Let's be clear....you are on a official HTC stock rom ? And you have a locked bootloader ? And a custom recovery
I can't really get the picture, it's a bit bad english.......try to be more specific please than i can help
And what do you want to do ? Flash a custom rom ? Or do you want to go back to 100% stock to update the phone in any way ?

The red triangle is the stock recovery
You need a custom recovery both for rooting and flashing ROMs.

Flash a custom recovery first, then make a nandroid backup, then install a custom rom.
You can't do anything with the stock recovery

You better read up first before you start. You don't have a clue as far as i can see !
Learn fastboot/adb....and all the steps you need to take.....

Additionally you need superuser.zip that will root your phone, just Google for it.

And if you want to go straight to a custom rom you can safe yourself from doing the superuser thing. A custom rom is already rooted

Someone can help me because my SS GT-I9082 can not boot but just only appear SS logo after I had...
1. Flash CWM touch i9082 via Odin3 ---> but I think that its find and not have any problems
2. Flash boot.img size 7,5xx,xxx ---> for this after already flashed my device cann't boot again !
I don't know what is the problem ?
please help me to solve , please.

Hello, I'm Xperia s user, but my girlfriend has M Dual.
I know a problem, that we cant flash recovery on stok kernel. But we can do nandroin backup throo ADB, and flash custom stock based roms throo fastboot/ only we need to do Zip. with incleded scripts for wiping data\cache\dalvik\system(if need)
will anybody try\or help me? I'm askingonly poeple who willn't scary of softbrick

Huh? This is not a problem.
You can flash stock kernel with integrated recovery and then normally ROM.
Yes, you need unlocked bootloader. But anyway it's required to use customs.
As to your idea.
Yes, it's possible use fastboot to write dumps of /system from customs.
But this have sense only as alternate install solution.
Well i'm totally lost and depressed because i think i ruined my phone , i tried to flash a custom kernel on my GT-N7100 that didn't go well , first it was stuck on "Downloading don't turn off !! " and then i tried to fix it through resetting factory settings and still the same !!! , after that with absolute dumbness i ruined my recovery mode selecting custom recovery in bootloader option in odin , and now i don't know what to do , even tried to install other custom recoveries but nothing worked , So please could anyone help me , and i also want to know , that if i installed an official firmware through download mode which is still working would that fix anything ?? .

Were you running a stock or custom ROM before flashing the kernel? What version?
Flash via Odin a stock ROM. Preferably the same version. Pick the stock ROM from Sammobile that suits your phone.
After that you will need to re-root your phone again

Thaaaaaaaanks for responding , i actually installed the old fashion kitkat through download mode which i'm very thankful that it was still working , and after i flashed it , it came to my mind that my phone is formatted no data to lose , why not go ahead and try to install custom roms ; I love to learn always , and i managed to install CM ,
But here is another question that is not another puzzle in the way . Back then when i ruined my phone i was trying to flash AGNI kernel , i 've red about it and how it's cool for anyone , now i'd like to flash it on CM , but the catch is : I won't eat from the same plate twice , and also i noticed that CM using it's own kernel which is responsible for it's own resources , hence i'd like to know does flashing this "Agni Kernel " on CM this time causes the same trouble .
I have to versions of this kernel 1- PSN_pureCM_11_12+_smdk4x12_ANYROM-AROMA-v4.5.1_N7100_OC
2 - PSN_AGNi_pureSTOCK-v4.4.5_N7100_4.4.x_AROMA
