Hi,
Plz before posting search.
- Stock, means that is the original ROM from Sony
- No brand, means there no modification from any provider
- .FTF, this type of file can be flashed with flashtools
So with this Rom you can't unSimLock your phone you have just the original rom from sony

Hey i am getting an acro s very soon and was on the forums checking here. There seems to be no roms that are being developed that is good for the phone. Xperia S roms can work but you won't get the memory card to function. From what i have heard the phone performs excellent with the stock sony rom. Acro s isn't sold everywhere in the world that is why we might not see much custom roms for it.
Actually you hav 2 rom that are fully working for XPERIA ACRO S :
STOCK LT26w 6.1.A.2.50 Modded by Pims 83 that work with locked bootloader
or
Erachter ROM v5.1 but you need an unlocked Bootloader
that all for now

You have also CM9.1 or CM1O but you must unlock the bootloader

Yes, but be careful about flashing the baseband, or you might not be able to get a signal (happend to me when I flashed a Taiwanese Ftf onto my Acro HD). Either exclude the baseband, or have an ftf of a Docomo rom handy, and flash just the baseband from that if it doesn't work.

I've installed it, worked perfectly. Then I got the message there was an update, so I installed that as well, no more connection to my provider.
Luckily I had a Docomo firmware at hand, flashed the Docoma baseband and now everything works perfectly without the Japanese apps on it.

Since I flashed this ROM, I can no longer enter flash mode to load another ROM with flash tool (I push vol down while connecting to the USB, it just starts charging)

Odd, never had that problem. Did you start flash tool with the phone pluged into the USB, then turn it off and unplug the USB before turning the phone off?
I let flash tool running, unplugged the phone an powered it down

i have a prb today ... i updated my xperia arc 2.3.0 Gingerbard to android ice cream sanduice 4.04... 2 hour still runing .but i saw a notificatiion of basment version of update notification ... i update it on mobile ..but when update complet and instal it my set was not open not show anything on my display ..when i plug on charging notification endication is green and its a signal endicator ..and when i connect to pc via usb the notifation light is still green... my set is not oppend when i pres the power button its vibreat but not open so what can i do now plz help me

i think your phone is still in flashmode because of the green light.

Then try this
(1) How to flash a stock .ftf Rom
(2) load & place .ftf rom in Windows/flashtool/firmware folder
View attachment 1748658
(3) Open flashtool press lightening icon press flashmode
(4) Select your .ftf you placed in flashtool /firmware folder earlier
(5) Wait! Flashtool will tell you to connect your phone!
(6) Press & hold back button while connecting phone to PC green light will come on.
(7) Wait while flashtool starts flashing your rom.When finished it will tell you to reboot
(8) Finished unplug switch your phone on done!
Try above this returns you to stock rom may work no guarantees depends if you can get phone into flashmode!

it is a bad idea to flash an LT15i iberia ROM to a LT15a (the letter "a" means "American"), while the "i" stands for Internacional (i think).
They have another radio frequency that renders them completely incompatible with european ROMs
You'll have to flash back a LT15a ROM, and pray for it to re-survive LOL

Sim Unlocked
ROOTED + CWM Installed ( crazy_doze)
My Xperia S has developed a serious problem :crying:, all of a sudden . It has stopped sending/receiving SMS and making/receiving calls. The network type is shown as " UNKNOWN:0". This happened by itself since my phone was already rooted + recovery installed and was working fine. Now it wont work . It sometimes shows signal bars but does not allow any communication whatsoever ( baseband issue maybe ? ). Wifi is working fine and IMEI + Baseband are being displayed properly. Can someone come up with a suggestion as to how i can fix this ?
What i have already tried
Factory Reset ( close to 10 times , both from menu and CWM)
Restore from Working CWM Backup
Repair through SONY PCC
Flash Different Stock Kernel ( .96 with .211 stock kernel )
Update
Used Flashtool to flash stock roms .200,.211,.96 . No change
Flashed Baseband-only FTF. Still no change. Getting desperate here
Changed Micro Sim. No Change.
PS. I HAVE USED THE SEARCH FUNCTION AND COULD NOT FIND ANYTHING RELATED TO MY ISSUE. ANY SOLUTIONS I FOUND DID NOT WORK.

Yes , the micro sim works normally in my iphone 4. No issues whatsoever.

Tried that. Flashed .200,.211,.96 . No change.
Also tried flashing baseband-only FTF. Still the same.

No i didnt buy it from turkey. I dont think imei is a problem since it was working for a long time without any issues.
Unlock bootloader, install any cyanogen mod, then restock firmware with flashtool
If this don't work your phone became an mp4 player

If you have faith just do what I have about to ,I had thesame problem but now am free ,N01..get flashtool.N02...donwload this ftf SO-03D_6.0.A.5.12_Docomo on this site http : / / w w w . unibytes . com / yhRG . am9th - Lqw - Us4P3UgBB just type the url to your browser without space after that flash it with flashtool ,after that start your phone and wait for just 30 seconds to 1 minutes and you get your network back. You may now flash any stock rom of your choice either 200,211 or 96 but make sure you uncheck baseband and fota if you want to flash those ones I mean the 211,200,96... If help u can decide to buy me shoe or beer

Thnks, I'd installed m dual firmware, but then figured out that i can't swap internal memory so coming back to 4.1.2. Anyways haven't found anything special in 4.2.2

Hey.....Im using c2005 firmware on my c1904 and now I want to go back to the stock firmware.....but my flashtool is not detecting my c1904 firmware that I've downloaded. I've tried redownloading the firmware, but that didn't work. I've also tried re-installing flashtool but the problem was not fixed. Then I tried it from another pc, but it didn't work........so why is flashtool not detecting my firmware??

i have a problem when i finish flashing my phone takes to long loading.... it keeps showing the screen where the coloring clouds are is been more than 30 minutes and it keeps showing the same screen is it normal ? i have tried others ftf file for my xperia m c1904 some i get errors while flashing others phone dont turn on and this one flashing was all ok no errors shown but my cellphone keeps loading on coloring clouds any help please!!!!!

hi friends let me tell you i just manage to install the firmware to my xperia c1904 but all links i found on the net even here in te forums didn´t worked for me maybe because Flashtool dont know why but the only firmware i installed was for the c1905 people here says it works for both c1905 and c1904 but couldnt install it with the newest vercion of flashtool the one worked for me was the version 0.9.0.22.3 built on 08-06-2016, with this vercion i did flash my cellphone and it worked but in like a week is been like 8 days since i flash it and got the problem again the cellphone ran out of battery so it turned off the i charge it to full and when i turned on i got the coloring clouds loop can´t pass that screen right now i just re flash it again and the phone is back again but i hope this time keeps it like it is working thank you all hope you understand me
