Can you please check your download link? Normally Tapatalk will show links fine and allow download when you click it but with yours it doesn't recognise it as a link.
It may just need the www. In front of it. Thank you.

How many languages are included in this ROM ?
EDIT:
Forget about the language... the rom is amazing but bugged, the settings button in notifications won't work and my SIM won't work too... Galaxy Fame GT-S6812B and the Wi-Fi won't work too... but this rom is a lot smoother

Is this rom still bugged? Can't really have a cellphone that the SIM doesn't work in and can't receive calls.....

Nothing really customized. OfficeSuite viewer, whatsap, adobe reader, neoreader, file commander maybe other apps I dont remember. But they are all deletable without root.
This firmware is rootable with Doomlord exploit. I just tried it

diferenças entre o firmware 10.3.A.0.423 DE / NMEA / Indonésia... , e as outras regiões, de software adicional e algumas configurações do sistema não-críticos. A essência do firmware é o mesmo. Firmware contém todos os idiomas disponíveis.

I had this same issue. I looked everywhere for the firmware and nobody had it. Then I used the PIT file and I got it to boot, but it would start optimizing apps and shutdown. So my only hope was to take it to AT&T warranty center and I said I was trying to upgrade and something was wrong with it, and they just flash the rom. I was in and out in like 20 minutes. Therefore, looks like your only hope is to take it to AT&T.

Lamentablemente no ya que aun no se ha podido tener acceso root permanente y sin eso no se puede instalar un custom recovery y no se puede instalar ningún tipo de rom

Installing oreo, nop, but I don't know if is a bug, when someone calls me the cellphone doesn't vibrate, just works on calls from WhatsApp or whatever app that have the option to make calls, but not in calls with sim somebody knows how could I fix it?

yep, i have claro/comcel and it works., with tigo it wouldn't have to interfere
After 4 days with Oreo the phone goes great. And I quite like the portrait mode of the front camera, and the options to control the focus in the main camera and also be able to control the brightness of the picture.

estou usando a 2 semanas ,, ta perfeito da um erro de user quando inicia , mas a tela de erro some e funciona normal --- pena que o 7.0 até o 8 tem proteção do google para root
temos que boicotar a google --- o principal motivo para não deixar fazer root são os ads propagandas que ele enfiam guela a baixo de todos nos -- fatura bilhões com esses ads

PS: now I am using it without gapps and I have not had random reboots, nor loops (it saved one with the hebf optimizer)

In principle for the sm-561, but works perfect on the 560 (my model); don't forget to make a backup.
