Tempered Glass Screen Protectors? - Kindle Fire HDX 7" & 8.9" Accessories

Hi Folks
Ive hunted high and low and cannot find a tempered glass screen protector specifically for the Kindle Fire HDX 7', has anyone else had any joy locating one or do you know if the Fire HD versions would be suitable fit wise?
ta

Don't know where you can find one, but from experience, I can tell you that the HDX has a slightly bigger screen size overall then the hdx. Plus, the ambient light sensor is in a different spot

Never heard of them.

If you search on eBay, you'll find one seller from Hong Kong that sells them, ~17$ a piece. I'm tempted myself to get one, got it on my phone and it feels so much smoother than the plastic film protectors.

they are all over amazon in the USA but don't know where you are located.
they can run between $10-$20 and in my opinion are well worth it. have them on all phones and tablets not in an otterbox.

hey
can you provide a link to these?
I have been looking also. I see one site only shows for 2016 models and I am not sure if that will fit the 2013 HDX 8.9.

[Q] Which Case and Screen Protector for Archos 70 IT 250GB?

I need to find the right case and screen protector for my Archos 70 Internet Tablet 250GB.
What are you using for your Archos 70 IT 250GB?
I have the 101, but with the 70, can't you use just about any Kindle or Nook case?

I've read comments by some people who have tried cases for other devices. Some of the cases fit too tight. Some people have had to cut out part of the case to have access to the plugs or button. Other cases are too loose.
I would like to find a case that fits snug, but too tight. I do have a pouch that I can use for carrying my Archos, but I don't have a screen protector.
Right now the most important thing is get a screen protector. I ruined the screen on my iBook G4 in only a couple weeks before I got a screen protector.

GET25 coupon (I think) takes 25% off, so like $11.22
I'm wondering if that screen protector will work for both the Archos 70 IT 8GB and 250GB ... ???
I sent an e-mail to the company asking them that question.
A screen protector will be a very good investment, and a good case! I plan on taking my Archos with me quite often ...
Vikuiti DCQ160 is the new standard for me
Up until my days using a capacitive touchscreen I would swear by Invisible-Shield (zagg). They're mfing indestructible. They have too much grip to get a good feel on a touchscreen that you want to do a lot of swiping on though. New favorite for capacitive touchscreens is Vikuiti by 3M. I bought 2 for the 101. Nearly impossible to install well without a clean room, a robot, a compass and a firetruck full of circus clowns, but all protectors will be difficult on a screen this large. All I can say is be patient, be careful and good luck.
I'd give you a courtesy URL but the forums say I'm too much of a virgin to posting. The base URL is protectionfilms24 [dot] com. Figure it out from there.
Vikuiti being the best is my opinion. The Vikuiti is not as m-f-ing indestructible as the Zagg, but I've been using them on my HD2 and they're 90% as indestructible. Instead of using 1 it the devices lifetime it might use 3 or 4. Better though is most people grab my phone and play with it but can't tell there is a screen protector on. I haven't let anyone play with my tablet yet since I don't feel it's better than an iPad yet

Thanks! I've added that to my Wish List on Amazon. Now, I just need to find the right case with a sturdy stand, so I can have my Archos standing when I'm not holding on to it.
Just an rubber case for 7INCH devices,

It really protects your device.
The back and on the side's.
It's awesome

Tuff-Luv case for Archos 70.
I have this one and it's really good. It costs about 20-25$ but it's really worth it.

[Q] best protection for i5801

Hi,
I've been searching the internet for a decent screen cover for the i5801. I came across these:
Vikuiti ADQ27
Vikuiti CV8
Invisible Shield -> for 5800, so will it fit nicely?
I'd want the phone as protected as possible, so I don't really mind a higher price if the quality is worth it. But basically it all looks the same to me
What should I get and why? All suggestions are welcome!
Thank you very much
so nobody knows some very good screen cover or so for the i5801 specifically?
I'll prolly just go for the cheapest stuff then... 2€ for 6 of em. Read about it that there is almost no difference between the protection anyways.
I have a mirror screen protection for me gt-i5800 its a good wan.

I bought from ebay. Search there. There are always goof stuff that anyone can afford.
Ye I eventually bought a black silicone case +1 screen cover from cheapgadget store on ebay. It was 3,5€ with shipping incl. Ill let u know how it is when I get my phone and case
Sometimes cheap screen covers are really hard to apply so buy a bundle pack or a few

Hi,
So I got my phone today and applied the cover and case. I've got no complains at all. Things went very smooth! I can only recommend the vendor: fast and clean delivery, nice package.
About the package: the silicone case fits nicely and feels durable enough. It has the holes for cables on the right spot.
The screen cover was applied easily by following these instructions:

Just look them up on google, and see where they are cheapest (ebaystores probably)
I bought none of those. I bought the cheapest case I could find and 2 screenguards, and I've got nog complaints (read my other posts)
Do we actually need a scratch guard for our phones? Or can we do without one? :\
It may have a scratch resistant screen but it's not unvulnerable.
I use a cheap protector(cut for sg3) and a gray gel case. Baught from ebay for about 3$.
Everyone who saw my phone can't figure out that there is a case!

[Q] Anti-glare screen protector?

Does anyone knows a good quality Anti-glare screen protector? I saw one on iPhone, and it was awesome. I bought cheapo from ebay - and it ended up destroying the view of the screen completely. The one for iPhone (inCase i think it was) does not do it.
http://www.amazon.com/T-Mobile-MyTouch-Anti-Glare-Screen-Protector/dp/B004D0Y590
Believe it or not, Amazon does sell things that cheap. I bought a Silicone case for just 17 cents, and I love it.
Here's the link for the case. Apparently it's down to a penny as well.

Anti-reflective screen protector?

Anyone making a good anti-reflective screen protector for the Fire? I don't really care about screen protection abilities (I have a case); I really just want it to be anti-reflective.
I'm also looking for one, on amazon.com, they have one, but it gets horrible reviews. If anyone finds a good quality one, please let us know, even if it's universal I don't care at this point.
I ended up purchasing a cheapo one from eBay. I should get it next week; I'll post a link if it's good.

AcaseView Galaxy Nexus Screen Protectors for $3

Here's the link.
CTCStore via Amazon is selling AcaseView 3-pack Galaxy Nexus screen protectors for $3 + free shipping (if you have Prime) with the code S4EX3TB8. Otherwise it's $8 without the code
I found it via DealNews. The deal ends March 1!
Note: Not sure if you can do it through Amazon's website, but it worked for me through CTCStore's website.
I was gonna order it, until I went to the Amazon website. There is a short review about the screen protectors that made me stop.
This product is not designed for the Galaxy Nexus. It is simply a universal screen protector that has to be cut to fit your phone.

Good point, but I figured at $3 it couldn't hurt too much. If I remember I'll let you guys know what I find. I've had Acase Kindle Fire and iPhone 4 screen protectors and they were okay. So I'm hoping that the guy who reviewed them was wrong, haha.
Dang, I accidentally ordered the matte / anti-glare one instead of the clear one. I didn't put it on my phone but the fit seems okay. It doesn't look like it was "cut from a universal sheet" and would fit.
I've had Acase iPhone 4 and Kindle Fire protectors they were cut decently, this one is okay too I think.
