I've been running SuperNexus rom lately and had fun trying two mods,they worked fine so why not share them
First is made using a very handy windows tool:
OGBatteryMod from Osama Ghareeb
I just used it to make two mods,first is made using bundled battery icons you can see on screenshots in the link above:

Well,it work but you'll have to make your own way through apps that works maybe perfectly, apps that works more or less/could be "fixed" and apps that simply doesn't work at all.
I just put the apps provide on the guide above but you can find many others by following links/searching xda or just go to Play Store.
I can only state that Calculator,Camera,Browser,Twitter and ClipBoard seems ok , Music And Video player launch ok but doesn't seem to find medias (could be "fixed" maybe),ToggleSwitcher works fine too but its display is a little messed...anyway as you can see i can't really say much,up to you to try and search further if interested.

No sorry,I didn't took time to take some screenshots when I was running SuperNexus Rom + OGBattMod but it's pretty simple:
Under settings>display you'll have a new item with 15 battery% styles preview and choice.
If you wonder about which battery styles are included you can check Osama Ghareeb thread (first link of my post) you'll see the "stock" ones.
For the "alter" zip I used those battery% styles:

Thank you for your continuous interest in my work. I am happy to announce a new updated version of my Samy Deluxe ROM but please do not expect new versions on a daily basis. I release whenever I feel like and there is no masterplan or schedule I follow. As the Clash said, “the future is unwritten”, which means this could be the last Samy Deluxe update, or another step towards my world domination plan. Who knows?
First Samy Deluxe Release based on Android 5.0 Lollipop
This latest release is finally based on Android Lollipop but still fully adheres to my Samy Deluxe principles. No fancy-bull**** tweaks, no super-secret sauce is included, every element is straight to the point. It includes many (read carefully: not all!) Galaxy S6 features and apps, because I strongly believe this is what Samsung should have brought to all of its devices instead of forcing people to upgrade their hardware twice a year whenever Samsung releases a new flagship smartphone.
Since I am not a developer I haven’t been able to fully port all existing Galaxy S6 features. There are things missing which I am not able to fix.
I am also not including detailed instructions on how to flash this onto your Galaxy S4 because most people will not read it. If you were able to successfully flash a prior Samy Deluxe ROM version you will be able to do so again.
I installed the ROM pretty much like everybody else does. I copied the file to the internal disk, rebooted into recovery, went through the AROMA-Installer and kept my fingers crossed afterwards for a while since the very first boot up process takes an endless time.
I encourage everybody to take and modify this in every possible way and I neither don’t mind if you credit it or not, nor can I control what you are doing. Even though I must admit that I have some advanced mind control skills that will probably trick you into keep coming back here on a daily basis.
Or, to make a long story short: Use it!

Do I have to full wipe before installation?
Yes, most probably you will get some errors so a full wipe (can be done via Aroma Installer) is recommended.
Do I have to flash a bootloader or modem?
Please use a Lollipop bootlader and modem if you encounter errors. Which one doesn't matter. Do not ask where to get them or how to flash. This is a development thread. Seak assistance in an appropriate thread - there is plenty of help here at XDA but you want everything directly served to you. Well, sorry but this is a "bring your own beer party"!

After you choose "install zip" it is an option twoard the bottom. Uncheck that.
Also don't go back to 4.3?

I don't know about original 4.3 builds, all I can say is that I switched between 4.3 and 4.4 custom ROMs without a problem, but AGAIN: I don't know about official builds/stock odin packages.

Hello there , Did you use @friedrich420 rom as base mate? and why arent you giving him any credit or something. or your part of hes team? hehe and Sound setting is Fcing when i try to change the volume
I did use the SecSettings.apk that was posted here a couple of days ago. I credited the thread starter. If that was taken from somewhere else I am sorry and will credit as stated in my first post.
Volume works fine here and is no issue so I guess you must have dirty flashed or something.

Not sure where to post this, if its in the wrong spot feel free to move.
So I'm trying to make a theme for the new Theme Showcase engine and I had a couple questions. First, is the theme template compatible with the new Android Studio and gradle system or should I be using Eclipse? Second, I have tried to change some of the system ui icons from the theme template found here (https://plus.google.com/u/0/+BrianResnik/posts/51MZf7t9bUN) using the Android Studio and for some reason after I build the apk and install it on my device they dont show up. Just the default ui elements do. Even though it installs properly, it shows in the cm theme chooser, I can apply them, they still wont show. If you have any suggestions thanks in advance
This is a cry for help, from me and the other NOOBs out here, new to the theming world with no idea where to begin.
I started out with a problem. I hate the UI on my Note Edge Lollipop, as compared to the stock Lollipop ASOP UI. I started about trying to change the entire UI (icons, menus, fonts, notification drawer, app drawer etc) to stock AOSP Lollipop UI. I am not rooted.
I AM LOST. No idea which guide to follow. Don't want to change my launcher. I would prefer not to root, would prefer not to void my warranty, would just prefer to screw around as less as possible while getting as close to stock Lollipop as possible.
And I know there are others around me. So here I am, on behalf of the noobs, requesting all experts to provide a starting point from where to begin changing the UI - completely, with as little messing around as possible. Not just to AOSP but to any other UI that someone else might prefer. Please explain this to us like we are 3 year olds.
1) Options for those who are Not Rooted.
2) Options for those who are Rooted.
Ps. This will not work if only the experts contribute. Everyone here who has something to contribute please do!
Ps. Mods I looked and searched for days. I know there are guides out there but I wanted something Note Edge and Lollipop specific.

