Hi all,
Right now Note 3 neo is offered in two color, Black and White. so which color you prefer and why?
From youtube I have learnt that the quality of material of both this color are not same. The black one feel more leathery than white. But the white version doesn't attract fingerprints.
i have the white,i think in visual the black looks more leather.but by touching it,i think its the same.for me white is more attractive
I would choose black one. Black as a color looks more classy !
And it won't get that dirty easily when compared to white one.
always black mostly in white phone if any pen or ink spot comes than its really hard to remove unlike black phones so always think twice b4 buying a white 1

Its not even a year, and they release galaxy note 3 with 'neo' title..

Agree with u.. especially pen ink causes a lot of issues..
@OP- black one doesn't attract fingerprints in my case (unless uve dipped ur fingers in oil )
Buy the colour u like.. I had a white S2.. decided to take black this time!
I feel black looks classier.. also the amoled blacks are complimented by the black colour !

i never like flip cover its so hard ho handle it.. wile chating n all i hate it.. i hv a expriance of flip covers i lik simple pouch or bumper maximum other wise rit nw am using ma phone just wid a scratch guard thats it no cover

I agree and to top it all the problems faced while trying to click a pic.. it feels so cumbersome!
And these cases are costly too.. Im using the Amzer TPU cover, feels nice and makes the phone look even better.. in fact people are not able to recognise that there is a cover over the phone!

I was researching because I have seen people skin black iPhone's (bleh) and such to be white and I thought it looked awesome. I found a site that has a very huge reputation and customer feedback that now supports the Galaxy Nexus! I already ordered my white skin! These are awesome because they do not add any bulk and look legit!
Will post pictures of just a few examples, they have 8 pages of skins though! 9.99 for the skin, not bad at all just an FYI for anyone that also wanted to do this,

Looks good but a no no for me if notification led is covered. Mind you The white skin would look brilliant with white theme.
you can just use a hole puncher to make the led notification.
if you want it all white, soon there will be white nexus shells available and mercury (korea company that makes cases and protectors for mobile phones)makes the multi colour screen protectors for many phones including the nexus are already available.

Not very good at making holes could ruin it. Shells will probably make significantly bulkier which I don't want.
I will probably wait for feedback on skin.

I'm waiting on the white chassis with the white extended battery door.

this one is my friends (i made the design online on their site and he applied on his phone for now) he said it was easy , and skinit is better since you can do your own design.
I much prefer using gelaskins myself since they only seem to be the ones that cover the full back of the nexus while other sites just cover the battery door and a strip underneath it. Plus like many other sites you can make custom skins for yourself with custom designs.
Plus they are a local business. Gotta support the local economy

I bought it white because all my other gadgets and computers are black, something different. However I hear that the black and white is not the same plastic design on the back. Different material or design in the plastic.

Red, looks better than both.

I had the black version first and exchanged it for the white version (warranty replacement), and I'm glad I did. Black is beautiful, don't get me wrong. However, beings that the phone is a dust magnet (thanks to the screen protector), the dust was definitely a lot more visible. On the other hand, the white version doesn't nearly look as dirty, and I love the smooth back in contrast to the textured on on the black version, definitely looks more premium.
At the end of the day, it will come down to preference.

I got white, have had previous white phones and have never had an issue with the color. White looks more futuristic, especially with themes. Black, is just the norm.

HMM i think il go for the black, the white its really really nice, but you have to take care alot, from dust and particles that may cause some spots on the back. the black its like really elegant. with its glass on the sides its cool. we just have to take care of both well.

Not really, u just need to have it in a good case, I bought for my white ZL the INCIPIO DualPro... The best case for the ZL been made.

I agree a good case is all you need to keep the white clean, but the best case for the ZL is the Case-Mate Tough Case I had the Incipio DualPro until my wife got the [completely redesigned] Tough Case for her iPhone and I was jealous to no end with envy. The insert material is no longer soft silicon, and thus it doesn't attract any lent/dust. All in all, it feels much more premium than the Incipio.
I've owned 3 white phones and always kept them in a case, and not one ever got discolored. Trust me, from someone whom had both a black and white ZL, the black is a DUST magnet. Not slightly annoying dirty, but WTF annoying. Don't say I didn't warn you.

Well, if you paid premium for your phone you don't want the phone to be scratch or get dirty right? I paid the full price for the phone and of course I have to keep it in a case, it is an expensive device to let them scratch in a few weeks without case.

