Thanks.. can u please tell me which one for the N version. .
gierex

I noticed about signal strength too.. It shows like it's null :fingers-crossed:
Actually I feel about the performance too, it just get around 9,1k in Dalvik and 9,5k in ART, compared with CM11 which can reach upto 11k both Dalvik or ART.
Compared to golden-guy's performance, also slightly lower, eventhough like that, for the first release, it's great, so great!! :good:
I hope you'll fix problems tomorrow.. :good::good:

I have seen the post and the first thing I have said it's "boom". Nothing further to add, sir.
Edit: oh, I have a question: what about aokp 4.3? It would be fully working as CM 4.3...
yaaaaaayyyyy
wasnt really interested to install 4.4 as 4.3 is awesome.... but now seeing this im going to conver to 4.4.. thanx mac....
a bit off topic :
can any one give a better stock camera alternative (stock has bug as the list says)

your website shows that fullwipe only obligatory if coming from stock.
from 10.2 to AOKP no fullwipe neccessary?

Same problem here with the network. After two times clean install baseband is missing. I tried to set apn but get only a black screen in network settings. Same in phone status. I'll try tomorrow again with a new download. Finish for today.
Nope, no signal for me too. Reboot to recovery doesn't work correct. PIN is not asked after reboot. Shutdown also don't work, phone reboots. But it is a initial release, so no big thing these bugs thank you guys for slimkat, know you get it running!

Yes Yes Yes
can´t wait to get SlimKat 4.4 for my golden, hope the bugs will be fixed soon!!
Because of the "Reboot to recovery" and the other mentioned bugs, this problems happens because anything went wrong during the build-process of the kernel ... This can be caused by GCC Toolchain 4.9 ... If you want to solve it, do this steps:
Add these lines to the local_manifest of Slimkat:
<!-- Slim toolchain gcc and linaro -->
<project path="prebuilt" name="SlimRoms/android_prebuilt" remote="github" revision="kk4.4" />
Then do:
cd prebuilt/linux-x86/toolchain
git clone https://android.googlesource.com/pla...m/arm-eabi-4.6
Look in your build/core/tasks/kernel.mk and change the paths of the toolchain for compiling the kernel to the lines with "TARGET_KERNEL_CUSTOM_TOOLCHAIN" and use this lines instead of yours:
ifeq ($(HOST_OS),darwin)
************ARM_CROSS_COMPILE:=CROSS_COMPILE="$(cc ache) $(ANDROID_BUILD_TOP)/prebuilt/darwin-x86/toolchain/$(TARGET_KERNEL_CUSTOM_TOOLCHAIN)/bin/arm-eabi-"
else
************ARM_CROSS_COMPILE:=CROSS_COMPILE="$(cc ache) $(ANDROID_BUILD_TOP)/prebuilt/linux-x86/toolchain/$(TARGET_KERNEL_CUSTOM_TOOLCHAIN)/bin/arm-eabi-"
It should work now ... Hope I could help. First of all check the lines in build/core/tasks/kernel.mk because of the toolchain paths, they cause this issues mainly if I am right.
No more news?

Hi,
is there a reason why the slim roms (4.3.x und 4.4.x) don't get any further updates?
I like them best

I like AOSPA but for me I'll always go back to CM. It just has a special place in my heart.
I'm Batman!
@New Macław nice to see novafusion team doing to do this rom too, just tested and see some issues but sure in the next release will be solved. for enable torch you need add this to View attachment overlay.zip and if you want to use original boot animation of AOSPA use this View attachment 800x480.zip i like it more than legacy boot animation.

why on ROM information says: "5.1.x lollipop"? would you make some port for E970? Thanks in advance!
Nice. Very nice @kenvinjoa sir! Will try when its more stable.
Amazing you made what appears to be a pretty stable build and are optimising already. Thank you so much Kevinjoa, you are brilliant dev and generous person. The LGOG community would be lost without you.

Its ok now after flashed TWRP. Thanks Kevin
Latest SuperSU Beta from chainfire also works for root access: https://download.chainfire.eu/743/SuperSU/BETA-SuperSU-v2.52.zip
You can set undervolt with KernelAdiutor from playstore, for example.

I have installed it on my E970 and it's up and running. Will report any issues tomorrow.
@Kevinjoa seems browser fc while downloading is due to lack of storage permission. giving the permission to browser via App permission setting fixes the problem.
If you use jolla-TWRP or other recovery, you should fix update script to flash normally.

Hmm, I've seen this in logcat but for apps permissions only play services are shown to me.
edit: wrong place, need to look in apps and then browser and permissions, activating write external storage permisison fixes it.

@Kevinjoa Can I upload your rom with fixed update-script?
And, I think you can delete abort parts from update-script for e975 recovery users.
