Have you checked notification settings in these apps? Also, check Home button LED configuration, there should be an option to enable led for downloaded apps, if I remember correctly.

[Q] Help - My notification LED seems broken! [Solved]

MOD NOTE: You can close this thread now. I have solved it.
After upgrading to LightFlow 2.8.0 my notification LED seems broken. I tried reinstalling LightFlow, didnt work. Fixing permissions from CWM, and reinstalling LightFlow, didnt work. I found an older version of LightFlow, version 2.7.4, which i believe was the version i used to have, and it used to work, but now it doesnt. I downloaded LED Tester, and it did not light any LED either.
Does anyone have any idea of things i can do to try and get it working again? I sure hope its not broken, i dont want to have to go through a return process...
My GN is rooted, with stock rom.
UPDATE:
After a lot of debugging i solved the problem myself. It turns out i accidentally unchecked the android Settings->Display->Pulse notification light. After enabling that setting LightFlow 2.8.0 works fine now.

Does your light sensor work?
You can check it somewhere in the service menu.
You can acces the service menu by typing *#*#7378423#*#*

OTA Update Disable?

I got an OTA update on my T-Mobile LG G3 about a week ago. The notification keeps coming up despite me disabling the OTA feature in the hidden menu (3845#*851#) and freezing Update Center. What is the solution to stop this notification from coming up?

I was about to ask the same question. I am on the international 855 model, I got successfully into the hidden menu, disabled OTA, and yet I keep receiving notices about an upgrade. It seems that the OTA disable does not work,
I am rooted, TWRP, on a 20F bumped lollipod.
Thanks for any info on this.
PaulCC..
may there were no update。

I'm also rooted an on TWRP. I don't know what 20F bumped lollipod means.
bump. Is there a solution for this OTA update notification?
Have you tried the app Disable Service?
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=cn.wq.disableservice&hl=en
Open it
Go to System Apps
Find Google Services Framework and tap it
Uncheck "SystemUpdateService"
Restart your device.
The solution that worked for me was to also use the Disable Service app to uncheck "SystemUpdateService" under Google Play Services. After that the notification for the update went away.
This worked for me! Thank you. Hallelujah! The notification has been there for like a month. And it wasn't a normal notification. It would constantly flash and move around on my top bar. It's gone now.

[Q] After pressing the home key it says unfortunately home is stopped

I wanted to ask you if some1 got this problem when you are in an app and press the home softkey and get this message : unfortunately home has stopped.
Is there any fix for it or not ? I have G3 D855 int. version. Running the latest V20H software version with the new softkeys.
Not rooted.

Yeah, happens about once a day for me, usually when I quit whatsapp.
Never happened to me. I dont use whatsapp. Using D855 TWN 20H stock non-rooted
This happens to me as well,(stock lollipop no root) something to do with whatsapp . Go into settings > Manage apps > All Apps > then scroll down to homescreen. Tap on it and then tap on "clear data". This works for a while but using whatsapp brings the problem back.
After pressing several back from whatsapp, home stops...
Stock 20h, no root
Serbia
I have the same, but not especially from whatsapp, more often from gmail. I've been having these on all Lollipop roms.

Yes, I get the "Unfortunately, Home has stopped" error intermittently since updating to lollipop, v20c is still the latest for my D855.
Pressing home or back does it, but difficult to reproduce consistently.
In searching I have not found a solution, doing a full reset doesn't work either.
The only way I have found to stop the error is to use another Launcher as a workaround.

Download the xled module from xposed installer.
Then set both "default led on time" and "default led off time" to zero
Hope this will solve your problem
If you want any help regarding xposed installer then reply me back

Even I have the same problem for my Lenovo K5 Vibe Plus after rooting.
In SuperSU settings, checking "Mount Namespace Separation" to true has fixed this.
