The most notable feature of ChaOS is the theme engine, which can apply different pieces of themes in a true mix-and-match style. The launcher has been completely overhauled with tons of options that you'd normally need to download a third-party launcher for, such as home screen previews, folder sorting, and folder icon styles. The Messaging app has also had some UI retouches, including messaging bubbles and quick emoji button.

Well done!
PSA
When flashing and update please clear cache & dalvik cache and reflash gapps. Not reflashing gapps on updates will cause the pone to loose Google account info and fail to open any apps that requires a communication with Google.
i dont know what happened, but my cell phone refused to take any incoming calls / texts . But I was still able to make outgoing calls and texts... I had to factory reset to be able to use the phone again.
Works wel... But battery hogger
Thank you for the excellent ROM, everything can be themed and its pretty snappy.. but its a real battery hogger.. if we get to install a compatible Kernel. i think it should be a lot better.. waiting for Kernel updates on this ROM...Hoping for the best

Thanks for the feedback. This ROM is cm10.1 based so @lyfkevin 's WIND kernel is compatible, http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2119976. I tested it and it works. Also added a note to OP.
In other news, I have a buildbot setup for this rom which has already been pushing out nightlies for a few days. I hope you flashaholics enjoy
I will slowly continue to update OP with pertinent information. Just need to find time.

Thanks a lot for the quick response.. gonna give WindKernel a try.. the best Kernel out there, was using the same with CM10.1 nightlies...
Thanks a TON
I am running on ChamOS, combination of multiple Themes and WindKernel 2.10... the ROM is smooth, more than 1.5 days backup.. no worries on my phone now.. hope the phone doesnt give up on me.. have tried a hell lot of ROM n Kernal installation on it.. thanks to the Devs and of course my phone to withstand this stress test....
The ChaOS team just launched a theme contest for anyone interested, http://forums.chameleonos.org/threads/chaos-theme-contest.356/.

I noticed that also. It's being actively developed hopefully there will be some code optimisation soon. For now the focus seems to be on feature adding.
Also this rom is still in beta and these are nightly un tested builds
I do however use these nightlies as my daily rom.
New feature: Gesture Lock Screen Passwords
Gesture Lock Screen Passwords now available in latest ChaOS builds. Head over to OP and download latest build to try it out.
For more details please see http://forums.chameleonos.org/threads/gesture-lock-screen-passwords.363/.

Thanks for bringing ChaOS to your device, I fixed the messaging lag, it had some bad images in the default theme. I did alot of refining to that theme and it looks alot better in v0.8

This ROM is based off of CM 10.1 so in general CM bugs are present. However as a general note everything works fine.

Looks like 9/1 is their final nightly. Most of then other phones are on 4.3 with the nightly 9/2 on. Do you know if the ChaOS team is working on a 4.3 version for the Nitro?

your welcome
Wow...so this would've been what beanstalk would've been played out if it'd been continued for our device. I'm running this right now and for a nearly 2 month old ROM it had more features then 90% of ROMs a month and half ago. Funny thing is when I checked the skyrocket thread they just released a new new version last night v255 and is this one v251? Hopefully your v2 will be the new build base.:fingers-crossed: But I'm probably gonna go back to DU. But sounds sir thinks again for giving this phone just a lil bit for life when most others have left us as a distant memory. Can't wait for you v2 of this and a v3 of DU.

Just asking so I don't have to flash the rom again if it will only be a few days before you post the V2 with your tweaks. Do you have an ETA for V2 with tweaks?

my tweaks i usally remove dsp manager and add modded viper audio and i add ringo pro and video caller id and a modded google launcher with more setting but you have to remove velvet apk prebuilt gms core apk and google home apk from your gapps package so it wont override the modded one and you cant update it in playstore and the kitkat keyboard wich someone pointed out that google keyboard has emoji but 1 the google keyboard is bigger in mb's and 2 the kitkat has ios emojis let me know what you want i will hook it up for you and any other apps you might want if i have them let me know ill do that for you bro

Excellent Battery Life
Thanks for the port. Hats offf to the developers on this one. And to any developer that puts the time in. Between hellkat and this . Beanstalk seems to have just a little better battery life. Although i love both Roms. Would love it if one of the 4.4 roms had otg enabled
Mms customizations crashes
