I flashed the new modem when 4.3 once came out but now i'm back to 4.1.2. Is there a way I can download the T889UVBMD1 modem and flash that through TWRP? I know there is a forum in the android development section with the stocks images and modems but the link to download the modem is down. Thanks.

Searched for this and asked in Q&A. It's all GSM people. Haven't found anything for the CDMA version. You guys are the best resource
I'm rooted/unlocked with permanent CWM.
The phone keeps interrupting me with the update notification.
It fails to install because I have CWM.
I don't want to install a new ROM, just want the update. Is there an update for 4.0.2 that can be applied through CWM? ... like an update.zip anything flashable to bring me to 4.0.2?

That wasn't my reasoning. It was a development related question about files that development would likely have. That's why I thought it was the most logical spot for it.

if you are looking for the actual Modems themselves and not just a list. there is every modem except the newest 4.3 modem located in Teshx thread that is stickied in the development section. and the UVMD1 modem that i am running with DN3 is located in a recovery flashable in Dwitherells tweaked thread also located in Development section. I have not been successful in locating the Newest 4.3 Modem. Although their are links scattered ALL over these forum threads they are either not a modem or they are for UVBMB4 modem (which is the modem before UVBMD1). if i happen to find it i will let you know. as i am looking for it myself.
sammobile also has the stock firmwares which includes the modem I believe

I actually have the zip file with the mk7 modem. I thought there was a newer one than that.

Did you look at the last few posts/pages on teshx's thread, or only the 1st post? You can also search my name in that thread, I've posted the link a few times.

If you want the stock 4.3 AT&T ROM that can be flashed via Odin, you're out of luck.
If you want an earlier version, try sammobile.

Haoleflip, it would depend on what stock firmware you are looking for. If you mean the 4.3JB, then the one posted in the following thread by senior contributor enewman remains the best available:
