How to update CWM v5.5.0.4 to the latest from CWM Recovery mode - AT&T, Rogers, Bell, Telus Samsung Galaxy S III

Hi All,
I am stuck in CWM-based Recovery v5.5.0.4 on my S3 while flashing CM11. I read that I need the latest CWM to flash this.
How to I update CWM from the recovery mode? Where can I find the zip file?
Please help.
Thanks.

Download the latest version of Philz Touch for the d2lte (it's based on CWM) and flash it via CWM or use Odin to flash it.

[Q] CWM stopped working after update to CM10.1.2

Using CWM to flash the ROM, I updated CM10.0 to CM10.1.2. After that I could no longer get into recovery mode. It's as if CWM is just not there.
What can I do about this?
Thanks for any help.

Reboot to Recovery flash a new CWM, if you cannot go to recovery, go to download mode, flash a new CWM via odin

Thank you guy's i appreciate it alot.
Had the same problem so I converted the .img recovery file to a .tar.md5 for ODIN. The file is linked to this post I'm the cm11 thread.

Odin vs Recovery, which is better for flashing the latest Philz recovery?

Which is the better method, flashing a new Philz recovery via ODIN, or flashing it via a custom recovery.
Also, can flashing the wrong custom recovery hard brick my phone?
Just flash the new recovery through your current recover
I was on PhilZ and i flashed the latest TWRP through PhilZ no problems
Not sure about the question, maybe

how to switch from TWRP 2.6.3.3 to Philz 6.48.4?

hey guys im on omega rom and i have twrp recovery and want to change to philz recovery?
how to do this?
Download the recovery zip that's for your phone and flash it in TWRP, rebooting into recovery should take you to Philz

Simply take hold of latest Philz recovery (tar file) and flash it via ODIN 3.09. Done.

the Philz Touch build ist not working.
You can download TWRP from here:https://dl.twrp.me/lt03ltexx/
If you want to use CWM or Philz Touch, you can use my build:
CWM:https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=24052804347799613
Philz Touch:https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=24052804347799614
Just rename one to recovery.img and pack it in an tar, so you can flash it with Odin.
