[Q] note 3 apps on offcial 4.3 note 2 - Galaxy Note II Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

hello everyone
i have one serious query
i have flashed different 4.3 ROM on my note 2 GT-N7100 but i find no ROM as efficient as official 4.3 which has been recently releashed by samsung. but the bad news is that it lacks awesome features of 4.3 like air command, action memo, snote of note3, and whole screen single handle features. i have visited one thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2335530 which shows to flash these features but these are for samsung galaxy s4.
so is there any way that i can flash these features on official 4.3 rom so that i can have good speed with awesome features of note 3
i will really be very very thankful to you
thank you in anticipation.
buddy! i really need it badly

Get DittoNote3 it's amazing, and has all the note 3 features, it also offers you to debloat simply from the installer, please keep in mind that wifi won't work unless you have mj5 bootloader, I'm using the rom right now and its really nice

There are many roms you can find that are similar to what you require but I only know DittoNote3 that's good in serving the note 3 features

There is Phoenix that should be good too, and another one which I use and is perfect, although not much popular (I don't understand why) and very fast - Criskelo... all Note 3 features work just fine...

Indeed I have tried phoenix and it was very good, although I had some troubles installing criskelo, I have also stumbled upon tigra which I think has the note 3 features, pardon me if I'm wrong.
With Regards,

Unlikely to happen right now. If it's something you need I'd stick to the T-Mobile roms for now. They are discussing how to do it kinda in the dev section for devs here. That section is for dev related comments/discussion only so I wouldn't recommend posting there. Still a good read, and you can follow their progress.

Had a problem connecting the phone to my laptop though. It wouldn't even see it and still not sure why.
Hi,
Where do we find the Kernel to flash for Canadian Videotron / Windmobile version M919V ? Or I can just flash the Rom over my stock and it will keep my original kernel ?
Thanks

I have no idea why it's not working for you. It's been tested and is confirmed by others that it works.
Try extracting it from the zip and adding it manually to your framework folder.

I have to create a version that will work with Stainless. The one that's present works only for the T-Mobile version.
I'll be looking into it and trying to get it going for Stainless international MJ7 as well as an odexed version for both.

This DOES NOT WORK! period! That kernel will NOT work with X-Note properly! Or any other intl rom.
I have tried every 9005 rom with every kernel available, it is just not going to run on our (N900T) device until the kernel gods get the kernel source...and if any says they have it running, they are having random reboots regularly....sorry to bust everyone's bubble....

I tried just about all the N9005 roms in the international note 3
forum and they all worked fine, all you need to do after flashing
is to flash the wifi/nfc/bluetooth fix twrp/cwm flashable zip file.
No need to flash different kernels since the stock kernels work fine.
Many other custom kernels also work fine.

4.4.2 i317 DN3 (Ditto Note 3)

HI Everyone So i discovered something this morning ,
i just bought a mega and i have a note 2 (i317)
i decided to take a chance and install a N7100 rom on it to see if it worked (DN3 4.4.2)
and GUESS WHAT? it did lol
only problem. the modem/radio doesnt work.
to be specific this was the beta 2 rom from electron team http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2504016
Can any dev out there fix the modem issue? if so this could be a 1up for us i317 users.
everything works when the rom is flashed i even made a video which ill be posting on youtube soon
-wipe data, wipe both cache, & wipe system then flash it & walah.
can anyone help with this??? :good: :highfive:
Can't you flash the correct modem for the mega? I don't even know if its available as a flashable zip, but you could get another mega user to extract the modem using adb, then you could flash it with Odin3.
