Unable to make calls after updating to B510

Hello there
I updated my P6 on Saturday and now I cannot place calls but I can receive them. Anyone know what I could do to solve this? Please help.

Restore to factory settings. Doing that will solve your issue.

EFS backup: Is there an app 2do so?

Hi,
I want to bk'up EFS partition.
I always prefer doing that by an App.
I know that there is a way to do it by a Command prompt.
Just don't familiar with this way too much.

I don't think there is an app. Just with twrp or via commandline

I dumped the 2 partitions for Jeter. They still have .img extension (I may have done that)
I dumped in adb shell and output the names as if= sdcard/system.img and vendor.img so the extension may not have to be there. But they are full dumps. I'll upload soon as I can
