[Q] Custom roms

Hey all, I hope this is an okay place to post this and I tried searching around but wasn't able to get good information.
Essentially I'm really annoyed with the extra Samsung software and really want to try a custom rom but I also need to use my phone for work so it needs to be pretty reliable. As far as I can tell CM is still in a beta / alpha state for Note 2 (unless I am mistaken).
Are there any specific roms that have been tested well / known for being the most reliable? I love playing around with roms but I am having a rough time trying to figure out which roms are most stable, which are experimental, etc.
There are several roms that are very stable. Depending on your personal taste, you will want to first decide if you want a TouchWiz based rom or a AOSP based rom. Then find the rom that interests you and read the forum for the roms and see if there are stability issues for those roms. You should probably stick with a more stock rom that has been debloated. I personally use Synergy rom and you have the option to install the rom without the bloat apps or with them. Its within the Aroma installer during the flash process that allows you to customize your Os install. I would download and flash an earlier version between r51 and r85. The newest version has significant issues as it is still being debugged. Other than Synergy there a few other TouchWiz based roms that are debloated and offer different tweaks etc. CM based roms are very stable actually.I hope this helps.

[Q] Gaming Roms

Anyone Know Any Roms That Are Built For Gaming I Have A T999 With Cm 10.2 With Stock Cm Kernel... If Anyone Knows A ROM Or kernal Plz Let Me Know or Put Your Best Performance Rom On Here
This is the wrong forum for that question.
This should be moved into Q&A.
Moved to Q and A....and closed as XDA is not a support site, and as "Best" is a subjective term, users are expected to head over to the development threads and try all of the wonderful products being offered. Flash them all, test them, and make this determination based on your desires, needs, and wants.

hi,perhaps here:http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2707431
What @dabenaute @Amit77 suggested you is the latest 4.4.2 Touchwiz leak for our note 2, i've been using that as well and apart from few bugs that is noticed the ROM is great. To answer your long battery life question, that is only possible when using custom kernels like devil or agni where you can undervolt your phone and other fancy stuff.Since 4.4.2 is a leak there is no kernel source code so there are no custom kernels available yet for the developers of custom kernel to make it compatible with 4.4.2 TW. So what you can do is try a 4.3 TW ROM and get a custom kernel and do the tweaks which will be enable longer battery life. It's hard to tell you which 4.3 TW rom would offer you best battery life cause everyone's usage is different so you got to test 2-3 ROM's on xda and see which suits your need.Initially after flashing a ROM try it for 1-2 days to test battery life and then try a custom kernel test that for 1-2 days and then move to another ROM and repeat the same steps that way you know which ROM and which custom kernel works best on Note 2.

Android 4.4.2 KitKat rom question

Hello guys, my question is which rom is now best to use (most stablest, best performance) for rom with Android 4.4.2 KitKat for HOX? What do you advise to me?
Like we say this to everyone who is asking this......try them yourself, test them for a couple of days. Then pick the one which suits you personally the best, there is no "best" rom at all. The best rom is the rom that has all features that you need as a user of that specific rom.

[Q] Debloated/lightweight rom

Hi!
I´m searching for a very light and debloated rom for my girlfriends S4 Mini. Something like xtresto for s5 which also has an aroma installer for optional apps. But most important it should be debloated and stable. I prefer customizing roms with xposed modules
Maybe you can recommend me a good one.
