Can you use a T-Mobile ROM on an ATT Note 2 device using T-Mobile sim?

The Note II on T-Mobile, and AT&T are very similar. I have tried this in the past with a different phone, and had success, I would recommend making a backup if you consider trying it.

If you have an AT&T Unlocked phone and a Tmobile sim card and flash a Tmobile rom then you will have wifi calling
as an option.
If you flash an AT&T rom and use your tmobile sim you will NOT have wifi calling.
Good luck!

Where can I get roms for my Wind SGH-T889V?

Hello, I bought a Note 2 from Wind and I would like to install a rom but I can't find a section for my SGH-T889V model. Is there a US variant to the SGH-T889V? Sorry, I'm noob. I am just wondering if I flashed a rom meant for the N7105 on my Wind note 2, will it be bricked? Thanks.
You could use the roms in the t-mobile note 2 section. The only thing you have to pay attention to is that after you flash a rom there, make sure you flash the right modem for your variant.

Can AT&T 1317 run stock T-Mobile software? (no search on phone)

I don't like the AT&T software and I am a T-Mobile customer. I unlocked the phone through the settings. I couldn't search the topics from the app for some reason it wasn't showing it
Same goes for me, somebody please help.

I wasn't sure which forum would be best to ask the question. Chose this one since it's currently an AT&T originally. Thanks

No prob. It was a good choice. I've installed the Master X2 but it's been awhile. I'm on ATT and remember t-mobile apps on it, I think. It's worth a shot. It's a Jedi and they rock.
T-Mobile and AT&T note 2 can run the same Roms with no problems?

All the roms are the same except for the carrier bloatwear. I never use the carrier stuff, but you can usually find it by googling tmobile "blobbidydo.apk download" where blobbidydo is the name of the carrier app you want.

So I can simply flash the stock T-Mobile ROM into the phone using ODIN or HEIMDALL?

ROM/Radio for unlocked T-mobile s4?

Hello,
Recently my friend gave me a T-mobile S4 which I successfully unlock using this ( http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2283068 )method. I aslo was able to install Chaos (universal) ROM and seems to be working fine, but I have a few questions.
Can I install an ATT ROM/Radio or I need to stick to universal ROMs?
Can I lose unlock status if I upgrade the radio?
TIA!
Anyone?

I've never tried ATT ROMs and haven't seen much mention of them in this forum, but I know i9505 ROMs usually work if the developer hasn't put specific device checks in the updater-script. I would guess ATT ROMs will work as well. You may need to flash a T-Mobile kernel though. Radios that are not specific to your device should not be flashed.

Why would you want an ATT Rom or radio? The Tmobile radio package supports more frequencies than the AT&T version. I am currently using my M919 on an AT&T mvno and my girlfriend has the I337 (AT&T S4) so Ive switched sims around on both and could find no significant difference.

[Q] AT&T ROM on T-Mobile Note 2?

Can I run an AT&T ROM on a T-mobile Note 2?
Yes you can.
Just make sure there's no modem included with the Rom. And you'll be fine
