Xposed GEL settings coupled with the google experience launcher is baller.

These are a few that work that I haven't seen mentioned yet:
DIsable Clear Defaults - Gets rid of the annoying message about clearing defaults on TouchWiz
Disable Samsung MIssedEvent Widget - Gets rid of the missed message on the screen, the notification bar alert stays
HiGoogle - Opens Google Now instead of S-Voice when using the "Hi Galaxy" command
Ok Google for 3rd party activities - Launch Google Now in any app or launcher by saying "Okay Google"
Quick Access - Launch selected apps over pin/swipe locked screen.

The iOS 7 x module does not work with our note 3. It only works with pure AOSP phones/roms. I tried using it and it did not work. Unless someone can prove that that one works I wouldn't recommend using it.

Xblast, works wonderfully powerful..

Wanam Xposed works!!

Yes!! hundreds of mods work with Wanam Xposed (root required)
install xposed framwork found HERE
open the app then install the framwork
install Wanam Xposed found HERE
then enabe the module in Xposed
make your changes in Wanam Xposed
reboot and see the magic!
Here is a cool link with more info about all the exposed modules and which phone each one may work on.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2327541
edit:
Things i've changed so far:
Notification panel: remove AP/PM, clock centered, enable circle battery, hide alarm clock, quick settings tiles changed to 6, hide indicator bars, remove gaps between tiles, disable airplane toggle popup, hide wifi notification, hide carrier label,
Lockscreen: Hide carrier label. hide full battery notification, turn on screen when unplugging( i guess this one doesn't work)
Sound: Disabe loud volum warning, disable boot sound
System: Enable 4 way reboot menu (i'm not sure what that does, maybe nothing for me)
Theme: I've changed nearly everything here, mostly i like the transparent dropdown and change the battery color
Security hacks: Fake system status to official
I've also changed many hidden settings with the app "Note 2 Hidden Settings" found HERE
In that app i've changed: extend speed dials to 100, add exit menu to browser, always request desktop site, add toggle for camera shutter sound
Member P2o8wer reports: "I tried to change the rotation of the screen in system in wanam and it caused a soft brick."

Search for Xposed framework. I think it's in general. Not tmob general. After you have Xposed squared goto download and sift through the modules. Not 100% sure if it works on note3. In xda portal I believe it said it should work on gs3 and note2. Some of the other modules aren't 100% on note3 either but many of them work or partially work. I would think the aosp lock screen would work.

I've been using the paid widget locker for years, even when I had a nexus. You can setup your lockscreen to be just like ASOP and add additional shortcuts on the slider ring. Mine has shortcuts to camera, one for video recording, one for my flashlight, google plus and of course, unlocking.
Holo Locker.
Implementation of lockscreen related things is so different on TouchWiz 4.3... not surprised the xposed mod didn't work. I didn't see anything that immediately popped out as "oh hey there's the aosp lockscreen info" when I was poking around, and from what I can tell it seems like elements of the aosp lockscreen are sort of integrated and hybridized into the stock lockscreen... Truth be told I didn't look into it all that much yet, but just wanted to chime in to mention how crazy different lockscreen setup is now

[FRAMEWORK] Change extra settings on the LG G2 (Sprint)

I wanted to switch my bottom buttons to the familiar HTC order, "Home, Menu, Back" but LG does not offer this option. While finding a solution, I found a pretty cool program that most probably already know about, but some might not. It allows you to do what I needed to do, plus much more.
CREDIT: First and foremost, all credit goes to rovo89 and his thread located here. Be sure to send him "thanks."
Step 1: Goto the Google Play Store and download, "G2 Xposed" (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.tinyroar.xposedlgg2).
Step 2: Download the Xposed Installer APK and install it.
Step 3: Launch the Xposed Installer.
Step 4: Go to the "Framework" section and click on "Install/Update."
Step 5: Reboot
Step 6: Launch the Xposed Installer again and go to the "Modules" section (you will also get there if you click on the notification warning you that the module is not enabled yet).
Step 7: Enable the LG G2 module by checking the checkbox.
Step 8: Reboot.
Step 9: Enjoy.
Works great! I've been hearing a lot about xposed but never knew where to find it or if it would work properly with the ls980. Thanks a bunch! I finally have my recents key again!

Right, Gravity Box JB. Also the Xperia/AOSP NavBar Buttons and XPosed Additions modules.
XPosed Framework itself works perfectly on the 7a. The XPosed Additions module causes some problems so I needed to deactivate this one temporarily. I ran into one boot loop out of all sudden, no idea if this was caused by XPosed.

