Hi .. I have installed cm10.2 on my note 2 through cyanogenmod installer... I wanted to go back to stock 4.3 rom ... How do i flash it... I am from india and my baseband version of my phone is n7100ddemk1... I had installed cm10.2 from 4.3 rooted and deknoxed rom...

You need for install a custom recovery to flash custom ROMs.

Can i flash the latest PA from Android 4.3 root ?

And why does this not work with the stock android roms?

You can downgrade as long as the 4.3 ROM supports your bootloader and modem.

Title says it all, best kernel for latest stock 4.3 update (rooted/recovery) mk7 boot loader.
