The title kinda explains it.
I have recently ordered a Find 7 and I am wondering if there are any avaliable tempered glass screen protectors from verified/trustworthy online retailers. I don't really have an exact preference of the 'type' of protector (e.g thinness of the glass or aesthetics), however I would be very thankful if anyone has more details about the tempered glass that they have brought from the retailers.

One tip: don't buy from a seller that provides relatively low price. I bought one on Ebay for $10.88 but it only comes with the glass itself, no original package.

I have the Nillkin tempered glass screen protector and really like it. I do have some slight touch sensitivity issues and have to run 1.2.5i rom, but I think this is more of a hardware limitation. The glare off the glass is much lower than the stock oppo screen protector.

Also purchased the Nillkin temper glass. I've heard nothing but great reviews from users over at oppoforums.
There's a slight crack on the tempered glass protector and a lot of noticeable scratches after months of usage. I'm actually scared to take off the tempered glass now.

I'm using the "Original Zeroize 0.25 tempered glass screen protector" for a few months now and I still have not scratches in it!
It sticks very well and the appliance of it was very easy (I was positive surprised). Also it blocks the sunlight a bit which is good in shiny situations.
Bought the NIlkin when I first got the phone a few months ago. Dropped it on the stone floor at Medieval Times and completely shattered the screen protector. The screen protector did it''d job so I bought another one.

Not sure about quality but in my experience it felt little protective and was a true fingerprint magnet. Tempered glass on it now and it feels better.
Its just a cheap plastic one, it will prevent scratches yes but i prefer tempered glass in case i drop it and for the glass feel

Hi the screen protector which comes with the phone is a normal pet one which will work fine for few days after which it become almost unsable as it will get scratched easily and is prone to finger prints.
So I would strongly advice go for a glass screen protector and till you your hands on one use the protector with which you phone came with
Also try getting a thinner protector as the thicker it is the more issue you will have using the fingerprint scanner thoug it is only a matter of getting used to
I will def be doing a review of the fusion case soon!
My Orzly glass protector does not have a hole for the front cam.
No the tempered glass ones dont, only the regular screen pros do

It feels very cheap especially if you are used to glass. Plus it gets greasy very fast. My op2 tempered ones arrive today.

Official OP2 tempered glass has a front camera cutout. And nice 2.5D sides for a smooth feel.
Comes in a very nice pack with guidance and stickers to get the job done right. Much better than cheaper eBay ones I tried so definitely worth the extra money.
I also like how the glass helps guide my finger to the fingerprint scanner by feel as it's now more inset.

Yes you are correct! The Official one and the iVoler one both have a front cam cutout! and rounded edges are a must!

I ordered the original temepered glass screenprotector with my OnePlus X and I'm really disappointed about it. I want to know if anyone else has the same issue.
There's still air all around the edges. Really regret peeling of the plastic protector that comes pre-installed .
Wanted to order a Orzly one but they pulled it out of the website( maybe the same problems??)
Noticed this on the Nillkin site: "Because the phone has posted under arc, film after about a slight white border, is normally" .....
Is there or will there be a better one, or has anyone good experience with this type of protectors on curved screens?

It does look like that indeed. But it is perfectly aligned with the speaker and screen. Its not my first screen protector that i apply.. So I think it's not my fault..
I contacted Orzly today to ask if they are planning to release the Tempered Glass Protector for the OPX, as they where available a week ago as pre-order but not on the site anymore.
This was the answer I got:
"Unfortunately we are not planning to realised Tempered Glass Screen protector for the One Plus X. one plus x screen is too curved and we are not pleased with the fitting of the glass screen."
Seems like they have the same problem...

No the original one isnt. But that doesnt has anything to do with the fitting to the screen.

You better use film rather than tgsp with such curved screen.
My father has the same problem with Note4 - edges of tempered glass is not round but straight, and screen is slightly round on the edges. I also planed to buy glass protector for my OPX but now i see that is not so good idea. I better wait for some hard case and i will live that original screen protector and i wish you well, maybe there will be curved tempered glass for our phones... who knows...
I ordered a similar one off Ebay. The same happened to me. I'm pretty good at applying screen protectors. There is air all around the edges. I bought a similar one for my wifes S5 and that went on perfect you can't even tell it's on. I'm sticking with it as the glass ones have saved my skin on other phones more than once.

For the looks maybe but a tgsp protects the screen much more!
I also ordered the NILLKIN, because I wasnt happy with the original one. I ordered the H + with rounded edges.
It was delivered today and was going to hesitate to go try this, eventually just went ahead and tried under the guise, "it can not be worse!"
I came to the conclusion that it was exactly the same size so probably had the same problem as the original.
And that was true, unfortunately, ...
So NILLKIN has the same problem as the original of OnePlus!
But!...
In contrast to the original is the NILLKIN H + rounded off at the edges so that feels better. Something also bothered me!
Conclusion, this is one better than the original! (Imho)
Someone on OP forums speaked about Sundatom Tempered Glass 9H 0.2mm 2.5D arc edge
One more to test....
2.5D means that only the edges of glass are rounded I don't think this cover whole screen (I hope I'm wrong)

Am not asking for the official tempered glass for oneplus 3T am asking just the best one available right now in Indian market.
All the aftermarket full coverage tgsp are the same, with only edge glue and dot matrix/rainbow/oil slick effect. I bet there are only 1 or 2 manufacturers, just differently branded.

I'm currently using the CASEU OnePlus 3/3T Tempered Glass and I can definitely recommend this to anyone. It has been sleek, clear and perfect. Just use professional help while applying as the cutouts must align perfectly for the best experience. Furthermore, you can check out the Nillkin Tempered Glass for OnePlus 3/3T. Though, I feel the CASEU is better and that the Nillkin feels ugly... :highfive:

Thanks for ur suggestion @shivangswain. me too had looked at those to tempered glass. i think the main difference between those two where as follows
1) CASEU Oneplus 3/3T Tempered Glass is Full screen Edge to Edge Tempered Glass but the Nillkin is an ordinary Tempered Glass (but it covers the 3T edge to edge horizontally the fact in which other ordinary tempered glass fails)
2) CASEU Oneplus 3/3T Tempered Glass has the only glue at the edges that is in the black color potion but Nillkin is has glue in full portion.
if u don't mind can u pls share some pictures of CASEU Oneplus 3/3T Tempered Glass.

could you post some close up pictures of the tempered glass applied on your phone?
I had ordered some tempered glass before, but all are covering some part of the screen with that black bar on the side.
So, if CASEU doesn't hide some part of the screen I can go with that.

I can confirm that the CASEU Tempered Glass covers about 1/2 a millimeter of screen from both the left and the right but it doesn't cause any significant problems in daily usage, media-consumption or gaming. Pictures coming in the next reply to this thread... :highfive:

Actually it is plastic but made with water... Don't know how to explain...
But it is the best looking screen protector I found now and protect my 3T from scratches.
And the spigen for crash...

It cost HKD33/ RMB28, you can buy in taobao, a Chinese online mall, and mail to your home, the phone cases are very cheap there too, remember to buy some phone cases and group to 1 kg, because the transport fee will be cheaper
