[Q] "This item isn't available in your country." - Galaxy Note II Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I have recently moved to Australia from India.
I placed an Australian network SIM into my Indian Note2 (N7100) which has N7100XXUFNE1_N7100ODDFNE1_INU (latest Indian firmware).
I am unable to download Public Transport Victoria app as there's no download button. It shows the message: "This item isn't available in your country."
I have updated my Google Wallet with Australian address, added Aus CC, deleted the Play Store app cache and still no luck.
Any ideas?

Fixed after flashing Cyanogenmod.

ROM Update Country Error ID Code 120

I have an HTC/UTStarcomm Apache 6700 from Qwest. I called Qwest regarding the recent ROM Update of which they instructed me to download and and apply the Sprint Rom Upgrade. When attempting to upgrade I recieve Country Error ID Code 120. Previously I owned a Siemens SX66 and there was a utility available that allowed me to bypass this issue and update with various available ROMs. Is there anything currently available?
Thank you in advance.

podop 838 pro - can not access internet via 3G sim card

Thank you in advance for any help and assistance you can provide.
I have a podop 838 pro (which is the att 8525, HTC 100, HERM 100, etc.) which is unlocked. The phone was purchased in singapore and I am using it in greece with an USA ATT 3G Sim Card and a Greek Vodafone 3G Sim Card.
I have upgraded to WM6.0, ROM 3.54, Radio 1.47.00.10 etc.
When I turn the phone on with ATT sim card I get the message 'Your current operator is not supported. You should obtain an update from your vendor.' Then it prompts me 'Would you like to select another network provider' but when click yes it only give me choices like Hong Kong, Singapore, Philippines, Australia etc. (asian countries only).
When I insert the Vodafone 3G sim card I don't get the message but I still can't access internet via 3g.
Long story short does anyone know where I can get an ATT or Vodafone ROM or software update that will allow me to access 3G service via my podop 838 pro.
All the links I have found online are outdated and no longer exist.
When I try to download the update from HTC.com directly it ask for my serial number and then tells me the update is not for my phone.
PLEASE HELP - Any help would be greatly appreciated.
If you could provide valid links for the ROM updates for ATT or Vodafone service providers I would be in your debt and in a generous mood.
That being said, Please advise what donation amount would be necessary to solve this problem once for all.
THANK YOU!!!

Did I do the app update correctly?

Browser, a system installed app, advised me an update was available. I went to the appgallery and made my country China. ( It would not update when my country was listed as United Kingdom. ) It did not change my Huawei ID country. It then updated the Browser as well as one other app. It also advise me a manual update was available for Google Playstore and advised me to not update. I then updated Google Playstore. Did I do the right thing?

Please suggest any way to change region or share APK link for download

Unlock ATT Note10+ 5G update outside USA (SM-N976U)

Hello,
I am new to the unlocking stuff.
I just bought a used ATT Note10+ 5G in Malaysia, model SM-N976U
However the security patch was stuck in May 2020. It could not be updated over the internet or Smart Switch PC.
It says it is the latest s/w (the latest should be July 2020)
I checked Sammobile and discovered 2 firmware updates : USA(TMK) and USA (T-mobile)(TMB)
(tried to include sammobile link here but was disallowed due to new user status)
Which firmware is suitable for my phone?
Is there a way to unlock ATT and receive the normal monthly security update over the internet automatically?
(i saw Odin in youtube and have basic idea how to flash it)
Appreciate any advice. Thank you

A thread already exists with the answers to your questions.

No unbranded firmware version exists as of yet.. so you will have to flash a carrier specific firmware.

Thank for for the link provided.
Based on the link information, i can download the 4 base files from sammobile (either TMK or TMB) and add USERDATA ATT N976USQS3BTF4 to flash it.
Is that correct?
I could find USERDATA ATT N976USQS3BTF4 in easy-firmware website with a purchase fee.
(editied: My phone Active CSC Code is XAA, CSC Country is USA)

Never experienced the failed connection before.
Have you installed the SAMSUNG-drivers ? The Samsung Smart Switch PC installation might help to fix the drivers.

Just want to share my experience in this. Bought an ATT N976U from the US and using in Malaysia. Phone came with XAA/XAA/ATT and never received OTA updates.
Downloaded Google phone app and changed CSC to TMB/TMB/ATT using *#*#27262826#*#*
Voila. Received the OTA updates one by one since May2020. Am now on N976USQU5EUC2.
Volte is also working on Celcom.
Did not have to flash firmware. Data not wiped. Everything seemed to be working normal apart from "Tips and Help" in settings crashes every time I click it. Also phone boots with T-Mobile logo now.