The new TouchWiz on the S6 has themes. Pray that they port it over to us and any other features it has like they used to do before with those Experience updates during the S3 and Note 2 periods...
Mate, there isn't actually a lot you can do for theming without rooting your device. Most themes replace icons in the system files which is impossible to access without root or without being officially supported by Samsung...
The only real way to theme your un-rooted Note Edge is to change the launcher and theme that...
My wishes seem to have been answered within a week. The new Samsung themes app is all we need. Let's hope we get it fast.

Here is themes app for Lollipop touchwiz http://forum.xda-developers.com/note-4/themes-apps/touchwiz-theme-lollipop-note-4-t3037891. I tryed and it worked. Just don`t flash the zip (that makes your touchwiz home to FC). Just extract the zip and copy all content of zip`s system folder in your devices system folder as it is in zip, except Toucwiz home. Reboot and all done. Now you can change touchwiz themes as you like

So, does your edge notifications still work?
I tried to get a few things changed but after messing with my system folders I lost all edge notifications...
I also opened the system file, did you realise you're installing Apex launcher onto your Note Edge? I already own the pro version of this. In the System>App folder it actually says Apex Pro meaning this could be considered as Warez, if it actually is the pro version...

Yes, notifications works just fine. And i noticed that Apex launcher too. I deleted it so i doesn`t have any clue is it pro or not. I`m not the developer of this, I just pointed you out how you can use themes

The contacts, mms, and settings zips all work on N915G NK4 KITKAT. Framework zip makes xpossd and some modules FC.
Tired of the overall whiteness in Xperia LP 5.1.1? I was/am!
TL;DR jump to Requirements,
So wanted to theme my phone to be basically black/dark with white text and this fairly simple setup will get your Xperia LP 95% themed.
I say 95% as I’m using a debloated Xperia and there might be some of the things I have removed which wont be themed (dont know as I dont have them) and this setup has a few caveats but believe I’ll eventually get it fixed by finding the correct Layers theme or parts thereof.
General theming can get you some of the way but cannot do anything with the things under the hood like Settings, Dialer, Contacts and so on….
Then I discovered Layers Theming – [BitSyko] Official Layers and BitSyko Apps [RRO]
To my understanding, the problem for the Xperia Rom is the Rom has to have built-in the Layers Theme Engine (RRO commits) version 2.xx (SimpleAOSP, Terminus, Chroma, BoostPop, SlimRom to mention a few Roms which has) for layering to work and stock Xperia LP only has version 1.0 which means some things will work other things wont.
Reading in the ‘Official Layers and BitSyko Apps’ thread came across @jam0688 whom posted he had been able to fully layer stock LP – see post #1319 for pointers on how he managed this.
So basically you can mix and match various Layers themes to your heart’s content and using @jam0688’s tips I started experimenting, with a lot of trial and errors and a world of reboots.
It is tedious as you have to reboot every time you make a change – be it installing a theme or just a part of it, un-installing something because it gives white on white or black on black, boot to Recovery to remove a ‘bad’ theme because of boot-loop, black screen or freezes.
Anyway, finally found Prime Layers Theme which more or less layers Xperia.
Caveats:
The Title banners for each section in Settings are white on white but otherwise works perfectly for the underlying sub-sections -SOLVED by @caki25 see under requirements/install
Dialer and Contacts were white on white but solved this by using @Wajk’s Dialer & Contacts Mods 3.3.
Contacts in the separate Contact apk are hard to read - almost black on black but can be read with light set to 100% - presently I've left it un-ticked and use Contacts in the Dialer.
Push/holding Power button normally gives pop-up menu for Power Off, Reboot etc but nothing shows and holding the Power button reboots the phone - solved this by using Gravity Box and assigning Application Launcher to e.g. the Back key and assigned Quick Reboot (which has a dark theme built-in) to slot 1.

Although far from perfect wanted to share my overall progress as others might be interested and willing to participate in the trial and error process - it just requires a lot of re-boots until we find the right combinations. Heck, it doesnt have to be Black n White, it can be any setup as the important thing is to find out which Layers themes (or parts thereof) works on stock Xperia.

General overlays:
1 Framework – change to Lollipop dark in the dropdown to the right
Style specific overlays:
Make sure it says ‘1 Dark’ or the same as you choose for ‘1 Framework’
Choose the apks you want to theme. Note, Greenify (Contacts) didn’t work for me but all others were themed.
Install (no reboot just yet), then go back to Installer Overlays and install from Evolve Layers:
(STYLE)SettingsNoTitle
Now reboot but when asked to Soft re-boot just press anywhere outside the pop-up box and it will disappear. Then hard re-boot. (Soft re-boot hangs for me)
For best result when switching complete themes, un-install present theme via Layer Manager and then reset Layer Manager - just go to Settings - Apps - All and clear data. Your installed themes will still be there in Layer Manager.
If a ‘bad’ theme is causing boot-loop, black screen or freezes - reboot to Recovery, Mount System, go to Advanced- FileManager- System- Vendor- Overlay and delete the 'bad' theme, reboot.
Above is tested on a Sony Z3C.

I'll try with Commute UI ... it has an option (in the Evolve package) to make the Settings page without headers, so the white bars are not there .. possibly only Evolve is enough .. I will let you know.
Edit: Yup, did work just fine ... Although that Hangouts dialer with Xperia UI threw some error when flashing ...

Not sure what you mean by 'Hangouts dialer.....' - the one I flashed is a Google Dialer with Sony UI.
Anyhow, when flashing the dialer it automatically makes a backup of the original Sony dialer, just flash this file to restore: http://forum.xda-developers.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=3427011&stc=1&d=1438603555

Sorry, i meant the Google dialer installation failed in the end but all seems to be working I'll check out the thread too anyway.
