Egyptian users needed!! - Huawei Ascend P6, Mate

hey everyone, im a P6 user in egypt, and i accidently did something wrong that bricked my phone, and after i managed to unbrick it and flashed the latest B-125 and everything went fine, except that the phone wont connect to my operator, its always with no signal and showing "no service" but when i search for networks manually i find all the networks in my country but cant connect to mine (Can't connect to this network at this time) i also tried to call 911 to check its not hardware, it connected and someone answered, so i don't think its hardware problem, so someone told me that it may be my operators files is missing from the folder /cust in the root of the phone
so any egyptian user can provide me with a copy from the folder /cust, may be that's it or not, but i must try every possible fix

Try the B118 international version (not china version). I think its meant for north african region.
Also maybe try updating b111 international and searching for OTA update.

Is your imei number present? Type *#06# to check.
Also check this. I am not sure but I think that you might use it to create the update.app you want (you may also contact the OP to tell you how to do it).

Please help-lg g3 imei check sw dont work

After ota update via usb with V20d-eur-xxx on v20e-eur-xxx can no longer via imei check your firmware version.
The phone is manufactured in Hungary, located in Serbia, and not sim lock.
With the old version v10e-eur-hp I update softvare with lg flash tool and everything was nice ok.Telefon and now works just do not understand why I can no longer get when I enter imei stock firmware version.
Updates before he was Suffix: A6HUTN ,and now is A6PSTN.
For now there are no bugs in the work, but to call it a small Bags is that when I enter the mobile Networks menu loaded 3-4 sec, and this happens after update V20A. Why?
So, do you have any problems with phone or ?
It is normal to take few seconds to open network menu. I have that also.

I have no problem with the phone, but I'm interested in why I can no longer unlock through to check the latest version of firmware.
That someone help me? :crying::crying::crying:
I found that my current suffix a6ps from macedonia, and before that was a6hu and that is because the phone is manufactured in Hungary.
Why does it happen and why sites like: devtester, lg-firmware-rom, lg-phone-firmware report IMEI is not valid or no firmware for my IMEI ????:crying:

S9 Bootloader, CSC, VoLTE

i was on stock rom (G960FXXU1ARB3) when i had both VoLTE & VoWiFi , i had to reset my phone for some reason..... i said why not update and restart ? so i updated to G960FXXU2BRGA and i lost both VoLTE & VoWiFi
i tried downgrading to ARB3 but had no luck since the bootloader was updated.... so its not an option.
can anyone help me to get VoLTE back ? i really need it :crying: and i dont want to lose the warranty

Hi, you may download an app ''QuickShortcutMaker" on Playstore. After that open the app and search for "lte call". You may find Enhanced LTE Services under Mobile Networks. Select it and select try, now you may turn VOLTE on. Sorry for my broken english.

May I know your Original Country code(CSC). And, what is your currently active OMC(CSC)? You might use Phoneinfo app for checking the currently active CSC.

Firmware contains multiple CSC. And, if you flash the firmware via odin sometimes the phone boots with Random CSC. Hence, I strongly feel the device applied a default CSC other than Iran(THR).
Once more please confirm it using Phone Info app, you can find it on Play Store. Or else, check whether the good-old secret code *#272*imeino.1# works or not.
If nothing helps, go for a clean flash of the latest Iranian firmware by putting CSC(not Home-CSC) firmware file in CSC tab on Odin.

A5 2017 imei

Hello, I bought a used a5 2017 phone from ebay and when I received it, my sim not worked, then my brother's sim either. I think the imei is being blacklisted. Is there any way to change it, or how?

