This is what i think, an aosp based chinese rom. rom only got chinese and english language. I got this rom from http://www.romzj.com/resources/default.html?view=rom&id=15596 and fixed/added/changed:
Fixed autobrightness set too low in framework resulting screen became too dark, can't see anything.
Deodexed it.
Fixed empty apn by changing apns-conf.xml from cm10.
Changed default launcher which occasionally force close when auto rotate screen with zeam launcher.
Changed default chinese keyboard with touchpal x.
Changed musicfx with viper4android. (on first open, please grant root access, choose to install driver and reboot)
Removed default chinese weather app.
Changed chinese supersu with english supersu.
Changed default hostfile with adblocking hostfile.
Added xposed installer. (on first open, please grant root access, choose to install framework and reboot).
Cleaned build.prop and init.d from some useless tweaks.
Removed boot and shutdown sound.
Changed default nokia bootanimation with nexus bootanimation.
Changed default language from chinese to english.
Added lightweight gapps package and updated playstore.

looks like baidu rom..
just the launcher, icon and lockscreen same as baidu. others are all different. settings aosp, notification pulldown aosp, dialer, contacts and sms app also aosp. whole rom also lot less bloated, only 172mb total in size with gapps.
found official chinese website for myui, http://www.myuios.com/
the official rom really looks like typical chinese rom, but the rom i've uploaded looks more like aosp. probably some chinese dev compiled aosp and applied myui patchrom partially.
i download this rom and install but Camera app not install
camera doesn't appear in launcher, open it by swiping up on lockscreen, or just install thirdparty camera ie cameraics.
what about the performance..? Is it laggy ?

Why do you say that?
when i connect to pc and don't touch my phone it freezes and than haptic buttons go blinking. Maybe it is due to low voltage of my usb port???

Well if you haven't noticed, gapps just consumes more ram. You should have given the users the free will to have gapps or not.

that problem happens to me on Cyanogenmod 7 and 10 ... and I realize that may be the usb cable ..

What are you using instead of gaaps?
Went for a spin last night and was pretty responsive... Couldn't download Gapps last night (dl'ing right now), but I had some APKs backed up so I went ahead and installed them... Impressive work! Will test again soon... Just for the kicks, this rom does allow some tinkering? I have some paid apps I usually replace on CM, such as Launcher (ADW), Keyboard (SlideIT) and File Manager (X-Plore)... Does this rom allow their replacement? The ones I wanna replace are Keyboard (SlideIT) and Phone (ExDialer)...
Great job, rom is fast, smooth, everything works battery discharged 25 percent during night, had couple of wakelocks although I had everything off, so that's maybe something to work with, or what are you doing to get better battery?

Had to flash Gapps (tiny-gapps) for Google account data sync (Contacts, Calendar, etc) to work... Pretty good performance... Not pleased with Nova Launcher... Will today tinker with zip and try to replace with ADW Launcher... While viewing videos on Youtube app, after 10 or 15 minutes, kernel panics... At first boot, after using the ROM for about 20 minutes, it freezes; after second reboot it all works flawlessly... Also, because of my baby girl I have to select pattern lockscreen, but when I want to wake up the device (press the power button), I also have to press the screen for it to turn on (show something, even though backlight turns on fine)...
Great job! Keep it up! Will be keeping a close follow-up to this ROM..

I used the rom for many days before posting, the launcher didn't crash.
Edit:
I flashed the rom on my phone, the launcher is not giving me any force closes.
The Chinese/Japanese is only for Chipset, RAM, Build date and cLock setting labels so it shouldn't be much of a problem as inside cLock settings, text is in English.

3)trbuchet launcher is crashing frequently. Tried to flash trebuchet as mentioned in op , crash issue is solved but still launcher is very slow and not smooth
Please try to fix these issue and provide patch for it.

I am working on the GPS.
The I can't figure out what the problem with the launcher might be as it is working fine with me. I will see into it too.
Can anyone mention the ROMs in which GPS works? I have tried MicroNote, Safari, Krom, Speed Rebirth and all of them are giving me GPS problems!

