Hello,
even though I purchased my phone in Germany I got a LG Benelux E975 version for which there are no updates for KitKat through the official
LG Software available.
Are there any methods to fix this or why won't the German version wouldn't work on my device and why does it is not launched yet.
The support had no new information for me.

Is it network locked or unlocked?
Also, you can flash the E975V20A on it if its E975 Good luck!

It is unlocked. Is there any risk of making the device unusable, how do I convert it to a V20A version?

Just flash the kdz update for E975
or
If your phone is Right up stock phone, follow tutorial to get Custom recovery (TWRP or clockworkmod) and plainly flash an upgrade zip file

Anyone F400 user received lollipop update yet? I am still on F400S10t and update centre tells me that I am using the latest software version for the current OS.

the f400s recieved lollipop try searching for an kdz of it and flashing it(use google to find out how)
Yes BUT NOT ROOT
There are several V20C and V20F kdz files floating however don't hope to root the phone after. Seems that no ones gives a hoot about this model and once you load the V5.0 you won't be rooting this phone anytime soon.
if you're not looking to root then do a search for f400s/l/k V20c (or f) kdz file and use flashtool in download mode = they are available in vietnamese sites -

I've recently bought the lg g3 unlocked from Amazon in the UK. I updated it to official lollipop not knowing it would unable me to root it. Now I'm looking to downgrade to kit kat in order to root it with purpledrake, install TWRP and the Cyanogenmod 12. My problem is I don't know exactly what firmware to install. The only information I have about the phone is that it is the D855 16GB and that its software version is "V20f-EUR-XX". If some one could point out the kit kat version to be installed and any problem with my plan I would be very grateful. Thank you

I have an unlocked LG G3 bought from Amazon UK.
It is currently on Android 5.0 and I was waiting long for 5.1 or 5.1.1 but it seems it won't be updated soon automatically.
Can I manually update to 5.1 or 5.1.1? Does anybody know where should I download the official firmware?
I know the website for all Samsung firmware but not sure of the LG one.
Software version of my G3 is V20i-EUR-XX.

As soon as 5.1(5.1.1) or newer version is available(at all for the g3) you can download it either from your carrier or when the OPEN ones receive it. Currently the g3 doesn't have 5.1(5.1.1) or newer available at all.

I dont think G3 will get 5.1.1 id say we will wait a very long time and they will go straight to 6.0 after the G4 gets its update.
Hi, I have two G4 H815s. One is the SEA variant. I can update firmware, and use adb to reboot into bootloader. My other H815, however, is a "Global-Com"?? version, it's software is H81521z-GOBAL-COM. It will not boot into bootloader with adb (just reboots normally) and I can't find an update ROM (KDZ) for this phone. It currently has MM with 2015-11-01 security level. A 21z ROM?? I want to get the latest security level, and there appear to be no OTA updates available. Any advice? Thanks.
It may be some kind of developement phone or some broken/beta stuff. Your software looks to me like beta of G4 MM. Global com pretty much means h815 international version. You should try to recover the system with lg bridge.

Thanks, I may try to use LG Bridge. Will that also restore the adb bootloader capability? Also, am I right to assume LG will not provide the unlock.bin for this variant? Thanks again.
Hi guys and devs im new here wanted to find out if my lg k10 F670L korean variant can be upgraded to MM or can it be upgraded to custom nougat rom i tried downloading kdz file for f670l but on lg flash tool using normal flash lg mobile support tool error contact system administrator error and i cant get through any other way to update it from lolli? Or im stuck with lolli thanks in advance

Yeah i ve tried that as well and no luck, i tried the kdz flashing method using lg up and it worked i was able to upgrade to MM. Now need to find a way to root it and see if i can could get my hands on a nougat custom rom but i think its impossible since my device/model is not listed there only the k430dsy models are. ☺

can u please tell me more about this, how did u upgraded Lg-F670L to MM, i have to upgrade mine, & after upgrading there have any errors or some troublesome things happened?. (i'm new here)
