post the result from command fastboot getvar all and delete your S/N and IMEI from the info we will see what CID you have. After this you must to be stock ROM and stock recovery and ask from your provider the unlock code for your phone

Man for this I need the result from the command after this will start part 2 when I see the result from the command in my previouse post

But, there is one more problem...
I don't have this phone. I wont to buy this phone (of course much cheaper than real prize), and his reason why i asked this.
So...
Should I buy this phone?
Will I be able to unlock this phone? (of course, with your help)
This is top priority to buy this phone.
What do you think??

Don't do it. I see many reports lately that all unlock codes (bought or not) don't work. Save yourself some money now and look for a non branded device or a completely other phone !

I plan to call provider for that code.
Do you think, that code from provider, will not work??

Yep i almost know for sure they don't work. It's been discussed here many times and many people suffered this issue. So my genuine advice......do not buy it !

OK. Thank you for help.

Orange Desire + New Radio..

Anybody got another solution for this except unlocking?
cant really afford to unlock at the moment and it seems that all roms kind of req it now for them to work well :S
Suggestions?
I'd be curious how Orange will handle any possible OTA update... Given most HTC ones also included updated Radio's...
They can modify it however they want so that shouldnt be any trouble.
Orange is responsible for each upgrade so they can choose to exclude that radio

I send an e-mail asking if he can unlock my Orange Romania network. Let's wait he's answer
If you're not going to unlock then there's really no other option but to wait for Orange to do their modifications on the ROM's and fill them full of crap and release them. No doubt they'll have to release the official Froyo update when it comes to it.

Although isn't the problem only that the new radio will relock an Orange handset to the Orange network, not that it won't work at all? IMO Orange will just include the new radio when it's required as it won't affect any actual paying Orange customers, only those who have Orange handsets but are on other networks. Then you'll be stuck with no support from Orange due to not being a customer, and no support from your network due to using a locked handset.
then the only option is to unlock the phone
cant tell me u guys cant spend 10quid to unlock ur phone

I don't know about l1nuxfre4k, but I can spend a lot of money (20 to 50$) to unlock my phone. Problem is that no unlocking website can, at this moment.
Anyway, I just had a GENIUS idea right now! Check this out:
1. You can go to an Orange Service and tell them that you wanna flash a new radio on your phone, asking them to temporally unlock the phone for this.
2. After flashing the new radio, you can ask them to lock the phone again
And everyone lived happily ever after...
Just an idea....
lol that would never work dude.
you are not allowed to flash the Radio
Yup.. you shouldn't even be rooted AFAIK.
£10 to unlock a phone is a lot of money if you don't have it or have other more important stuff to pay for.
has anyone tried purchasing a sim unlock code from orange?
won't they unlock it for you?
i know other networks will just supply codes when requested *shrug*
htccode.com will unlock it, I used it for my Orange UK Desire, it's not based on your network, it's based on your IMEI number
Apparently, Nekro got his unlocked from eBay for £8.50, code received almost instantly - lowest price i have come across.

Prompted for Unlock code

Hi,
I have a GN which was network locked to O2. I have an unlock code, which works. But sometimes after restarting the phone I get prompted to enter the code. And given the amount of times I'm restarting when applying update.zip's etc - it's getting a bit tedious!
Is this expected behaviour, and is there a way to get rid of this and permanently unlock it?
Same issue here, mine was locked on Vodafone and got an unlock code from them. Every one in a while it asks for the unlock code . Also if you do a factory reset it will ask you for the code again.
Vodafone knows about this issue but they have no solution for it. We are not the only ones, lots of users are having the same issue.

Operators started locked GNs?? Oh my!!
Have you guys tried flashing it to Google's official yakju images? Since they hold boot loader, radio and everything, I bet after flashing phone won't be locked anymore. This however is a pure guess - if you try it - do at your own risk!

Would it mean Canadian GNex would suddenly become highly sought after like the Apple Canada sourced 4S, for being SIM unlocked?
(I see you are also in Toronto - you on HF too?)
I purchased mine unlocked (at least thats what there was written) off eBay and even mine prompts me for an unlock code. However according to the seller this was just for security (dont know if its true or not).

Help unlocking GALAXY S II Mexcian Carrier to UK. UNUSUAL PROBLEMS

Hi, first post here. I need help unlocking my Samsung Galaxy S2.
Details of the phone:
Android Version 2.3.7
Baseband version: I9100UMKG2
Kernel version
2.6.35.7-g1e46077
[email protected]#1
Mod Version
CyanogenMod-7.1.0-GalaxyS2
Build Number
GWK74
IMEI:
***
So, I went to an unlocking place in London, were they used all kinds of software that would supposedly unlock it, but it didnt work on any different carrier other that the one I have it on. I have a plan on TELCEL from Mexico for 18 months. I tried a second place and they still couldnt do it, even with the Samsung Software. So I rooted it, flashed it, and put CyanogenMod in it, and downloaded two apps that supposedly unlock it, one was the app done by ChainFire, and the other one by helroz. The chainfire app couldnt find the code! Helroz did nothing after it restarted. Also, I tried putting a code but only twice, so the phone still works fine and has chances for the unlock left, I believe.
One important thing to note is that with the old software that came with the code it wouldnt even as for an unlock code, but after rooting and putting cyanogen mod in it, it asks for an unlock code. Thats basically all ive done to it.
So, is there any way I can unlock this phone? And has there been cases were a phone is just impossible to unlock no matter what you do? I am desperate here!

ok sorry about the IMEI ,and thanks for deleting it. So any help guys? PLEASE! Helroz and Chainfire not working. What else to do? Is buying one of those codes on the net a reliable way of doing it? I dont want to buy one and then find that it doesnt work...
Mexico is nasty with this they often deliver the phone 'broken' (they do this on purpose) making unlocking pretty much impossible.
In Europe doing this is illegal but well in Mexico (latin america) it isn't. I have seen this with Claro in Peru also.
You can try with SRS software (unlocksamsungonline.com) but contact support first to tell about your problem.
Also I suggest removing the modded firmware because that has probably only made your problem worse. Put a non branded original firmware and check if your IMEI is still intact.

