T Mobile.
They will give you the unlock code if your phone is paid off.
It's also easy to unlock it yourself. There is a guide around here somewhere. The search feature will find it for you.

Yeah I know that code will not n work on my Gs4 because I'm on kitkat and you and you can't access the service menu.and I'm on a payment plan with my Gs4 and it has to be payed off before tmobile will give me the unlock code.I have actually searched around this time guys I know it's probably hard to believe. I was trying to find a place that was cheaper than $30.00 if possible. Thanks In advance!!!

People say chainfire's region unlock also unlocks the phone. I'd try that first.

I had a code given to me from T-Mobile, and it DIDN'T work! They tried another code, and it too didn;t work.
I tried Chainfire's offering and it did the unnlock in seconds! The benefit with Chainfire's procedure is that it's reversible...
You should give it a shot! It's better than waiting for T-mobile, cause you have to wait for their code to be sent to you.

[Q] Do I lose unlock capabilities if I flash any ROM?

If I buy one of the unlock codes from eBay or some 3rd party unlock company, does that unlock on my glide stick intact if I flash cm10 or any other ROM. I've read on other forums that the unlock stays on forever on matter what ROM I flash but I was wondering if anyone can confirm or deny this. Thanks.

We always hear the bad in everything, and seldom the good. That being said, there are 100's if not 1000's of people that have rooted and unlocked successfully. But there is always that chance. That's why the disclaimers.
Here's some threads in case you get into trouble.

Yes I used freegee on two devices.. Its only a small percentage of devices that wouldn't work with the app. If by chance your device doesn't work, then you'll have to jump on irc to pick up a specially made version of freegee.. I believe autoprime has it.