The center clock seems to be a feature of ColorOS 2.0, I didn't change anything! Are you running 1.2?
Unfortunately my hardware keys still respond to touch. XPosed Additions should be used to disable these, but the module interferes with something in ColorOS and makes it crash every few minutes. I haven't found another way to disable them, but with the Find 5, you could disable them by editing a certain file in the /system partition, so I guess this should work on the 7a too. I haven't figured out which file to edit though.

Nova launcher with Beweather widget. Custom shortcuts how? There's a free version on the playstore to see if it does what you want. The iconset name used there is called "fireworks"
Thanks, I'll look into it. Most clock/weather widget apps allow you to set shortcuts to it such as the calender to the date, clock app to the time, forcast to the weather portion, etc. Its best when you can choose your own shortcuts rather than using the system defaults. For example you may have a alarm clock app you use off the market you would rather use than the built in alarm clock and so on.
Can someone remove the vibration in menu button of nova launcher ? Ahhe

@succumbtothegreater
Is the S5 messaging app functioning properly for mms as well?
Yes, CNexus! Mms is fully functional when pushed to system/priv-app. I had to extract it from the Sprint variant or else it wouldn't work. I updated the OP with the S5 Launcher, Weather, theme chooser and My Magazine also.

Do you know if there is anyway to switch the icon back to the stock one, like a flash-able, or something we can change somewhere to get the old icon back?

Unless you mod systemui, it will continue to use the build.prop value as a trigger for the icons it should use
But I'm sure you could force it to use the same icons for both by copying the originals over the "spark" icons with the spark filenames

Yeah, as CNexus said, there's most likely a way, but I'm not the guy for that yet, I'm not very experienced with vrtheme or Decompiling and recompiling apks. Apktool hates me
OP updated with Galaxy s5 style Settings apk.

S5 style settings works perfect. Only thing is the orange glow when you go to the top or bottom sometimes glitches and stutters . Is there a way to rurn that off maybe? Also in Hotspot Settings the toggle switch is extremely small

I'm not really sure how to do that, I'm no developer, I just saw a guide to do this and I did, I'll look though.

I pulled this from the deodexed Sprint S5 stock rom from sleshepic and Team Venum. It works flawlessly for me (MMS included), just push to system/priv-app. Do not try this on anything other that a deodexed rooted TW Kitkat rom, I'm unsure of the results otherwise. Credits to sleshepic and Team Venum. Here's the apk https://www.dropbox.com/s/2dt0m4a0mo1xmh7/SecMms_Blue.apk I'll share/upload more apps compatible with our device as I find them.
More apps, working from my testing (from here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2690997):
S Browser
S Baro
Gallery2014
Scrapbook
S Voice
S Translate
All fully working on our device, S Health and S Note open and let you through the walkthrough, S Note didn't let me add anything, S Health didn't let me link my account. Try at your own risk. Credits- Mr.Bola
S5 quick settings and recents (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2677196)
Build prop edit, follow directions in the thread please. Credits- zohawkish
S5 Launcher, Accuweather and MyMagazine (Weather: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2691599 by Albe95) remove your old apks and either install as normal apks or push to system/app
MyMagazine (originally on http://android.sc/the-launcher-of-g...droid-4-4-2-kitkat-devices-with-touchwiz-rom/): https://www.dropbox.com/s/38k9n4iz1min0bx/MyMagazine.apk Install as normal app or push to system/priv-app
Launcher (From Electron Team): https://www.dropbox.com/s/fds0yasd6p2pv73/TouchWizHome_for_N3_S3.apk Push to system/priv-app
Theme Chooser (Courtesy of Arsaw) https://www.dropbox.com/s/nnnjzxvd67el9n6/SecThemeChooser_preload.apk Install as normal app
Working Galaxy S5 style Settings app by me: https://www.dropbox.com/s/21ha0qlhbb305q9/SecSettings (2).apk
It shows two shortcuts in your app drawer, one is the stock style, the other looks awesome push to system/priv-app.
None of this is my original work (except Settings), I'm just sharing, expect more to come.

Please pass on to all S3 users that the keyboard was a success. Numeric row now in place, although kinda tiny compared to Note 2. I uninstalled SamsungIME.apk AND the odex, then flashed. Do NOT clear cache and Dalvik.
Thank you for this.
Sprint Samsung Galaxy S3
Odexed OTA 4.4.2(Yes I said Odexed!)
Debloated/Deknoxified