Someone know how?? I have never used Odin.
Here is a tutorial on the web for an older version: https://skipsoft.net/flashing-a-single-partition-i-e-system/
If the baseband version/ids/content in *#0011# isn't there, try
restarting the device?
changing firmware, preferably with a newer modem?
wiping data?
For installing firmware, there's odin. Use odin, the stock rom (official firmware), and samsung drivers, Insert the usb cable, switch off the device, hold power+volumedown+home(the button on the middle), grant its permission, select the stock rom in odin, start. New firmware might require odin 3.13.1. The error "failed: device _ binary _" means that the firmware is old, somewhere in the middle of the firmware version code is for example U5 or S5, if U6 or S6 is already on the device it won't install u5/s5.
To check if the device is blacklisted, the code is *#9900# > run cp based log > copy to sdcard. Select nothing else. It is available in the folder /sdcard/log/err/ , sdcard meaning internal storage or device storage or internal memory. Open LitmusLog....txt and scroll down, look for the part that says reject info list, look for Cause:6 (basically this device can't be used); Cause:3 (basically this device can't be used with this sim). It is also available in /sdcard/log/err/ss_log/*/cp_members.txt , but the reject cause is in hexadecimal, and resets after a reboot, compared to the other file that keeps reject causes until it's replaced or cleared in another menu. For more info contact your mobile network operator.

Sadly this not helped, the imei is blacklisted, and modem update not fixed it for me. :/ I contacted the network operator and because I'm not in contact with the person who sold me the phone, they can't tell me anything, because I don't have the rights. So I think the only way is the imei changing method, but I don't know if it's even possible or how.
Sorry if my English is bad, and thank you.

- it is illegal to change imei- if hat means anything to you, lol
- it is against Ebay's policy to sell phones with bad imei
- there is an xposed module to change imei but you would trip knox

I think in my country it's not illegal, but not quite sure.. And i didn't know this, the guy wrote it down in the ebay ad even, so it went through.
Thank you, I will look into it, but I think I will sell the phone as a 'working display part'.. Motherboards are not cheap.

Imei is locked to the device as far as I know. This is why a device can be blocked after being reported as stolen. If it is imei blocked then you should get a refund or make sure Ebay is involved if the seller refuses to.

A hard reset wipes the data partition, so if your system partition is corrupted from an update or something, it won't help. When you flash it, it rewrites most the partitions.

Any day, man.
"The phone is not allowed" Isn't this Cause 6?
In Touchwiz (stock) ROMs, check with *#9900# > cp log > copy to SD card > look at the internal storage > log > err > litmuslog. If it shows #Cause:6 in this file, this is most commonly sent for imei blacklists, contact both mobile network operators.
No work after firmware reflash .
Any suggestion?
Need help.
The Samsung answer is take it to service.
But why when with nougat working and with oreo didn't!!!!!!
I was at samsung service only to ask ,the answer is :the probably cause is software or the mainboard !!!
And they said for Romania there is 9 firmware!!
At sammobile site was only two, where do i get the rest?

Loose signal N976N

Hello, Hope all are well.
My device Note 10+ 5g, Model N976N, (Carrier_ID: KOO)
I cant get Signal from SIM, The device did not recognize the SIM cards.
A technician make software for the device, and, in About phone, I can see the Model number(SM-N975F).. I've make some software chages/flashes and the device was corrupted.
A technician make software and, in About phone, I can see the Model number(SM-N976B/DS).. I got the signal for one time then loose it.
What is ur advice?
Can I flash N976Q with (KSA or XSG - Arabic country code) ? Still have Arabic Language and Signal in 2-SIMs ?
Thanks in advance.
Hello mohgaza,
To me it is a bit hard to understand your problem.
has your sim card ever worked
If so: what happened / what did you do that caused the problem
please try to improve your question.
You also state two different model numbers in your question. Why is that? What technician are you talking about?

This could be a loose contact or some working configuration between a lot of nonworking ones or something completely different. What country do you want to use your phone in? The choice of the modem file should usually depend on that.
Hello, I'll clarify:
SIM cards worked for less than an hour, JUST restarted and lost SIM signals.
Technician was trying to resolve the problem.
Worked well on n975f, BUT I flashed other firmware by mistake,
Then I went back to the technician and he tried n976b.
My carrier is Israel / Palestine, and I want to activate the 2-SIMs
So If the N975F Version works well, why don't you flash it?

It seems because I've flashed the most latest, and cant DOWNGRADE ..
that is becuase the phone has a patched IMEI try searching auto patch roms and install it will help you. or take it a better phone technician who has proper flashing boxes like Chimera it will patch the imei.
