App Help - AT&T Samsung Galaxy Note II

Is there a way to get apps from the Note 3 or S4 that are TW based without rooting through some file apk or a system dump?

[Q] Call recording without additional app ?

Hi
I was using Wanam for some time. Now I would like to use only one function - Call recording. Is there any way to activate it on Samsung Galaxy Note 2 Android 4.3 Stock Rom, without instaling Wanam and framework ? Of course I got Root access.
I want to keep my system as clean as possible. Without any additional apps. Anyone know how this Wanam app do the trick ? I was trying to do some changes in other.xml file - no result. I was trying to replace SecPhone.apk - no result (maybe I was trying with wrong version). I think Wanam is doing some changes in files, but I dont know what exactly is changed....

Need help converting the new KitKat S-Note files to jellybean S-Note

So I updated my galaxy note 8 to 4.4.2 and my s note files converted to the KitKat format perfectly. However I didn't like KitKat 4.4.2 because it was slow and choppy so I went back to a 4.2.2 jellybean ROM.
I tried using one of my notes and discovered that the KitKat version of snote uses the file extension .SPD and jellybean uses .snb. I changed the file extension to the .snb and now s note is asking me for a password to open all of my files but I never put passwords on them. Anyone know of a way to fix this?

Getting Samsung apps on a custom ROM

I recently installed a custom 6.0.1 ROM (CM13-based Mokee, which is rooted) on my old Galaxy Note 2. I find that I'm really missing some of the Samsung apps (like their email, camera & locker) for which I can't find acceptable alternatives in the Google Play store. Is there a way to get access to the Samsung Galaxy Apps store from my custom ROM so that I can install some of the apps that I used to have before my (ahem) "upgrade?"
AFAIK no, there is no way to get the proprietary apps from stock Touchwiz over to a CM/AOSP based ROM, especially considering you would be using apps from Kitkat Touchwiz on CM/AOSP Marshmallow. They just have too many dependencies baked into the stock ROM other than just having the APK. The only thing you could try: go back to rooted OH3, Titanium Backup (or similar) the apps you desire, then when you go back to Mokee try to restore them. With 95% certainty I would say they won't work. If you heavily rely on the touchwiz apps then go back to OH3, root it, put on xposed framework and Wanam xposed and you will have a decent amount of customization while retaining the stock apps.
