Thank you for your reply and link. That did the trick. Tried to un- root so I could use additional apps in multi view but it didn't work so I went back to stock.
Have rooted galaxy tab pro 8.4 with cmd and miracast function no longer works. Any fixes?

Hang on, shouldn't they also work on P601? That's disturbing if there isn't a root for it. There has to be.

Both methods work fine on P601. In any case, cf-autoroot is now available for both models. You can find the downloads on chainfire's website and instructions on xda.

Forget it, I did find it. For anyone who would want to know, now you acess it in your "tab" button (the left one).
