Because I can see on your keyboard "EN" right next to "space" button, this doesn't exist on z1 4.3 keyboard, it switches between languages automatically according to your writing. More clear answer would be it uses multi prediction.
Here I'll show you.
You can see in the screenshot I wrote on my native language as well without having to change languages it did it by itself and also predicted the word by it self.
For the record latest z1 keyboard ( the one I ported) is actually more accurate then the one you ported from 4.2.2 since it has latest SwiftKey predictions integrated while the one your keyboard uses are about 6 months old.
Give it a try you'll see. ( the biggest difference is with the languages that are not English)

As I said mine was taken from a 4.3 Stock ROM NOT a 4.2.2 one. I don't see another language... I see only Latin characters. Try to type smth in Greek or Russian. Mine has the swype function too.
Anyway this my last post here.

Bro!
Wow, good keyboard bro, i tomorrow buy HTC One and use you PORT!
I'm his cousin and the screen shots come from my z1 also the rom provided for the porting (wink)
@gianton

Here german and English as you see again there's no button, if I use for example English + Russian of course I'll get language button due simple fact it's 2 different types, Latin + Cyrillic, but if used 2 Latin or Cyrillic languages you'll never see the language button.
BTW every xperia keyboard has "swype"
Take a look at the second screen shoot does your settings look like mine? It doesn't because it's the old 4.2.2 keyboard.
Ripping it out from 4.3 Z1 rom doesn't change the fact that your keyboard simply isn't 4.3 Z1 keyboard.
In fact I'll snap a screenshot for you directly from Xperia Z1
Last 3 photos are straight from z1 on 4.3 I've taken as we speak.

Works fine for me, the language button is no longer present in z1 keyboard unless you're using Cyrillic + Latin.
Check your settings, have you enabled all languages? You gotta enable language after downloading it.

Credits:
thanks to [email protected] for the keyboard setings mods and gIMpSTa
Great, I have 2 change requests:
1. The candidates highlights colours are still green. But they should be blue.
2. Black keys would fit more to our sgs2 than white.
ive posted up anougher option with black primary keys as for changing the candidate highlights to blue,i will need more time
Take all the time you want. No hurry

what's the difference between this and the HTC IME mod that you can theme yourself?
is this keyboard multi-touch?
can we have those blue buttons in grey instead?
I unfortunately do not get it out, did everything according to the described procedure done in under Languages & keyboard chops, but unfortunately I'm still propagated even the "old" keyboard?
Rom LeoMar75 if this helps any further and it is guilt?
Thank you in advance.
Thanks works super

ummmmmmm might not be compatible with that perticular rom
works great for me, though I don't use the default e-mail app so can't replicate the freezing.
Thanks!
What htc ime version is it? I already got one that doesnt require installation of the clicker_hi.apk or whatever its called, so just wondering if there are any differences?
thank you so much
works great
works on the Epic touch perfectly!
Same problem with stock's email app in SGS2
OMG...reminds me of my HTC years lol...
This is a great keyboard, but really need to get it working with the stock email app before its of any real use.
Keep up the good work and hopefully you will be able to sort this issue
Can you put in gray and black?
I'm guessing you can't edit this using the kitchen that the original creator has can you? Idk.

HTC Sense Keyboard for GS2

Hi everyone,
I recently had HTC One V and I really liked it UI and everything, few days ago I have bought Samsung Galaxy S2 and having few issues with the keyboard, I really don't like its keyboard or the skwyp (alot of bugs and I just don't like it), I really want HTC One V keyboard on my current phone ( Just keyboard ), Is there a way to get HTC One V keyboard on Samsung Galaxy S2?
Thanks
try this :http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=624416

download high resolution from first link ,
direct link : http://www.hallerud.se/htc_ime_jonasl_hires_27.zip
IMPORTANT: If u don't do so the keyboard will force close
first install the 2 apk files. Normal install ( not system/app install ) , install both files ( clicker.apk and htc_ime.apk
second go to language and keyboards then enable it and go to its settings , and in the keyboard's settings choose language selection key and disable all languages except for only one language the one u will use
finally just enjoy sense keyboard on ur S2 , and don't forget to hit the thanks button
Isn't this nothing more than a key logger, gives you a warning when you enable it too.
Sent from my GT-I9100 using xda app-developers app
I'm thinking about it too. But on the other hand - that warning you get with almost all keyboards. It's just for information.

You mentioned CM11? I don't think then it supports Small Apps Framework. What the dev wants to convey is - a device and a ROM that supports the same. ROM to be precise.
Good idea with one small issue:
When I start an app from your launcher, the launcher stays in front and you have to Close Quick Launcher to use the app.
This is no Advantage against launching an app directly from the appdrawer.

