I am almost 99.94% positive this is DEV ED only..because to boot it on retail devices the bootloader needs to be unlocked..

No as it will only work on the dev N3 on Verizon.

Yeah wtf I agree. What a giant tease...
it's good to see the Dev Edition get some love though. We're spoiled on the retail version with all these roms for Jellybean, which we can flash back if your on NC2 and we also have a ton of roms for kitkat as well. Yes it's a tease, but at least dev edition owners get some fun as well
No doubt. I mentioned it as more of a heads up for noobs and passers by that come across the post. Better to label it and make it clear than to confuse an already confusing device release.

I do not think so. Flashing would be trying at your own risk and possibly bricking your phone. This is for dev edition only

Damn, I flashed these other roms. That have different kernels based off Nc2 does that matter. Better yet is there a way to recheck and see if my bootloader is unlocked?

Guys I don't want to sound like a jerk, so please DON'T take this the wrong way. I am just posting so people who don't do their research won't accidentally kill their retail Samsung Galaxy Note 3's by flashing PAC ROM!
With the retail Samsung Galaxy Note 3 (Verizon store bought), you can ONLY use SafeStrap & you can ONLY flash Touch Wiz based ROM's.
The Developer Edition Samsung Galaxy Note 3 (Samsung website bought) you can use ClockworkMod & TWRP Recoveries to install true PURE AOSP ROM's.
PAC is a PURE AOSP ROM that combines all the best from Paranoid Android (P), AOKP (A), & CyanogenMod (C), thus PAC! A REAL BOSS ROM. One of the BEST ROM's in my opinion. Super smooth & extremely responsive, with incredible amounts of options & customization.

Zion kernel is included with PAC . used faux clock or trickster mod to play with the setting. If you not happy with included kernel . there some more in the kernel folder . links in OP

What are you talking about? This is a CM based ROM, has nothing to do with stock GE.
If you're talking about which one to use with GPE variant, jfltetmo is my best guess.

Yeah, there's quite a few download links, it's easy enough to get confused. However OTA should be working so next build shouldn't be an issue

hello one simple question cause i might be mistaken. What exactly dirty flash means to flash the rom on top of the same i am on and to do the same with gapps and flash the kernel or to go to recovery clean the cache then flash the rom and the gapps and then the kernel and reboot ?

Nope buddy nthng special.. I mentioned so cz of precautions.. Nthng.. Else!
I just flashed with no dirty flash of my rom. Worked with no problems, will test for battery life now.

Followed the installation instructions but my Mi4 failed to boot after flashing kernel. My phone is getting stuck on a black screen after the Mi logo shows up when rebooting. Also, I am using Mokee 15/11 Release.
