[Q] Bluetooth turns on then off. stock/rooted/unrooted/cm10/cm11 - Galaxy Note II Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi All,
I have had a few issues with my note 2 of late but these are now resolved. Basically everything is working fine and correct except bluetooth. I was running stock 4.3 and the bluetooth would note turn on, it flicks to on, then about a second later turns off.
I could get no where with this, so I rooted my device, this made no difference, then install CM10.2, again no difference, tried, CM11 also no difference.
So after alot of search there are a few forums explaining this issue but none with a real answer.
I decided I would run Terminal and enable bluetooth that way. But I got this as a reply. Can anyway please tell me what this means and what I then need to do.
It looks to be a permission issue from what I understand.
I ran this in terminal
su
am start -a android.bluetooth.adapter.action.REQUEST_ENABLE
Here is the response:

Issues with CyanogenMod and G3 keyboard.

Hey there,
I have just installed CM12 on my LG G3 D855. All good, apart from that fact that i miss the LG keyboard.. alot.
So i started to dig, and i see someone has extracted it, and made it useable, so i attempted this method < http://highonandroid.com/android-apps/how-to-install-lg-g3-keyboard-on-any-rooted-android/ >
It took me a while to figure what was going on, since the men system in Cyanongen is slightly differnt setup, but non the less, its there. The menus work, the sub menus work, and all i golden, apart from one tiny issue.
The layout/UI of the keyboard, not there. Its just a black square that you can adjust the hight on.
Anyone have a clue whats gone wrong?

FMTransmiterService running on the phone

Found out that there's a FMTransmitterService (com.mediatek.fmtransmitter) that is running on the phone, but couldn't find any feature on my phone to transmit via FM.
Anyone know anything about this?
With QuickShortcuts, I even managed to launch the FMTransmitterActivity.

It even have a notification, and it correctly mutes the speaker!
However, can't get anything on my FM receiver though.
Hello,
You did not tell- how you managed to get to run the FM Transmitter interface.
There are a lot of undocumented mystery goodies about this phone. The sound is top notch premium too, and they explain it no where in the specifications.
I installed this app called "QuickShortcuts", and then look for FMTransmitter, then select the FMTransmitterActivity, try it!
After I upgraded to 1.33 version of the firmware, the service is gone. :|
Hello,
Yes I see the service is gone. I think they are reserving something for business.
They read these forums I believe.

Nexus 4 only boots if flightmode is activated

I have a strange problem with my Nexus 4 16gb. When I start or reboot the phone, the screen is black (as in the picture). I can activate the flightmode in the pull down-menu (which is still working) and reboot again (then it is working and i can enter my pin and deactivate the flight-mode after it is running). I am using the newest cm13 but the error occurred also in the stable CM12 version. At this time I had no idea that putting the phone in flightmode would solve this problem temporaly, so I installed a new ROM everytime... I already ordered a new sim-card but i do not think that this is the cause for the problem because booting without the sim-card does not solve this error.

Looks like its a big bug ?

HTC M9 stuck on TWRP (cannot install or do anything else)

Well, I should start with that this is my gf's phone and I've installed LinageOS quite a while ago. She's saying that she was installing a weekly update when the phone crashed and after that it started to stay on the boot window for hours. When I tried to manually update the phone via TWRP it showed this:

"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",

"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
Tried some Youtube guides, as changing from EXT 4 to EXT 2 and back again, repairing the file system, but it just says the same thing all the time. Any ideas how to fix that? Thanks in advance!
I'm not very experienced in that (only installed a few ROMs to a few different phones), so it would be great to get some step-by-step guide, so I don't mess something up <3
Flash back to stock and start over. If the ruu can't fix it then nothing will.

(A bit off-topic) Have any of you enabled RCS successfully?

This is getting really annoying since I've been trying to enable this feature since May and it's always been like this.
For the record, my carrier (Globe Telecom - Philippines) does support RCS. In all actuality, I had already successfully enabled this feature just last week. A Redditor from r/Philippines told me to turn off the phone, remove the SIM card, turn it on, put the SIM card in, and then try to enable. It worked until a few days ago when I did a factory reset on my phone. Now, it's back to the same issue that I had for months, and redoing the steps that I once did doesn't yield anything anymore. It's still stuck at the loading screen.
Can anyone help me out? I'm getting desperate.
Here's a screenshot of the loading screen:
