It is my understanding that the 10.5 will be Super AMOLED+ (RGB) and that the 8.4 is Super AMOLED (Pentile).

It's made from awesome sauce.

It's RGB Stripe. The 8.4 is pentile.

The 10.5 uses S-Stripe RGB.

Can someone post a link to the relevant information please.

1. Here Samsung Galaxy Tab S Review (10.5 & 8.4-inch)
2. And here test with colorimeter (only 8.4)
White point of the model 10.5 - ideal !!!

Thanks. I hope I don't notice it too much when I get the 8.4 in model (uk). I don't see it on my sgs5, but I easily notice it on Samsung's 10+ inch pentile tablets.

Not normal at all, the note 2 is WAY brighter than the original. I have been hearing that some units of the note are lacking the brightness they should have.
My advice? Go and change it for another one.
Does the note 2 have the black clipping the first had

By looking on the box maybe
Name of your phone appears during the boot. Check it there. Otherwise go to settings > about phone >
build/model number.

Tmobile S3 not as bright as other S3?

So my friend has an Att s3 and my other friend has a sprint S3. Both of their phones are brighter than mine. Their whites are way whiter and brighter than mine. And they both have had their phones longer than me. Could their be something wrong with my phone? Or is tmobiles S3 just crappier than other companies?

I've noticed this with amoled screens. They differ in color/contrast, and sometimes drastically. I posted a thread a while back in the t989 forum with a picture of 2 s2's next to each other, and the screens were completely different. One was very white and vibrant and the other was yellowed and dull.

Or they just have their brightness set higher.

Available on the new Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and Galaxy Note Edge - and soon to be available on the Galaxy S5, Galaxy Note 3 and other devices - this system allows users to process audio in real time without perceptible latency.
