Can i use base rom to port Paranoid for T2 Ultra dual, Since there is no CM source available for our device. If somebody tell me the porting process for Paranoid android it would be so helpful..

that wont work under any circumstances
and dont worry cm and other roms are not far away
i have tested cm 11 and mokkee 4.4.4
they will be released for public in august
currently they just booting and apps working and bt working
no ril,no audio,no,video

depends on ur need -features or performance
fr features - Carbon , probam , rr
fr performance - kitkat X , xenon hd

There are several 4.4 based roms Ressurection Remix,CM11,Carbon,probam,omni and maybe a few more.
Everyone with their unique features are nice but for me i find CM11 most stable among all.
You can try each one and decide for yourself.

Hey guys, I was just wondering if there are any developers around willing start working on a Lollipop ROM for our T2 Ultra.
Btw, I'm a software developer (Java, etc, etc) but with no experience in building mobile OSes before but if any dev out there needs help to work on a 5.0 rom for the T2 Ultra and can help me get started I'm on it 100%!

The Lolipop OS is still fresh bro, i don't think there will be any dev working on it right now.. beside that, the update to lolipop version still not released right now...
I just read that many devs already started working on it, including for the Xperia Z.

Build a lollipop rom for aoba!??
The Acro S got a fully functional rom.
Xperia S got almost daily usable rom....
I tried to build and even after 16, builds its still stuck at the bootloop!!! :crying::crying::crying::crying:

There's no best or worst rom in xda, but for grand i9082, only 1 Dev is working with CM and AOSP for now. Check those in grand android development thread. cm12.1 is the most stable ATM i believe.
And you have to choose if you want a clean Android rom (AOSP) or a rom (CM) where you can change for example the theme

First of all why u guys are posting q&a in development forum ?
Official is just a simple status IMO. U know that our ROMs are building from the source of serrano3g which has official support from cm.
Guys like @k2wl @csendre @SilviuMik @Blackjubel @tioguda continuesly updating ROM which they are maintaining.
If u love pure cm experience go with the builds of @csendre who releasing updates frequently. Also aicp bliss aokp rr and now temasek supports our device.
I don't think its VERY MUCH IMPORTANT TO HAVE OFFICIAL status to the ROM seens it will never affect its usability or didn't affect what its provide.

The s4 mini duos does not support LTE because it has been programmed to function in 3g and the label too

Duos also have official roms like octos and exduos
