SP Flash Tool method, root not required

1. Download MTK6577 Drivers.zip and unzip/extract on your Windows PC, just run InstallDriver.exe to install drivers.
2. Download CWMR 6.0.2.8 + scatter.zip and SP_Flash_Tool unzip/extract them.
3. Now open extracted SP Flash Tool folder and run Flash_tool.exe
4. Click on "Scatter-loading" button which is on the right side below Downloading Agent. A new window will open. Browse to the extracted CWMR 6.0.2.8 + scatter folder and select MT6577_Android_scatter_emmc.txt file.
5. Flash tool will populate the Map file on the application window. You will see multiple entries. Uncheck all entries except for RECOVERY.
6. Now click on "Download". Warning message will occur, but ignore that and click Yes.
7. You will see in the status bar below "Searching", now connect your phone (with battery inserted + Press and Hold Volume Up Key) via the USB cable.
8. Wait for the process to finish and then you will get a window showing green circle.
Congrats You have flashed CWMR !
Note: If you get any error in SP Flash Tool, then recheck your MTK drivers installation or manually install them through device manager.

Booting into CWM recovery is the same as in the stock recovery. Switch on the phone with "Volume Up" and "Power" button Pressed. The Phone will boot into CWM!
To revert back to stock recovery.... download Stock Recovery.zip and repeat the same steps again.

Check that the path provided for recovery.img file is correct...also u can try by putting scatter loading gile in the same folder as it is for recovery...

When i load the scattering file of CWM it shows recovery is checked but no path is checked. And can you give recovery.img of CWM so that i can flash it Via Mobile uncle tools

Its not working bro, the cmw screen is opening up but if we select anything the options are disappearing and only the background image is visible. But good thing at least its working so far

i am doing every step u told but still i am not able to install it,it says waiting for device.....
i have installed updates of a7 on my a7+ and now it says mobistar so is it problem please give me solution
the problem is with adb drivers when i connect the phone in fast boot mode it does not install drivers,but in recovery or normal mode it does get installed properly,so what can be a problem????plz help

Install pdaNet. That's how I got the drivers.

1. Make sure you have got GingerBread bootloader.
2. Download Odin Multidownloader v4.34 for GT-I5510, Callisto_v1.ops and latest Clockwork Mod Recovery if you do not have them already.
3. Run Odin Multi downloader v4.34 and select the Callisto_v1.ops by clicking OPS button.
4. Select One Package Option and Click One Package button and select the recovery file name (RZR_2.1.4-Callisto_bebek15-alpha.tar.md5) file you downloaded.
5. Leave other settings to default (i.e. don’t change any other options/settings)
6. When you are done reboot your phone in download mode (Press Q + Power button to go to download mode)
7. Connect your phone in download mode to your computer via USB Cable.
8. When Odin detects your phone (If you see a com port number written in yellow background at the top left, then your phone is detected. View image.), click Start button.

what do you mean with transparent? since the original recovery background is black, if you can supply me an image within 240x400 i will try to make an custom background from it

i put the tar file in pda, check auto reboot and reset time, unchecked repartition

AT END I OPEN PERSIST FOLDER IN ROOT... I FIND SOMETHING MISSING THAT WAS A FILE....
FROM NAVIFIRM I DOWNLOADED PERSIST.IMG AND EXTRACTED IT .... AND COPY THE EXTRACTED FILE TO THE SD CARD AND THEN I COPIED THE FILE TO PERSIST FOLDER IN ROOT DIRECTORY.. AND TURNED ON WIFI IT AGAIN STARTED TO WORK
SEE THE ATTACHMENT FOR PERSIST.IMG FILE ( nokia x)
U NEED TO FLASH THE PERSIST IMG FILE USING THE FASTBOOT (CMD) ..... OR YOU HAVE TO COPY THE BDATA.BIN FILE ON EVERY REBOOT..(its very annoying)
REQUIREMENTS--
1- NOKIA X DRIVERS INSTALLED ON YOUR PC. LINK- https://drive.google.com/file/d/0Bxt5rI-7J8qhaFhnMklCZFBySlk/edit?pli=1
2- AFTER INSTALLING DRIVER COPY THE ADB_usb.ini to c/users/.android folder..

4- PERSIST IMG PASTED IN FASTBOOT AND ADB TOOLS .

the required file... just extract it on pc and copy the extracted file to sd card and then just copy it to persist folder....

but by copying bdata.bin it to persist folder,,, it does not permanent it hv to be copied on every reboot
so i recommend to flash persist.img using cmd

Ik bro but when i click fastboot.bat or adb.bat it does nothing so i have no other choice! Im newbie to this adb cmd thing!

1-Download this file and copy it to your nokia Xl
2-Download Root Explorer app
3-Copy bdata file with root explorer to (root /) persists folder
4-Restart your mobile
Don't forget to hit tha:good:nks

This guide will help you to Root Galaxy Y GT-S5360
Rooting can void warranty. Please be careful while executing these procedures.
Make sure you have backed up all your personal data, it may get lost during rooting
The phone should possess atleast 65% battery life.
Rooting Voids Warranty, You can acquire warranty after Unrooting.
CWM can only be done after Rooting!
Requirements: Download below
Update.zip
Cwm.zip
Now Let's Root:
1.Download The Update.zip file provided.
2.Now using PC move this file to your Phone's SD card.
3.Now Turn Off your device.
4.Boot Into recovery Mode- { Press Home+Volume Up+Power Button]
5.From the Menu Select "Update from SD card"
6.Next choose the copied Update.zip file from SD card.
Reboot using the reboot option in Recovery options menu.
If you want CWM Recovery:
1.Download The CWM.zip file provided.
2.Now using PC move this file to your Phone's SD card.
3.Now Turn Off your device.
4.Boot Into recovery Mode- { Press Home+Volume Up+Power Button]
5.From the Menu Select "Update from SD card"
6.Next choose the copied CWM.zip file from SD card.

I have zipped two folders root works well
same thing for recovery cmw but after that , phone dont quit
recovery mode
