Adobe Photoshop Touch

Has anyone attempted side-loading this app? I'm pretty disappointed to see it's incompatable with the N7.
I have it loaded on my N7 and it seems to work fine. I just pulled it for data/app out of one of my other device and moved it to my N7 and installed it.
Good to know! I want to buy it but I do not have a tab or phone that supports it .
Yup,I can also confirm it's working. It's actually really nice running it on my Nexus 7 instead of my Galaxy Nexus, lol

I'd love to have a copy of this as I do a lot of photo processing. But I don't have a backed-up apk. Anyone know where I can get one?
Edit:
Ooops! Forgot it's a paid app. Will petition Adobe to upgrade it.

Any build.prop mods needed to get it to run? It starts loading on my nexus, but then just quits.

Running it on rooted stock at 160 dpi. Works great!

Sliding between activities

Is there an app for sliding screens between various activities when multitasking? For instance, I would like to play online chess and online scrabble at the same time. Is there something that would save me having to switch off applications, allowing a smooth transition through screen sliding?

You can also try LMT Launcher (search xda there is a thread with the app its not in the play store but I think you still need root)
Why not root? I mean it's all good if you don't want to just wondering if there is something preventing you from rooting. I don't know how I'd live without root lol

Isn't that what the recent apps button is for? That is exactly what I do with it...

Many thanks for your replies. Sounds like rooting's the answer!

Sounds like a great plan. You will like the ride. And the app is just great.
I found an app caused App Launcher that I mapped to my Hold-Home button (instead of Google Now). It cost $1.99 but pops up a menu to launch favorite apps from. Google Now is mostly a waste on the N7 without wifi.
The app is hard to find in the Play Store app. I had to use the website.

Many thanks for this! Much appreciated!
I have since then discovered SwipePad, which is even better than what I was looking for. And it's free!

Does anyone know of any MUD clients that have triggers and don't crash like blowtorch and looks OK on the N7?

App to link phone?

Hi guys,
I have the wifi only version of N7 and I use it a lot while at home. The only problem is that I have to keep reaching back to my phone to reply to SMS or whatsapp. Do you guys know of some app through which I can link my phone so that I can send messages through my tablet itself and not have to reach to the phone? Something like Airdroid maybe? Or Snappea? I can still use these apps through the browser but can you guys suggest some better way or app?

I use mighty text. Works great

There's DeskSMS and TabletSMS.
You need to have DeskSMS working on your phone, then TabletSMS will work. You can also install a browser extension so you can reply to SMS via computer as well. DeskSMS costs money, not sure how much exactly, as it's been awhile since I bought it.
Hangouts would be an easier "fix"

Thanks guys. Google Voice isn't available in India yet. I'll try TabletSMS.
So the sms issue is solved. Can we access WhatsApp somehow on a wifi only tab? You guys know of a way?

Tablet talk is what you need. It sends SMS and notifications to your tab. You can reply back and stuff. I haven't used it but I heard it works great.

You know how you can....

You know how we can receive a message using Qpair than we can respond?
Is there a way or a app that we can CREATE a message from our Gpad and send it to the phone, than the phone sends it out to the person?
Thanks for any help....
I use an app called MightyText which allows you to do this.