Actually i haven't tested any Sd Card with this Rom so i cant say about that and for battery life it is giving me same as kitkat , i have also attached a picture of battery timing . Widgets are working properly

Not tested but i think it will work because previous built was also of G4 port .

If you want to install it on your E986, then you must select E988 international in Aroma!!!
If you select E980/F240x it flash an other bootloader, which bricks your device maybe permamently
great rom. im on e980 but there is no sound while I make calls unless I use speakerphone. And softkeys are annoying

This is my first ROM. I don't plan to support it, because I created it for myself and I just wanted to share it yet I will try to keep fixing minor bugs and upload updated versions here.
WARNING! This ROM is only for GT-I9301I (single-sim model of S3 Neo). Check your model before flashing this ROM and read the statement above!

II. Known issues :
Bluetooth isn't working. I will try to make a fix in the near future.
GPS can sometimes cause SystemUI to force close. Fix is available in the download section.
You may not be able change language in system options. Use THIS app instead.
There are some leftover functions in the Settings menu that don't work because of the debloat.
III. What you will need :
Custom Recovery (TWRP tested & recommended)
Couple of minutes of free time.
IV. Installation instructions :
Download ROM and Gapps from the download section.
Copy it to your phone's memory.
Boot your phone into recovery mode.
Wipe data, cache and dalvik-cache.
Flash the ROM and then the Gapps package.
Reboot.
Done.

It has only the necessary apps, just like CyanogenMod. Camera, Phone, SMS, Internet Browser, Sound Recorder, Radio, SuperSU, App Ops and the others.
Can anyone attach screenshots? Or it's exactly like original stock? Btw, nice name for a ROM

Thank you for quick answer. However, have anyone tried this tweaked version? I'm currently on CM12 but if anyone can share the experience with this ROM, I would happily flash it. :good:
I flashed this ROM and it's really good (using it with intellidemand governor). :good: However, in settings, there are left some options like Email for example where Settings will FC due to not existing email app, but overall good tweaked version Keep up and thanks.
Please fix Bluetooth, very good rom with sev3n kernel.
RAM usage is higher than on official stock. (1.15 GB / 1.3 GB = 100-180 MB free). Play Store FC almost every time. (After 2 days of usage, lags started to show up...) Very good battery with intellidemand though.

everythings working perfectly for me. No fc's, 700~800mb free ram. You did something wrong.

I don't really have time now because the end of the semester is coming in my school and I have to catch up a little.
I flashed different gapps, now working without fc's. It's good though. Ram usage is still high but it's acceptable. When you find time, maybe you can deodex some system apps to make it more fluid, but it's just a suggestion. Cheers

1.Yes,but if you change theme that thing I'll gone (see attachment)
2.Lollipop has no custom kernel,so this use Stock S153 Kernel
For fix minimum brightness you can try this (Gravity Box)

Now for the bugs... My sd card is external formatted. I have only 7gb space left on my 16gb card. But this rom shows it 15gb free out of 15.2?
See the bottom corners of my attached screenshot. I have no clock and calender icons in default theme. Haven't tried any other theme yet.

Yes that's almost a bug on all MIUI ported for A7K,Some icon which interact (live icon) is transparent when use default theme

And another problem is that on running some apps, they ask for updating Google play services. But the link to update just opens play store.

You seriously need to do something about the freezes and soft reboots randomly. I know it is in beta, and that's the reason I am bearing these bugs.
Keep doing your work HDHR, you do it nice. Smash those bugs :laugh:
I don't like the battery backup. Is there anything that can be done to make it as close to tron as possible?
I have sd card as external storage and my file explorer can browse the files easily. But I can't play any videos. That's not good.
And when I apply that patch for default sd then file explorer doesn't show the files on sd card.

I've just flashed my phone to MIUIPro ROM yesterday, and I've noticed that the internal storage filled up quickly (from 3gb free downto 300mb free) in just a few hours! But after restart everything went back to normal (internal free space is about 3gb free)! Can you fix it?
