capacitive buttons - Oppo Find 7 and 7a

How do you make them visible? Very annnoying they are "virtually" there.
Tom

What do you mean? They are visible. The backlights aren't very bright though, so you won't see them in bright light.

Found solution: use mokee rom 4.4.3 via customization.

Q. LED Notification for text vm etc.

I was wondering if there was a way to make the bottom keys (search, home back and menu) to light up when receiving a text? I've seen this in past roms for the g2x was wondering if it was done for gs2. Any feedback would help thanks!
There's an app called BLN... you'll need a supporting kernel to be able to use it.

Thanks! BLN seemed to be what I was looking for. Sometimes it stops working and I have to turn my phone off and on. Anyone know a way to stop this problem?
Is there a way to just make one of the soft buttons light up for notifications?

Tried that but that just turns the blue led off. I want the led but don't want the screen to light up.

Try Settings/Blocking Mode/Notifications Off
Quick Q about the LED... is it able to change colors like Motorola ones? Or is it always blue?

Button color

Hello everyone, i wanted to ask one question. Gio has lights on the main keys (back, menu buttons) i wanted to ask if its possible to change they're color. Thanks

Nope, its just a simple backlight that Samsung used, no color leds or anything
All we can do is turn then on/off
Well sad, i wanted to change they're color. Anyway thanks for the info

Maybe you can paint it with marker pen. It might work.
Well thats an idea if i would do it i should atleast make it so that the black front doesnt look like it would have some paint droped on

Auto Hide Soft Keys

First off sorry if this is somewhere else but I have been through this forum in and out looking for ways to make my nav bar either smaller or hidden to get the most out my screen.
This app called
Auto Hide Soft Keys
Here
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.gmd.hidesoftkeys
This does it all!
Now I get my full 4.7 inch screen for all apps and have a nice trans soft key. Plus there is a toggle to turn them on or off at anytime.
You only need root for this.

Good app
There's a thread already for this app
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2253770&highlight=auto+hide+soft+keys
I use this app just for hiding soft keys and LMT launcher for navigation control.
Good combination.

Colour calibration

Every AOSP ROM I run has this option in the settings and I've always thought about making it more colourful and such but I've tried and I wouldn't know the correct colour percentages. Anyone using a good configuration and would like to share?
