Is there any better (than stock) picture viewer utility? The one in Eclair shows the images very ugly when i zoom them in...

Justpictures or the comic viewer?
Floating Image is good as well. Its free and open source.
Justpictures is cool, but it seems to show some 'banding' or stripe effect on some images at certain zoom levels. I also had to change "Maximum resolution" on the settings to get images to load their full resolutions. Maybe the stripe effect is just a result of the image being rendered at it's full resolution all the time because it disappears as you zoom in.
It's good though, nice interface.
I've been using Large Image Viewer: http://www.appbrain.com/app/image.viewer
It's not fancy, but shows images in their full quality without any glitches. Although it does take a fraction of a second to load the full quality as you zoom in.
Tried the JP viewer and i dont see any improvements, the comic viewer is close to showing full resolution BUT the loading time is LONG!
just wanted to share a camera app that i use allot called nemus camera. it has alot of pretty cool effects that you can adjust while taking the photo and it shutters quicker than any other camera app ive tried. my only complaint is the photos are pretty low res. def give em a try and lemme know what you think. if you have any camera app that you frequently use please share
camera 360. its been around for a while but has awesome effects. some have to be downloaded from the market separately (ghosts images for one)

camera 360's one of my fav's
I had an Motorola milestone, i sold them, them bought an i9100 awesome everywhere 500 times more than milestone
But i only lack one thing three this arsine phone doesn't have. The solarize camera effect
It takes awesome photos and wicked sick videos... And that's the only thing i miss from the milestone in the awesomeness of Galaxy S2
Do you know any camera app that can take photos and videos with solarize effect on the i9100

Have you tried camera360 from Google Play. It had allot option and effects top choose from.

try Paper Camera, you can get it free on GetJar, Gold Apps sections (paid app in Google Play). I can see these effects on it: (maybe one is same as the solarize of milestone)

Taking pics while recording video. Check! Works fine!
Is there an option to take pics from an individual screen frame? As in I pause a video and instead of a low-res screenshot, it takes a full quality frame grab as a pic? I realize it wouldn't be 8mp, but it'll be better than a screenshot.
Thoughts?

You can't do that, your video is in 1080p no where close to 8mp frame therefore you won't be able to do it, btw for question use the q&a forums, development is only for roms, hacks, kernels, etc
Make sure you read xda rules and make life easier for everyone

Just wanted to see how everyone else is going about sharing either their Auto Awesome Videos or HTC Gallery Highlight Videos. They always look great on my device, but when i share to facebook for example the video quality is really bad....even if i view it on my device. any help would be appreciated.

Post to youtube, then share your links elsewhere ... FB gives great video quality for youtube links as well
