[Tool]LittleKernelFlasher-LKF[Tool] - G2 Android Development

Little Kernel Flasher
-Small tool which will detect your panel, install the corresponding kernel(you have to provide the kernel, it will patch lgd kernel to jdi kernel)
-works for stock roms with TWRP recovery
-works on cm/aosp roms with TWRP recovery
-if someone is using philz recovery and wants this on philz then I would need the last_log from /cache/recovery
STEPS:
1. give permissions
2. wait for the info to appear, device info, panel info.
----IF the info doesn't appear please exit the app and run it one more time---
3. choose the second tab - flashing..choose your kernel, confirm everything
4. it's done
thx to @Cloudyfa ideas, everything + being a great guy
thx to @xdabbeb for all other support + being a great guy

Thx for any type of comments and suggestions.
Changelog:
1.1 - 10. June 2004
- Created user input: the app asks if the white lines are currently visible or not and removes the false/positive detection (eventually wrong detection)
- The app starts from the theory the kernel you're installing is a lgd(standard for most) kernel
TO DO:
- add option for installing roms + selective clear cache/dalvik etc
- ...
Added tabbed view, new icons, user input, donate, about, info. Will add more infos

Great tool tanks

Hm. Try flashing manually the v5_jdi version if it's available please.

Tried this tool with a D801 and Dorimanx 4.9 and I get white lines
The tool did detect my panel as jdi, which I know is correct. It just seems that the patch didn't work.

[ROM][4.3] Samsung Galaxy S4 Google Edition [Deodexed][ZipAlign]

Hi guys,
This is my ROM for the Google Edition ROM for the Galaxy S4 (should work on most variants as long as they have the same hardware as i9505) that I have built from the Android 4.3 zip which was uploaded. I have deodexed, zipaligned, added SU (the app is there but root isn't currently working) and also added the boot animation so it's working quite well.
Donations:
Donations are not mandatory however they are greatly appreciated...
- Me
- XDA
Special thanks to:
- SamMobile for providing the official zip
- Theshawty for doing the initial deodexing, zipaligning and adding SU on the 4.2.2 ROM
Benchmarks (AnTuTu):
- Stock - 24824
- CM10.1 - 26251
- Google Edition - 26429
Instructions:
1) Root device (suggest using Chainfire's CF-Root)
2) Install a custom recovery (suggest using Philz recovery)
3) Wipe Data/Factory Reset
4) Wipe Dalvik Cache
5) Install Google Edition ROM
6) Reboot

Please don't post any mirrors of the files

If you need any help then feel free to ask
Enjoy!
Here's a short video of the ROM in use (not by me )
Working:
LTE
NFC
WiFi
GPS
Audio
Camera
Compass
Bluetooth
IR Blaster
Thermometer
HW Acceleration
Proximity Sensor
USB/WiFi Tethering
Not Working:
Hover Touchscreen
I haven't tested much so some of these things may not all be true but this is what people have been saying so far in the thread...

@HazAnwar: In the second post, what are you referring to with the hover touchscreen? Are you referring to the Samsung feature Air gesture? That is a TW feature and will not be in this GE version or in AOSP. Only in TW.
Also:
Can I incorporate the wifi fix directly into the rom before flashing? The fix linked in post #3, that is.

But.. Some Roms as the 1 GHz bug at the moment and some people need to set mobile settings on every boot. So, I released this app. I think is useful until developers are working to fix all natively.

It the menu that let you change network mode (GSM Only, WCDMA only, WCDMA Preferred.. and so on). The common way to access it is type *#*#4636#*#* on phone app.
Using my app you receive a reminder notification on boot. Then, tap on it you can directly access to the network menu.

Well it just depends on how bad the issue is for the powers that be. This rom uses SlimKat as a majority of its base and SlimKat uses CyanogenMod device and hardware trees. So the short answer is if it can get in CM11.0 it will be fixed in every other ROM to follow.
