It´s a carrier Logo. You can´t change it because it´s in the Bootloader.

I could change it. I found a solution here:

there's no modified splash screen currently..I have tried a lot and few other guys have too but there's an issue..
The issue being....xiaomi with their new devices like mi a3 and redmi note 8 etc have hidden the splash logo in some partition that we don't know where...mostly splash/logo is in /dev/block/bootdevice/by-name in almost every device out there..but now in their new devices the splash/logo files are all empty..full of zeroes...64 and 32 mb of zeroes nothing there...I've scanned other partitions too but couldn't find a splash files/bmp images files...so you gotta wait untill someone figures out the location of splash files.

It's not commented or confirmed anywhere, but maybe this script will do what you want

you mean the splash screen or the bootanimtion...If you mean splash screen, then you're out of luck..Xiaomi in their newer models have included the splash screen in bootloader itself..so forget about changing it...

Which rom?

Removing Operator Logo in Booting.

Hi there, i recently bought a Nokia Lumia 1020, i changed the ROM to an open Microsoft Rom, but the operator logo still showing in the turn on booting.
Is there a way to remove it? or stay there forever
I appreciate your comments
greetings
Friend, try this method, its easy BUT U deserve to get a ROM without a logo. Install on your phone. I tried here and its works, good look!
You can remove the operator logo, called a boot logo or a splash screen , that appears while an Android device is booting.