Nice one -I needed a case for the phone anyway so ordered one, my Mrs will scratch it up in no time without a case - but pls still post pics as its bound to help someone, mines been dispatched by Royal Mail so expecting it Monday or Tuesday.
Ok got the case today - on the whole its fine for £5. it is really tight to get on and off! It fits nicely though. My only gripe are there are some small scuffs on the clear plastic, I could send it back but I expect the chances of getting a pristine one are slim and that would leave my Mrs without a case for a week or so (not a good idea lol). besides the back of the case is curved and this is only going to cause the clear plastic to get scratched anyway when out it down etc. It could benefit from some little feet like the spigen/rearth hybrid cases. It feels nice in the had and does add too much bulk to the phone.

That's stock wallpaper mate - came with the phone - that is how the phone came out of the box
the scuffs only show when light reflects off it at different angles - I would say they will be less noticeable against a white back as the scuffs are kinds of white themselves

That's nowhere near the location of the notification led on the phone. It's between the camera and earpiece. That yellow light looks like a reflection of another indoor/outdoor light fixture.

Case looks nice but Im worried about it being tight to get on/off.
Past experiences with similar tight cases I've ended up scuffing the phone

Yes, there is a lip so in theory you can put the phone screen side down on a flat surface and it will not touch the surface
I still think, that the best case for Moto G is flip shell made by Motorola. But the bad thing is, that it's still unavailable in other colors than white on british Amazon

Speck always over charges for their cases. They cater to the rich stupid iPhone people. And I agree the case colors they choose suck. I wanted a plain black one.
I do like the white and blue one but not for 35 bucks

Yea thats what i was thinkin. Got the blue and white cause thats the best looking one
This case is great for side and corner impacts, but the small lip hinders its face flat resistance.
My friend has this case on his sgs3, and I saw his phone drop onto our tile office floor and crack the screen, while in the case!
The floor did have a slightly raised edge, due to it being tile, but nothing a good case shouldn't have protected against.

^ sorry if my post seemed discouraging. I can only speak for the experiences I've seen with this case in an s3, which is 2 years old.
If the lip is a decent height, things should be fine if it falls facewards. Back and sides should be fine because of the thick plastic/rubber the case is made from. Let us k know how it fists!

Sounds a little kinky if you ask me.
I recently bought a Red Aluminium bumper case for my phone and it looks awesome on my phone just think about Red with Black combination. I will upload some pictures soon so that you can forget about buying a expensive case.
I have uploaded the pics and the last one picture shows it is red in color it is not pink. It is just because of the camera of Canvas 4 that the case looks somewhat pinkish.

I have this bumper case and and capdase silicon case. I also bought a back side skin from printvenue, actually I made it as I don't the feel of the back side and it gets dirty very easily.
I am uploading the picture which I used to create the skin. I don't have the skin right now as it is not shipped yet lets see when they will ship it to me.

I have a similar one. Looks great, but affects GPS and navi. And affects phone signal a bit. If it wasn't for the GPS issue I could have dealt with the loss of a bar or two.

Yes I am experiencing signal drops too I don't know why it is happening as few days past I opened the battery back cover of my phone I saw that the antennas are on the battery back cover not at sides.
I am about to buy a wood skin for my phone, you ever used skin on your phone as I am unable to decide dark wood or light coloured wood is best for black N5??
Both are nice depending on which you use. Dbrand is my first choice and for color, I'd opt for the darker one

No case is worth losing signal strength. Plus, there's no back protection.

Normally I would agree, but it looks great lol. Show vs go for me. I have since given up on any aluminum case like this and reverted back to my spigen cases.

Yeah, it looks good, but there are spigen and caseology cases that have a clear back that look great with a carbon fiber skin. And the signal isn't degraded with plastic.
Are there any rubber/plastic bumpers for this phone (don't want to hurt signal)? I never found any. The Google bumpers are just regular cases..

Just ordered the orange one. See what you made me do after I searched for it? I have a white carbon fiber skin on my N5, and any color goes well with it.

Dbrand and slickwraps are not available in my country anywhere and buying from there official sites is not possible for me so I bought a dark tamo wood skin from gadgetshieldz India. Thanks for advice as the Tamo wood is dark in color. Lets see whats gadgetshieldz is offering with there new brand.

But plastic bumper cases does not look as good as aluminium one. They look just okay instead of buying a plastic bumper case go for a spigen ultra fit case or skin.