I can vouch for his service, used it before...
I will try the links posted. The weird thing is, that when i do the *#simlock# on the phone, it shows all the options in off, as if everything was unlocked. But when I put in a new sim it says sim lock! What can I do? Is it still worth buying an SRS account and trying to get it unlocked? I dont want to spend 14gbp and then have the thing not work... Any ideas? I have also reverted to original software now. I need more options >(

Phone must be on GB or less, and rooted, he shares his UST's USB connection over network, and carries out the operation on your computer... HTC 10 Sim Unlock Code

I'm using t-mobile HTC 10 around a week, but want switch to AT&T now as the AT&Ts 4g internet connection is faster in my area. To my surprise not so many services can unlock this phone at this moment (maybe because the phone just came on market, hard locked or smth). found some services where htc 10 is supported. Just want to ask- is anyone used these services?

I am legit. Check out my work for M9 and Desire 626 sim unlock method. Plus I need this to work as the T-Mobile variant I am getting is not in their database (so no unlock app).
Thanks
@stifilz is probably the best thing that happened to the HTC M9. He sorted my sim issues on the Sprint M9 within minutes, couple of times. Helped countless others too!
Hi @stifilz, I back on HTC, this time with T-Mo HTC 10. It seems unlocked because my sim is working perfectly fine, 4g lte and all. I'm thinking of getting s-off and flashing US Unlocked RUU, just scared I might lose the sim unlock.

A few questions:
1. I read somewhere that when you flash the US Unlocked RUU during setup you're asked to pick a network. Was there anything like that for you? What did you do if there was?
2. How did you do the physical unlock and how much did it cost?
3. When I bought my phone from the guy I just popped in my sim and it works. The T-Mo unlock app is still in my apps but I've decided not to touch it. How can I tell if mine is physical unlock?
Thanks!

Not sure of your status with this but DO NOT use htcunlockingservice.com. It was $12 to begin with, then I was informed I'd need to pay an additional $12 bc the device was hard locked. I did, they notified me they got an unlock code from Sprint server but it did not work. Site says 100% money back guarantee but thats proving as much of a pain as dealing with Sprint customer service.

Nothing out of the ordinary. Loaded os WiFi on, no sim , dev options enabled oem unlocking then fastboot commands. It does in my opinion disprove that it's because of the imei not being 99 though

My only issue is, I don't see that it's a 35 imei. Pics don't show it. Of course. No need for full imei, but definitely would love to see that it is a Verizon model. I know my pixel 3 is a Verizon one, and when I got it, before I even popped my sim in, I was unable to even toggle the switch. They didn't have one pre-installed in this one, I put my sim from my old phone in after it was still greyed. Had it on my wife's Wi-Fi for 30 Min before giving up
I get that and if you want private message me I'll give you my number and send whatever needed to unlock these if it's here.

What country are you in? I know that some devices in Europe can be unlocked after a certain period of time, I think 6 months or after you've paid off the contract. Something along those lines. Perhaps the IMEI are different outside the US? Nonetheless, did you buy it as a Verizon branded device either from Best Buy, Google or Verizon? If you bought it from Verizon then I'd say you got lucky as mentioned above. But suffice it to say you have done nothing that hasn't been tried hundreds of times.
USA, and I agree about it probably being luck of the draw however it is a proof of concept that it can be done. This is a Verizon branded device. Was a warranty but in store and still in the sealed box without a sim in it.
My personal feeling is there's a fastboot command that is fastboot oem rma that sets the trigger for it. They have to be able to unlock them during the RMA process for repairs right?

Where did you buy it? What do you mean by it was "a warranty"? In store sealed without a sim is extremely unusual if it was a brand new device. They all come with a Verizon sim in them afaik.
As for the fastboot rma commands, it's not necessarily the way they would do it. They could whitelist the IMEI temporarily, fastboot a factory image, then blacklist it again. Perhaps they forgot to blacklist yours. I'd say *very* lucky.
400 hours on the line with Verizon/Google I finally told them to give me a new one under warranty 5th one for various reasons and my final warranty according to them. I honestly don't think it was luck considering I even got a letter from corporate office (vzw) to cease and desist my contact with them regarding the bootloader they don't like it when you know their policies better then them and call them out for quoting policies out of thin air.
Hmm.. 400 hours? Might be time to close this thread. Sounds like a bunch of bull **** to me. Consider me trolled.

a proof of concept aka POC would mean you have process to unlock the bootloader which in this case you dont. You dont have any steps for anyone to replicate it nor do you know exactly how it was possible which means no poc can exist.
just my 2 cents of course lol
Proof of trolled more like
Sounds like a jcbizsnatch kind of story.