Hello,
I'm aware of the "Black Text" issue, For closing the quick toggles, the real advantages to keep it on the right ( drag the Small App to minimize it), I will add an option to close the Small App after launcher an app .
Changelog for the new version :
- Fix Black Text issue .
- Option to Close/Maintain the Small App after launcher an app .
- Fixed the Big Icons, Big Texts issue .
- Include the Shortcuts .
- *Maybe : 2 View style .
Big update!
I Delayed the update a bit to add more features , What's New ?
Enhancements :
App Icon Updated .
Fixed Force Stop .
Minor Performance Enhancement .
Black Text Issue Fixed .
New Features :
Add Apps/Shortcuts/Websites/Custom Apps/Custom Shortcuts .
2 View Modes .
On Launcher Behavior (Keep / Close ) .
Reset App List .
Set Small App Background Transparency .
Apps Icons Size (Default, Small, Medium, Large, Extra Large) .
Apps Display Style ( Icon & Title, Icon ) .
You can download via Attachments, Or Wait a bit to download it from Google Play .
And by that, First 2 Requests ( Shortcuts, Custom Package ) Are Now Checked, Please note, If the Package is valid, the App will take that valid package name & icon and replace it with the set one .
sounds interesting
but to be clear,
I can use Sony Small Apps (including this one) when installing the Small App Framework on NON-Sony devices? how do I know if my ROM supports it? can you post a link to the threads? (yes, I did look for it but couldn't find the right one. I only found a thread from 2013/14)
I installed the Framework but I don't see it in my launcher, nor can I launch any Small App

[ROM][SHARE][Redmi 1s] Flyme ui 4.5.4.5r custom rom based on 5.1.1 lollipop [11/02/20

Here I'm just sharing the ROM which I found very interested and stable enough!! Thanks to droidfull and multirom team for their works on Redmi 1s
REDMI 1S- FLYME 4.5.4.5R CUSTOM ROM
Flyme OS is a heavily modified Android variant developed by the Meizu team for their MX smartphone line. This variant is based on Android 5.1.1 LOLLIPOP and offers a few unique solutions that this Chinese OEM created for their project. And in the eyes of many, this OS is quite beautiful and almost every piece of the ROM and its UI elements have been themed to match Meizu’s philosophy.
Flyme 4.0 has a set of Flyme icons for hundreds of the most popular apps. Personally I’m not that keen on the Flyme icons as they appear to large, but Meizu had thought about that and switching from Flyme to standard icons is as simple as flicking a switch.
All your apps are arranged on the home screens of Flyme 4.0, there is no app draw, a common feature with all the ROMs here. To keep things tidy we have a dock for our most used 4 apps and other icons can be arranged in folders.
Flyme 4.0’s new notification area now extends the full length of the screen with a transparent background. Quick settings are also available here and can be customised and arranged to suit your needs.
Head in to the main settings of Flyme and things haven’t changed all that much from Flyme 3.0. There are some new colours and the switch icons are the same, but the rest of the UI remains unchanged.
From the settings we can switch between English, Chinese, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese and Russian. Flyme developers have also added some gesture options on the lock screen which they call “smart wake” in the settings. The options include double tap to wake, slide up to unlock, slide left to enter the camera and swipe right to open an app of your choice.
Some apps in Flyme 4.0 have been given an refresh with a simple new look and brighter colours, while the camera app has been completely reworked to offer new features and all new UI.

It was a super solid stable build... Had not even a single issue.. Using it for more than 3 days....
Main features of attraction
1.runs latest Flyme ui + lp 5.1.1 beneath
2.camera especially
3.music no breaks or glitches at all
4.tools
5.Google builtin integration
6.stability
In my case battery is average but much better than miui.
For that I'm using gods kernel 5...(have to try v6 yet).. Now the bettery performance is also super Cool
Lovn it...
I need those Off screen gestures ....

Bro.. I do have a Meizu m2 note with me...and I do love those off screen gestures(but drains some battery too)... And I'm not the dev for this ROM original devs are chainese...Multirom.me.. and I don't think our kernel does support all those screen gestures... (not present in Redmi note 3g & 4g builds too)..if you want to have wake gestures try any custom kernels with those features...
Yup I too came to know that now.
Thanks for the share buddy...
Btw, where are the button settings???
Hello all,
I am using the rom since 2 days.
I found this...
cons :
1. First of all there is no lockscreen notifications. We all love this feature from Lollipop. these notifications are introduced in Flyme 5. but flyme 5 isn't ported to our device yet..
2. We cant select two different ringtones for each sim card. Some people like me may need this..
3. There isn't any clock widget
4. Themes app wasn't translated to English yet..
5. There is no option for selecting different actions for buttons. (If it is there, how to do that..?)
6. No quick settings from Notification bar tiles. (I mean you cant go to the respective settings if long press a tile on the status bar)
7. Smart touch is not actually what Meizu mobiles have. (we have one big dot on the screen. So we have to tap or double tap the dot to do the actions. It wont work if the Screen is locked. But in Meizu mobiles it works even screen is locked and we can also select our desired gesture (Off screen) to open our desired app (or unlock or something else..)
8. There no HDR option in camera.. (why?)
===============
pros :
1. A big pro in this rom is THERE IS NO AUDIO PAUSE BUG. (yes...!)
2. UI is very nice and simple
3. Animations are good. (I like the animation while charging)
4. Performance is very good compared to others. (with no mods) I didn't find any lag.
5. Dolby atoms is already there (no need to install again). Sound is awesome

As you mentioned 3.clock... It was present in the previous build which was a weather come clock widget...which was displayed in chainese only... May b the dev thought of removing for that reason.
.and 4.theme...in my case (I have my Meizu a/c) so can access theme store (but in chainese as u mentioned) can't apply thremes...and can't sync data with Flyme a/c.... Once again thanx for reviewing about this rom on my thread

There is some problem with contacts syncing. When I try to sync, only those contacts get synced which I recently merged(to avoid duplicity). They are just 3, and I have over 800 contacts. Please help.
