Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 3G/LTE - Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2, 10.1, 8.4 Q&A, Help & Trouble

Heard today Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 3G/LTE would be available in store. Can some confirm if its true? and price details.

I just ordered a t325 today. Can't wait to have a lte tablet( going with a t-mobile plan). Will be much better than Bluetooth tethering to my phone. I had the wifi t320 but returned it and am getting this. I paid $495 shipped for it.

Galaxy Nexus sitting the sidelines in Korea?

So I was at Coex Mall in Seoul a few hours ago and walked through the Samsung display area. It's an open area--maybe 10m by 3--used as a permanent installation to display Samsung's newest products. They had about 9 LTE Galaxy Notes, a few Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTEs, and a smattering of Galaxy II HD LTEs.
I realize a few hours later that the only Nexus there was the one in my pocket.
My guess is because the LTE Note has gotten such dismal press:
http://asia.cnet.com/blogs/lte-samsung-galaxy-note-isnt-welcome-in-korea-62212571.htm
Koreans love their styli and big screen PMPs, but even handwriting recognition and a large, beautiful screen to watch their DMB isn't enough to outweigh the expensive LTE plans and the gimped Snapdragon legs it runs on. It's sold horribly as a result. KT (another carrier) has even gone to the lengths of offering unlimited 3g data plans during a limited promotion to boost sales.
So I guess it makes sense that the Nexus has been benched from this promotional spot. It's gotten good press, and is selling like hotcakes (I can't find a damned case for this phone ANYWHERE. They're being bought faster than they can put them out). I suppose that the Nexus doesn't quite fit in with the rest of the Galaxy family. It's like the normal quiet kid genius in a family of flashy, loud mouthed celebrities.
I suppose this is more of a Galaxy Note issue than a Galaxy Nexus issue, but I thought it would be an interesting thing to share with a community that has given so much to me.
Nice to hear from someone else here in Korea ^^
Here in Daegu, it's been a little different. The Nexus, like you said, can't be found anywhere. The Samsung stores here said they won't be getting anymore in this year. As for the Note, its sold out here too, but they do have a steady stream of them coming in.
I can't find a case or anything either. I'm using a GS II HD screen protector and found a Dell Streak pouch on Gmarket for now.

I'm interested in buying the Nexus here in Korea but I can only find the non-LTE version. Does anyone know if there are plans to sell the LTE version in Korea?

Doubt it. The only LTE version that has been made is for Verizon US.
I saw the Nexus LTE version in the GALAXY shop (near the Megabox cinema) in Coex mall about 2 weeks ago. They only had three units and the crowds were ignoring them for the Note.

Not saying you're wrong, but as far as I know there is no LTE version except the Verizon variant. The GNexus is available for KT or SKT and both have WCDMA and GSM antennas.

I was in Japan a few weeks ago and the SGS2 HD LTE is definately getting a lot of attention. However NTT Docomo have Android/SGN posters plastered all over Tokyo.

Sorry, my mistake. I meant to say CDMA (not LTE).

[Q] Using T-Zones with a T-Mobile Galaxy Note 3

On Wednesday, I switched from my Google Playstore Galaxy Nexus to a TMobile branded Galaxy Note 3. I paid for the phone in full, so no need to upgrade my plan or anything. I have T-Zones and have been using it for years now with no issues. Today, I now have an internet paywall, and it is telling me to upgrade, yet it worked fine on T-Zones yesterday and the day before. Any ideas?
Has anyone else gotten T-Zones to work with their Note 3?

Galaxy Nexus wasn't detected so they thought you were on a "dumbphone" Might be able to get away with an international note 3... maybe but for sure any tmobile branded device you gotta upgrade that data plan.
Wow, T-Zones. Haven't heard that in a long while.

Cheapest place to buy a NOTE...

I'm looking to get my hands on a Note for note taking. I would prefer an AT&T LTE compatible version - not sure if the international LTE variant supports AT&T's LTE frequencies. Has anyone seen a place - besides ebay - to buy these.. looking to spend about $200-$245
You could try Swappa.com but I don't think you will find one that cheap. I bought a refurb at Amazon for $290 but it's WiFi only.

If you're looking for a new Note 8, pricewise, I think you're dreaming. You are correct, the international version doesn't support LTE in the US. But this is offset by the built in phone app, and the ability to tether, IMHO.

Galaxy note 8 n5100

Anyone using the international unlocked version with the phone in the US? How is the phone? I am thinking about buying one so i can have a all-in-one device. I hate having to carry a tab and a phone all the time. I thought that this would be a good option.
Thanks,

I'm using galaxy note 8.0 GT-N5100 3g international version which I bought on amazon shipped from NY, it's working great on T-Mobile wow I couldn't be happier that I've one device for all, my phone and everything else intact with this note 8.0 I get service in basement of the mall or inside everywhere in mall unlike my previous Google nexus i9250 which couldn't pick up any signal inside mall.
